"A Royal Favorite Henry VIII has been an island favorite for 40 years. Not surprisingly, given its namesake, the restaurant serves some typical English dishes — bangers and mash, fish and chips — but the menu also includes some of the island’s best sushi. The food comes with ocean views that are especially spectacular at sunset. “This is my local place,” Mike says. “It’s just a two-minute drive from my house. They take good care of their guests. On Saturday nights, a DJ plays old-school music and every day there’s an awesome cross section of people here: locals, visitors, and expats. It’s a good place to dance the night away, and the sushi is off the hook.” Sponsored by The Bermuda Tourism Authority"

We went twice and loved it both times! The restaurant had a beautiful view and lovely service by the staff, especially the 2 Filipinas who were very hospitable, friendly and engaging. The escargot were absolutely delicious! Tempura soft shell crab was also delicious. Calamari - great! Our cooked eel sushi roll was also delicious.

Atmosphere doesn't match the island but it's nice, the did was very good, i had sushi my wife had pasta, both were good, view of the ocean while your eating and bottomless water. I would come back.

Very pleasant place to spend an afternoon or evening. The escargot is excellent. Outdoor seating is very limited unless you just want to have drinks.

A bit out of the way from Horshoe Beach but probably one of the better options around the area with a good view too. They were not selling curry or lobster when I went. Fish and chips and the grilled salmon were very good. Rolls were okay.

8 of us went to brunch today, 10th November, 2024 to celebrate my brother's birthday. It was the second week for brunch, and we all enjoyed our food immensely. The only disappointment was the fish chowder, which was too spicy for our palates. The cold food selection was very tasty and the sushi was very good albeit I only sampled the vegetable sushi. The hot food selection was more than adequate as there were numerous dishes from which to choose . There was more than enough choices for desserts even though I only tried the fruit salad as I was more than satisfied with the cold and hot dishes, and had very little room for dessert. Shine Hayward played "Happy birthday " which added an extra special touch to the occasion. The only complaint I have is that the wait staff did not seem as welcoming and friendly as they were the last time I was there for lunch, which was back in 2023. The maitre'd was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the brunch so much that I cannot wait to go again, and I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends!

Went to brunch as I hadn't been in years. We were greeted by friendly staff and sat near a window with a lovely view. Everything was ok, most cold offerings including the sushi were good. Hot food was mediocre. The surprise was the lobster salad. Delicious! Pumpkin-quinoa and beet salads also delicious. The joints of meat and the chicken were woefully under seasoned. I didn't bother with the fish. Most desserts were good. I'd go again because it's pretty inexpensive but I would stick to cold plates.

Just cruising around looking at the views and stopped here for a beer and an appetizer. Let me tell you the truth, absolutely the best fish chowder I have ever had. The calamari was so fresh and crispy, but that soup!!!! Gotta try it if you like a touch of spice.

Service was good, food was okay. Escargot was served Luke warm and was not in butter as it should be. Deviled spinach salad had a dressing with an odd texture, looked as if it was curdled. Fish and chips had a thick heavy batter and fishy fish. The views were nice and staff was friendly.
