Herb Garden Restaurant and accommodation

Went for dinner on quick business trip. Although the lamb chops were finished, one can understand why. The steak I had instead was wonderfully prepared at a very good price. Service was friendly, efficient and almost too fast. Good drink selection and informal atmosphere has caused me to want to go back and show the family.

Despite a bit of a hiccup at check-in (the doors were closed and there was a booking.com mix-up), the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful once we reached him on his mobile. He quickly sorted everything out, and we were pleasantly surprised by what awaited us! Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with a little kitchenette (with a percolator, no less!), a large bathroom, and even a glass of sherry to warm us up – such a thoughtful touch. The TV came with Netflix too, perfect for a cozy night in. For the price we paid, we were honestly blown away by the comfort and quality. A great place to stay when travelling to or from Namibia. It’s just a pity the restaurant was closed (it was a Sunday), but we’ll definitely stop by again next time we pass through Springbok!

We didn't stay in their accommodation... just ate at the restaurant. Probably the best on offer in Springbok. Basic decor but good menu, despite a few items not available and no red wine. Recommend Sirloin steak.

We had a great meal. Tasty and delicious. Good service too. We will definitely go there again when we are in Springbok. 5 stars all around.

Oorgeslaap in di wonnerlike klein plekkie,slept very close to my other half to keep th crisp cold at bay, supper was nice&easy wth some german tourists also present. Woke up to find water in car ice cold., scenery of koppies spectacular, and local people easy & humble., thoroughly enjoyed th drive from C:Town and back, although my partner isnt fond of long trips. Our quest for seing endless fields of wildflowers didnt materialize. But i"ll do it in a heartbeat again!

The service at the restaurant was poor. Food took an hour despite it being quiet (when we complained we were told they had to get many other orders out first), we weren't asked for our drinks order, we had to call the waitress over each time. We ordered pizzas. None of like a thick base pizza, but we didn't ask upfront about the base. The toppings were tasty.
