Herb Garden Restaurant and accommodation

Had a quick stop for lunch just as they opened for the dat and what it treat it was. Not only were all the staff super friendly and the food was great, but they welcomed both my dogs with open arms. Not sure if this is an "established" pet friendly place, but th staff accomodated my dogs without a flinch. Really appreciated that. Thanks so much.

I stay over here when travelling to SA from Namibia. Its convenient. Safe parking for my vehicle. Great food and friendly staff.

I only booked while driving from Windhoek. It was difficult reception but the staff managed to book my room and prepare dinner in time for my late arrival. They were friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and the shower good. A very easy stay. Thank you!

Me and my Wife had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The Gemsbok fillet was absolutely divine - tender, flavorful, and truly "to die for." The quality of the dish was outstanding, and the service was warm and welcoming. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back to dine here again when visiting Springbok. Lovely little rustic pub, grill and accommodation. I was only there for food and trust me they didn't disappoint! One of the best steaks I've ever had!

This place is fabulous! A hidden gem! The staff is kind and helpful. The food is amazing and the room we stayed in is cozy, clean and comfortable. The shower was great after a long, dusty, 4 wheel drive road! Thank you to all the staff for a super comfortable stay.

BY FAR the best place for travelers to dine alongside locals in town - wholesome food, great vibe and impressive service. Get the steak! Also a shout out to Rihs, the Megan Markle of Springbok.

The food is hit or miss, the toilets are almost always wet and reeking of urine, and some of the staff are uncomfortably forward. We’ve been regular visitors in the past, but the decline in standards is undeniable — from inconsistent service to closing early and practically chasing customers out. What used to be enjoyable has turned into a disappointing experience. At best, this place has become a rundown watering hole, and definitely not worth the time or money.
