Great dog friendly cafe with easy parking close by. Opted for a vegan sausage roll not because I am vegan but because it looked so good. It was!! Generous food portions and lovely coffee as-well. Wonderful service and a must place to stop by. Cakes and lots of other food available.

A yummy white hot chocolate and warm cheese scone. Lovely friendly staff which added to the welcoming atmosphere of the cafe. Clearly a new staff member in for training and the staff member doing the training was supportive and encouraging. Having managed small hospitality businesses this was lovely to witness! Well done to the team, I would definitely recommend this cafe!

We visited this lovely cafe several times during our recent visit to the Coniston area. The team are very friendly and they made us feel very welcome, especially the dog! Their food and drink choices are good, the food is exceptional and very generous on portion sizes - do not miss them off of your places to go 😋

Lovely dog-friendly cafe, the food was delicious, and the staff were so welcoming they even came over to say hi to our pup with some treats. Loved the dog wall of fame too!

Stopped off here prior to climbing up Old Man Coniston. Had the beans on toast and some of the baked goods along side tea and coffee. Atmosphere was lovely and lots to look at, enjoyed looking at the needlefelted art in the hall near the toilets aswell!

This was a lovely cafe, but sadly the gluten free option wasn’t great. A toastie is £8.50 with a gluten free option, but if you choose gluten free you get 2 tiny slices of bread and my toastie was half the size of my partners - yet I still paid £8.50! I’d rather pay £1 extra for the gluten free option than be charged full price for a half size toastie. The food was good quality and tasty so if the gluten free portion was better wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Lovely very dog friendly cafe. I love the idea for the dogs to lie on the sheep rugs. My frenchie loved it. The staff is very friendly and the food was amazing. No problem to cater for dietary preferences either. Highly recommended.

We had the bacon and sausage breakfast sandwich, and it was excellent—especially the thick, flavorful bacon. At £7.80 it isn’t cheap, but the quality made it worth it. The coffee was also enjoyable, the interior had a welcoming atmosphere, and the young man serving was very friendly. Dogs are welcome.
