Beautiful hotel, great hospitality, and very clean. Only downside is that you’re on a main street and can hear EVERYTHING. The music at the bars across the street, EVERYTHING. Also, the food at the restaurant was disappointing. They didn’t have the typical Mexican cafe de olla or popular delicious Mexican treats. Huge shoutout to the lady at the front desk Wednesday night that found us amazing transportation for the following morning when our driver cancelled last minute. We were referred over to Arturo at Great Tours for a long distance drive. He was professional, courteous, and we felt very safe. Thank you so much at everyone at Herencia and to Arturo!

Room was impeccable. Parking was super helpful in a difficult situation (I was driving a F250 in the small streets of Morelia), the people were sweet and professional at the same time. Can hardly wait to return in a smaller vehicle.

I recently stayed here in a Junior Suite with a balcony, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The noise from a nearby club lasted until around 4 AM, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, our air conditioning unit stopped working. When we informed the staff, we were told that nothing could be done until another team arrived at 7 AM, which was highly inconvenient. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve future guest experiences.

An amazing hotel in a rebuild villa. Very beautiful and comfortable as well. Be aware that since it is on the main street in the center of the town, it can be very loud during the weekends and public holidays. No soundproof would save from music that loud

I booked junior suite, not realizing that the bathroom was on the main floor and bed on loft. Stairs a problem for me at night.. They graciously changed us to a regular room with balcony with beautiful views. It was quiet at night and bed comfy. The air conditioner and shower water pressure were excellent. I had the best pancakes I've ever had! You must try them! 100% satisfied with our stay.

This hotel is so beautiful, especially the hallways leading to the rooms. The rooms are on the smaller side but we loved having a balcony that overlooked Morelia. The location is great and the morning coffee at the restaurant downstairs is delicious! Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was recommended by family that had a good experience however my experience was horrible. The room was dirty and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The room that I booked online was not the same room I was assigned at check in. I had to ask front desk and was informed due to the noisy level my room was switched. I was ok switching rooms but would have been nice if I had been told. I ended leaving hotel due to the Roaches. I was told I would be contacted by the manager. Has been more than 2 weeks and no contact has been made by anyone. Stay away from booking this hotel!.

The check in person didn't say hello and was quite perfunctory without eye contact. The lobby and balcony are beautiful. However the room we stayed inwas decidedly lacking. In adequate electrical outlets for this cyber age, no towel racks to hang wet towels, no hair dryerno bottled water, very thin walls, and instead of a table or desk, a lounger. There was a folding table in the closet, but no chair! There is a large, decorative piece attached to wall that makes navigating your way to the bathroom somewhat hazardous.| |The staff is pleasant and when we called for water and to have a staff member ask the next door guests to turn down the TV, they were right on it.|The hotel is in the heart of the historic center of town, but is on a major road which is quite busy and at times noisy. Next time I would find a hotel on a quieter street with more room amenities. I would not return here.
