An amazing hotel in a rebuild villa. Very beautiful and comfortable as well. Be aware that since it is on the main street in the center of the town, it can be very loud during the weekends and public holidays. No soundproof would save from music that loud

I recently stayed here in a Junior Suite with a balcony, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The noise from a nearby club lasted until around 4 AM, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, our air conditioning unit stopped working. When we informed the staff, we were told that nothing could be done until another team arrived at 7 AM, which was highly inconvenient. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve future guest experiences.

This hotel is so beautiful, especially the hallways leading to the rooms. The rooms are on the smaller side but we loved having a balcony that overlooked Morelia. The location is great and the morning coffee at the restaurant downstairs is delicious! Would definitely stay here again.

I booked junior suite, not realizing that the bathroom was on the main floor and bed on loft. Stairs a problem for me at night.. They graciously changed us to a regular room with balcony with beautiful views. It was quiet at night and bed comfy. The air conditioner and shower water pressure were excellent. I had the best pancakes I've ever had! You must try them! 100% satisfied with our stay.

This hotel was recommended by family that had a good experience however my experience was horrible. The room was dirty and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The room that I booked online was not the same room I was assigned at check in. I had to ask front desk and was informed due to the noisy level my room was switched. I was ok switching rooms but would have been nice if I had been told. I ended leaving hotel due to the Roaches. I was told I would be contacted by the manager. Has been more than 2 weeks and no contact has been made by anyone. Stay away from booking this hotel!.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful rooms, vaulted ceilings. Beds firm, but comfortable. Nice bathroom and shower. Front desk, staff, manager very attentive and helpful. Only things missing are glasses in the room. Bring your own water. None provided unless you pay. Bathroom sink is bit high, and soap dish affixed to counter taking up space. Need a shelf on side. Very nice useful clothing steamer in the room. WiFi is good. Church bells may wake you early morning.Restaurant in hotel excellent.
