Heritage Avenida Liberdade Boutique Hotel, a Lisbon Heritage Collection

We stayed at the hotel a week ago on a 4 day visit. This is one of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything is amazing about this hotel. Hotel staff are friendly, welcoming, happy to help at any given time and go above and beyond their call of duty. ||We had a very warm welcome the minute we got to the hotel starting from the doorman to the receptionist. Our room was ready before check-in time which was a great way to begin our holiday. Good sized room, very clean and they provide Molten Brown toiletries. Breakfast was served daily from 7:30 am to noon so we didn’t have to rush in the mornings and the ladies there were wonderful. Location of the hotel is perfect close to shops & restaurants. Metro and train stations are nearby. ||The best part that I loved the most was they served tea, coffee etc plus freshly made cakes and pastries all afternoon and evening at no extra cost in the lounge. |I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Lisbon. I highly recommend Heritage Avinida Hotel. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay comfortable and a memorable one!

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location for exploring Lisbon. It's a lovely boutique property right on a main avenue which is full of all the biggest designer brands. Our room was at the front overlooking the main road on the 1st floor but the soundproofing was excellent, we didn't hear the street noise at all. The décor throughout is so nice & I loved our room which was spacious, clean and elegant. Particularly love the Moulton Brown toiletries! |Staff are welcoming, friendly & helpful & there are complimentary pastries, tea, coffee & port throughout the day in the lounge. Plus a decanter of port in our room! Breakfast was nice, fresh fruit, cold meats, pastries, breads, juices, cereals etc plus eggs & bacon. |There is even a little pool tucked away in the basement which I had to myself for a relaxing dip. Honestly could not fault this property - highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Lisbon, and staying at this gorgeous boutique hotel was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the start.|Breakfast was outstanding—featuring the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had! Throughout the day, complimentary pastries and drinks were available, which was such a lovely touch. The pastries changed every day, so there was always something new to try, though the pastéis de nata were a daily staple.||Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with complimentary bottled water and Port waiting for us. Each side of the bed had a wireless phone charger, which was handy. ||It was such a joy to return here after a day exploring the city. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of many sights and close to metro stations, making it easy to get around. We arrived via metro from the airport, which very convenient.||There were so many small details that elevated our stay from great to truly memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and have recommended it to friends and family.

The staff were extremely warm and friendly. We had breakfast once in the hotel, it was €18 and good value for money.|There were pastel de natas, cakes, fruit, port, coffee and tea served after 12 midday, which you could help yourself to. The dining area/lounge was beautifully decorated.|Our room was really quiet, the beds were really comfortable, there was a mini fridge with complimentary still and sparkling water and also a carafe of port in the room.|We really couldn’t fault the hotel and would highly recommend. |Perfect location too 😊😊😊

For anyone travelling to Portugal, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The moment I walked in, I felt right at home. Andrea and Helio are both so friendly and welcoming, especially Helio. He helped escort me to my room when I checked in, and assisted me in putting my bags inside the car when I checked out. I came at around 11:30 AM, and my room was already ready by the time I came. The room was so spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. I was able to sleep fantastically.

Excellent boutique hotel. We stayed here for 6 nights. Service - amazing all the staff were helpful and friendly. All requests were dealt with quickly. Rooms - good size, comfortable beds, very clean and quiet. Breakfast - good selection with some hot food, fresh juices and fruit. Small indoor pool and gym - also very clean. Location is great very central. Would recommend this hotel to others!

Absolutely lovely hotel! We booked it as a treat for my 40th birthday trip to Lisbon and it did not disappoint. Every single staff member we encountered was an absolute delight - so friendly and welcoming - room was great (lovely powerful shower and comfy bed), and hotel is in a nice central location. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and there was an unlimited supply of coffee, port and pastries in the restaurant area at all hours which was a lovely touch. I really can’t praise this hotel enough it was wonderful!

I’ve been to many hotels and this one is right up there! It’s exactly how it is in the pictures if not better. Lobby gorgeous, rooms gorgeous, everything spotless and clean. The staff super helpful especially Helio and Nay on reception. |Complimentary port and pastries throughout the day. Also port wine in the room, robes and slippers- they have thought of most things. The breakfast was lovely too. Such a cute hotel, location excellent for us- walkable distance to most things and not loud. Distance from airport also good. Bolt was a cheap ride there. |Can highly recommend you will not be disappointed and already looking to book again.
