Heritage Avenida Liberdade Boutique Hotel, a Lisbon Heritage Collection

Great hotel. The best feature is the central location, which makes it very easy to explore Lisbon. Customer service was excellent, and the room was comfortable and spotless. We received a lovely welcome letter and wine, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this top-class hotel.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel located on Avenida Da Liberdade near to all the main attractions, subways and high end stores, great location. My room 61 was clean, spacious and well-kept, it would easily housed three people comfortably. The room comes with all amenities including robes, slippers and full size Molton Brown body washes and lotions. Although the hotel location is very busy, the hotel inside is extremely quiet, warm and comfortable. ||The entire staff, front desk (Andria, Joanna and Nay), doormen, housekeeping and breakfast staff services were excellent. My stay was solo during Christmas holiday for 10 days and the staff services were superb. They had exceeded my expectations and truly made my stay remarkable and memorable. They were extremely attentive to all my needs and concerns and also provided great directions and activities to me as a solo woman traveler. ||The hotel served large variety of breakfast options and served delicious pastries, teas, coffee and wine 24hrs. Also, each room comes with a nice jar of Port wine and each guest received a fancy Port wine for a Christmas gift. There is also a nice little pool and gym at the lower level which is also clean and well-kept. ||I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisbon, you will have the most wonderful stay with a staff that truly care about your needs and comfort. ||It's truly luxurious with great staff, amenities and location. This will be my choice of hotel whenever I visit Portugal, Lisbon.

A lovely and artsy place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and a constant supply of sherry in room and lobby. Great convenient location. Room was nice, clean. Of course wished it could have been larger, but this is a remodel of a very old building so rooms are expected to be a bit smaller than hoped for. Nice small pool and small gym on level -1. I would stay again and reccomend this to anyone.

Staying in this hotel topped off a fabulous weekend in Lisbon. Everything about his hotel is designed to make the guests’ stay the best possible experience. Lovely clean rooms with toiletries included (shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, body lotion - there was no conditioner, but it was supplied when I asked). There were bottles of complimentary water and port in the room. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, including continental and some hot options too. The afternoon pastry, water, hot drinks and port was a lovely touch. The staff were outstanding too.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is very well located near high end shops and it was very cheap and easy to get around to all the places to visit from the hotel. The room was very well appointed with a great bathroom and breakfast was a very good choice of hot and cold items and fresh fruit. The team we met throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful - it has a great lobby to chill out with free refreshments throughout the day. Great value for money as well - highly recommend.

This hotel is central to shopping,eating, and transport. The service is excellent and the breakfast quirky and delicious. You must try the Brussels sprouts, salmon, sardines, bacon, eggs, mushrooms and the best custard tarts. The bedroom we had was spacious and aesthetic with a wonderful view of the boulevard. The beds were firm as we like it. The bathroom was excellent.

We travelled to Lisbon to embark on a cruise. We chose Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel because it was located about midway between the airport and the cruise port. The location was indeed excellent, but everything else about the hotel was even better. All of the employees at the hotel--front desk, bellmen, maids, breakfast room attendants, were friendly, helpful, and knew their jobs well. The room was great, quite large by European standards and immaculately clean. We want to go back to Lisbon to explore the city, and we know exactly where we'll stay!

We loved this hotel. Older, but the rooms have been updated. Love the character of the rooms with the French doors that open up to get fresh air and hear the city, a plus. The beds were comfortable and love the complimentary Port Wine in the room. They have a small lap pool and workout room to use, which we did enjoy. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. From the front desk to those who help in the restaurant, great people. A wonderful place and very central to walk almost anywhere. We would gladly stay again.

This hotel has a great location - walkable to touristy neighborhoods, the metro, lots of restaurants, and even luxury stores. Despite being in a central location, our room was pretty quiet, even on weekends. Our room was comfortable and had all the standard amenities. The shower screen was small, resulting in water easily getting on the floor, but the large towels were great. They even include a large bottle of port as a welcoming gift. Breakfast is included and is served 7:30am to noon everyday. There is a good variety of fruit, pastries, coffee drinks, and warm items like eggs and bacon. There is even a chocolate fountain for mini-waffles and American donuts! The only constructive feedback I have for the hotel is that there is a subtle sewage smell in the lobby and the rooms. The hotel seems to be kept very tidy and clean, so I don't know where that came from. It's worth getting that checked out.

This was simply a great hotel and if you are visiting Lisbon, I recommend that you stay here. First, the location is wonderful! This is walking distance from most of the tourist attractions that you will want to visit, but also quiet at night so you can rest up for the next day of adventures. This is also very close to the Rossio train station which makes it easy to hop on the Metro if you are traveling outside of the city. Next, the rooms are adorable, clean and comfortable! The room we stayed in had a little balcony that overlooked one of the tram lines -- So quaint! The bed was firm and comfortable and the room/bathroom was plenty big for my mom and myself to share. Also, this hotel has great amenities. They have a gym, jet pool, free port wine every night in the lobby and breakfast laid out. It was hard to tell if the breakfast was included in the cost of the room or not, but the employees did not seem to mind if you had some fruit and a coffee. The best part of this hotel though was the concierge. There was a concierge working in the evenings who gave the best restaurant recommendations. I wish I knew his name! He was very helpful in telling you where to go based on what you wanted, how to get there, and even booked your table for you.

The first hotel in Europe that offers a washcloth! Large rooms, bidet, shower separate from bath, dual sinks, slippers & robes. Friendly staff. Well situated to sites. One of the best hotels (we stayed in ten over three weeks) we occupied.

My lord, what an absolute gem. This hotel is a total fantasy come to life. The service, the staff, the complementary tea and spirits bar, the library and fitness room and spa. I can't possibly imagine staying anywhere else now.
