Arrived early and had a good shopping experience without the crowd. Nice place to browse, pick and choose. Plenty of choices and reasonably priced. Unfortunately the day ended on a sour note - the cashier or the payment system really sucks. With the many staff around only one was available to attend to the payment process. Wonder what happened - after the bar code scanning process, the poor cashier had to write each and every item manually on a receipt. To add salt to injury, the girl had to pull out all of the items from the shopping bag and then put them all in the bag once again. This happened to the customer in front and to poor poor pitiful me who had to wait at least a good 20 minutes for the entire process to be completed - meaning I stood for ½ hour including behind the customer in front of me. Can't imagine if this had happened on a weekend when bus and car loads of customers have to agonisingly queue just to be attended to ONE cashier amidst a screwed up POS. Hey management! Look into it will you🙄

Although some said Heritage has only basics outfits, well I need basics! My family spent hours browsing here. There were many nice and decent clothes, good quality and affordable price too. Especially their service is top notch. I was assisted by a pretty girl in short hair. She was very patient, gave advices and friendly. We had enjoyable time here.

Not that much option for clothes, some even look shabby and the color has faded. However, the blouse section has lots of good options. Price is not too cheap nor too pricey, but slightly more expensive than other outlets (for ex rumah mode). Nice location and plenty of parking spaces, although it gets a little bit too crowded during the holiday season.

The outlet has a good collection for men and boys .. wasn’t much for ladies when I went … is it clean with good service but the Rumah mods outlet is much bigger with a great collection for woman and men ( not much for boys in rumah tho ) Has a beautiful restaurant and uni qlo connected to it

Been to this clothing store a few times, and my experience is always the same. If you’re looking for some basic, everyday clothes, this store might be a good option. They have a decent selection of t-shirts, jeans, and other staples. I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend this store, but if you’re in LLRE Martadinata area and need something, it might be worth checking out. 🫣 However, the location is convenient, with a Uniqlo store right beside it. Plus, the famous cafe on the top floor of the Uniqlo is a great spot to grab a coffee and chill.. 🤓

A very convenient place for you to shop some branded items, if you are lucky you will get some off prices or getting jackpot with some high quality products with very cheap price

Most of the clothes are old style, I just can find “new style T-shirts” for adults in 1 area. The price is quite cheap, yet with good quality (“new style T-shirt”). The T-shirt quality (“T-shirt with the new style”) is much better than the T-shirt in Jakarta mall. Because usually in the mall, most of the T-shirts are thin. In Heritage quite thick but comfy. If you want to find casual long pants, here is the best place. Convenient because next to this shop is Padang Restaurant (nasi kapau Pak Ciman), and also near Uniqlo & Periplus! Also coffee shop beside Periplus..
