The renovated historic building offers an appealing blend of traditional comfort and contemporary design. Both the breakfast buffet and à la carte menu feature high-quality options. The staff demonstrate professionalism and warm hospitality, with Maria consistently providing welcoming service at breakfast. The property is conveniently situated within walking distance of the old palace, as well as various restaurants and shops. My two-week stay was thoroughly enjoyable and met all expectations. I appreciate when ALL Accor acknowledges and rewards my continued loyalty.

We loved our stay in this hotel. Well appointed: a good mix between traditional and modern. They renovated and opened recently (right before the pandemic) and respected all the Art nouveau lines of the building when they mattered. The staff was polite and sweet. The breakfast was included and ample. Everything felt comfortable and uncluttered, very nicely done. Loved their decor. Well situated too, just a 8-10 min walk at most to the old city part of Split. The only minus was the shower felt small.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel for 3 nights. It's a perfect balance of having the charm of a heritage property in Split and the conveniences of a modern hotel (so nice to have 2 USBs and 2 electrical outlets on each side of the bed! We were lucky to get the "Comfort Room" and it was indeed comfy, not the biggest size but the layout was very functional and quiet (the hotel invested in triple pane windows to keep noise out and control temperature). Breakfast at the hotel was amazing and it's what the staff the best of both worlds breakfast with a buffet and a la cart menu. Last but not least the location was perfect for us, just a short walk and we arrived at the Golden Gate of Split - will for sure stay again here the next time.

A gorgeous, beautifully decorated hotel that has recently been refurbished. The hotel oozes elegance. Absolutely loved the style throughout. Spotlessly clean, stylish rooms. Lovely breakfast (and was greeted with a birthday cake too - so thoughtful). A short, 5 minute stroll (if that) into the old town, away from the hustle and bustle. 100% will return if we are ever in the area.

We have stayed in so many hotels since the 6th of august and this hotel is the very best. The rooms are spotless, the food is amazing and the service is amazing in the dining room. Maria, one of the servers is totally awesome. She has a great sense of humour and is so willing to help us all enjoy our stay here. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

This is a lovely hotel, the rooms very comfortable and good room amenities. Breakfast is fabulous with the option of order individual breakfast from a menu. We had the pleasure of being served by Maria - a wonderful person who made us feel most comfortable and was so friendly. She is a good communication and really enjoys her job.

A charming hotel that offers a touch of luxury and tranquility, just a short stroll from the Old Town. Our room was stylish and comfortable. The staff were friendly and gave excellent advice on day trips and local attractions. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by the evening receptionist, Mirna. She was unapproachable and dismissive when we raised a concern about a loud and ongoing noise coming from our air-conditioning unit (it was enough to keep me awake at night). She neither apologised nor made any effort to have it looked at, stating “that’s how air conditioning run here, and if it’s too noisy for us then we should turn it off”. Her attitude was disappointing.
