**Khirasara Palace Hotel – Disappointing Food and Poor Service**
My recent experience at **Khirasara Palace Hotel** was extremely disappointing, particularly in terms of **food quality and service**.
**Food Quality:**
The food was **below average**—lacking flavor, freshness, and presentation. The dishes tasted **bland and overcooked**, and some items appeared to be **reheated rather than freshly prepared**. For the price charged, I expected much better quality, especially in a heritage property like this.
**Service:**
The service was **slow and unprofessional**. Staff seemed **uninterested and inattentive**, with long delays in taking orders and serving food. Even simple requests (like water or cutlery) were met with delays. There was **no warmth or hospitality**, which was surprising for a palace hotel.
**Overall Experience:**
The ambiance of the palace is beautiful, but that’s the only positive. The **poor food and terrible service** ruined the experience. **Not worth the money**—I would not recommend dining here unless major improvements are made.
