Heritage Kuchaman Haveli

We have stayed here for 1 night (from 7th Feb to 8th Feb 25). We had booked 4 Heritage Rooms for 8 guests through our Tour Agent - Rajasthan Holidays.||Rooms are nice and decorated entirely from a heritage look n feel perspective. Room Service was quite good and prompt. Whatever we have requested, they had responded always with utmost priority. They have provided ample bottled drinking water as per our needs. Since we had dinner as part of the package, we have a good experience with food as well. Ample varieties in terms of food in dinner and breakfast. Check-in and Check-out was fairly fast and smooth. ||I would highly recommend this 3-star property in Jodhpur for a wonderful experience.

The room we stayed in and the interior of the hotel were clean. The buffet breakfast was pretty good. The property doesn't have a lift but the staff are always helpful to carry the bags through the stairs. The only con is the location because you have to travel through a narrow lane to reach the hotel. Cars will reach the place but Ola/Uber taxis taxis wouldn't pick you up from the hotel and you'd have to walk to the pick up point crossing the lane. Autos will come to the hotel and drop your at the airport though.

Gorgeously restored grand old house, very slightly run down but enormous fun. Very good food and service, very picturesque, you feel royal. Comfortable, nice big room near reception. Good location, everybody genuinely eager to help. Really very Indian atmosphere in the most charming way. A must for connoisseurs of India!

Palace type Hotel. One feels like king while living here. No exhaust fan in washroom. Pigeons interfere in during meals in common area. Good hotel for family. Photographs and video added along with this review.

Worst hotel in the city ,its not heritage its old garbage , it seems like both day and night reception person got beaten by someone daily their faces always looks angry,when you talk anything nicely they starts biting you ,totally unprofessional staff don’t know how to talk , very risky to stay here with family,you never know on which thing they start fighting with you,stay far from this area ,search better hotels with good reviews,they have all fake reviews!! And yes i am from another city and i am not there competitor,so consider this review on serious note

I recently stayed at a haveli in Jodhpur, and the experience was wonderful. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and exuded traditional charm. Both dinner and breakfast were served as buffets with multiple options, catering to various tastes and preferences. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, making the dining experience delightful. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort and heritage!

This looks an impressive hotel from the outside, but unfortunately does not live up to its facade. |First and foremost, this is not a very nice location of the city| you did not feel you want to walk the streets outside. We were firstly offered a room at the very top of the hotel which was absolute rubbish then a slightly better one inside the hotel, although we did notice passing by doors, that some rooms were better than what we were given although we had paid for a deluxe room. We have been eating street food in various cities on our travels but I did not have the appetite to eat in this establishment tea and coffee were poured from dirty flasks. The breakfast itself looked poor and the presentation cabinet was filthy.|I had to give my plastic plate backon two mornings because they were covered in dried food from the night before, we only had boiled eggs as they had not been peeled. Sadly a poor version of what it may have been.
