I recently stayed at Kunchaman Haveli in Jodhpur, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The staff was inattentive to our complaints and rude, even when they caused us inconvenience. We had informed the reception that we needed to leave by 7 am the next morning. However, when we tried to leave, there was a car blocking ours, and the driver was missing. We requested the reception to find out who owned the car and move it. After waiting for an hour, I called for an update, and the staff yelled at me, saying they were not at the hotel and that we should wait. It took over 1.5 hours to get our car out, and even then, the hotel staff refused to take responsibility, claiming it wasn't their fault. However, I believe it’s the hotel's responsibility to ensure guests can leave on time, considering it was hotel's parking area.
The staff was rude, and the service was terrible. I would rate it a zero if I could.
