My husband and I spent the most beautiful week onboard the Jahan cruise ship 14.2.26 a 21.2.26 sailing down the Mekong Delta from Siem Reap to Saigon. We stayed in a deluxe cabin (208) which was a fantastic size. Big shower room, sitting area, large balcony for 2 persons and a king size bed. There was a mini bar with water and soft drinks free of charge. Wine and beer was chargeable but not expensive. Breakfast and lunch was buffet style and dinner was à la carte. Wine and beer were free flowing and included in the cruise price. We thoroughly enjoyed the tours, morning and afternoon on our 7 nights cruise. Each day was so different , from silk factories, fruit plantations, visit to a charitable English teaching school and ox and cart ride. They were all amazing days. Every Staff member is a credit to the Jahan cruise ship , they all worked extremely hard to give everyone a memorable experience. Wanty, our tour guide from the start of our trip in Siem Reap to the end in Saigon looked after us so well. Rachana, who welcomed us onboard was the nicest young lady. She also worked hard in the bar and restaurant. Voant the General Manager, worked tirelessly and kept everything working so smoothly. Thank you for such wonderful memories.

I just finished a 7-day cruise on the Mekong River with Heritage Line, and it was an incredible experience. The room was comfortable, and the boat had a very unique charm, taking you back to an old-time vibe. The attention to detail in the furnishings and accessories was amazing. Our time on the boat flew by, with numerous excursions every day, all included in the price. The food was abundant and outstanding. The cooks are truly talented. What made this trip truly special was the crew. It felt like being part of a family. This is not your typical “commercial boat” experience, the crew knows your name and is always friendly and warm. Their attention to detail and dedication were exceptional. The cruise wouldn’t have been the same without them. They even joined us during dancing events and encouraged everyone to participate, creating a wonderful sense of togetherness. Such an amazing trip, I would highly recommend it. Thank you so much to all the staff who made our journey unforgettable!

My wife and I (experienced travelers) traveled on the ANOUVONG ship in one of the two suites in November 2025 on the Upper Mekong from Vientiane (Laos) to the Thai border. The scenery, the crew, and above all the food were outstanding; a unique experience. Our suite already showed clear signs of wear and tear; the general manager on the ship was unacceptable. He was sometimes rude to the staff, talked too often and too much, and did not respond to guests' requests and feedback. After two dinners outdoors, where all the guests and staff were freezing (and the food quickly got cold), he went ahead with the third planned outdoor dinner, even though we as guests had spoken out against it. The price/performance ratio is not right for this trip. Based on our experience, I would not travel with Heritage Line again.

We just finished a 4 night cruise on the heritage line Jayavarman ship. It was absolutely fantastic and we would highly recommend. I traveled with my partner and 4 year old son. We were initially concerned about taking a child as it mostly catered for adults however the staff could not have been more welcoming. The service was excellent, the food was excellent and the tours highly informative. Only two minor points to note, the laundry service was very expensive and the Wi-Fi signal was poor - which is not such a bad thing as you focus on the cruise and information rather than your phone! However if you do need a signal best to use a SIM card and 4G

Recently completed the 7 night Mekong river cruise, Saigon to Siem Reap on the Jahan. What a wonderful experience. The staff, the various tour guides, the itinerary with a great variety of daily excursions, the food. All more than what we had expected. We have done several river cruises and the service, etc, provided by the Heritage line was superior to our other cruises. Special mention to Nounsotha who looked after us so well.

Von der ersten Minute an fühlte sich alles unglaublich familiär an – das Team kannte unsere Namen schon am ersten Tag und war die gesamte Reise über so herzlich und aufmerksam, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Sie haben diese Fahrt zu einem einmaligen Erlebnis gemacht! Das Essen? Einfach traumhaft! Ob Buffet oder à la carte – die Auswahl war riesig und alles unglaublich lecker. Softdrinks, Kaffee und Co. waren immer inklusive, und zum Essen gab es Bier & Wein kostenlos dazu. Die Tage waren ideal ausbalanciert: Ausflüge in kleine Dörfer boten Einblicke in die lokale Kultur, während wir die Ruhe an Bord und die vorbeiziehenden Landschaften in vollen Zügen genossen haben. Es war die perfekte Mischung aus Abenteuer, Entspannung und persönlichem Service – ein Weihnachtsfest, das uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Wer ein Erlebnis abseits der üblichen Reiserouten sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Diese sieben Tage an Bord waren einfach großartig!
