Heritage Madrid Hotel

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Madrid. The whole place felt luxurious but still warm and comfortable, and the service was truly outstanding. Everyone on staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make everything easy and enjoyable. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop, which had incredible views over the city and was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. The room itself was beautiful, extremely clean, and so well kept. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the towels were thick and soft, and everything felt fresh and spotless. It was one of those stays where every little detail made a difference and I would happily return.

My husband and I absolutely loved this hidden gem, part of Relais & Chateaux. Whenever we travel we always look for small luxuary boutique hotels woth focus on personalised service. Heritage hotel Madrid ticks all the boxes. General Manager Julián Almaraz runs a tight ship! He cares personally that every guest has a perfect stay, he greats every guest personally and is accessible throughout your stay, you can tell he personally cares and that makes a big difference in the overall experience and also he leads by example. The staff is absolutely amazing, very welcoming, always smiling and no request is too much. They truly care.|The 46 (if i remember correctly) beautiful guestrooms are decorated by a renowned interior designer and respecting the cultural heritage of this belle epoque building. Just stunning. We had a superior room with nice balcony, stunning marble bathroom witj seperate shower and jacuzzi bathtub.|We also brought our two small dogs and i was truly impressed for the dog service, not only had they provided two dog beds but also two goody bags for the dogs. Truly impressive as the amount they charge is what we pay elsewhere too, but never have we received this level of service for our dogs!! Thank you so much for your care and attention, we had a truly amazing stay and will be back. We also love the Salamanca neighbourhood, very upscale and walking distance from high end shops and restaurants in Recoletos. And we hate crowds so the location for us was spot on! I highly recommend Heritage Madrid.

I didn’t quite know what kind of hotel I was looking for on my quick trip to Madrid, but I ended up finding heaven - and then some - at this absolute gem of a property. The neighborhood alone won me over, with plenty of unique, local shops just steps away, easy airport transfers, and excellent public transportation connections. And the hotel itself … where to begin. If charming, historic boutique hotels filled with thoughtful, whimsical interior design are your thing, this is THE place. The atmosphere is cozy yet sophisticated, dreamy without feeling precious. Both the public spaces and the rooms are beautifully appointed and full of character. The staff truly elevate the experience. The General Manager is EXCEPTIONAL and genuinely guest-focused, and that mindset clearly filters through the entire team. Every interaction felt warm, attentive, and authentic. Food was superb throughout my stay, adding yet another highlight to an already memorable experience. I genuinely cannot praise this hotel enough. - It’s a place I would return to in a heartbeat!

We are world travellers, so we have stayed at hotels all over the world. The Heritage Madrid hotel is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at. The room was elegant but cozy and very comfortable. Most impressive was the exemplary service. Each and every person was welcoming, friendly, knowlegable, and was clearly there to serve us in any way that we needed. The manager, Julian, is very hands on, and checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we were happy. Carlos, one of the staff members treated us like close and loved family members. And, to top things off, The Heritage Madrid is located in a safe and beautiful area. We highly recommend this hotel!

Thank you for the amazing stay. Starting from the arrival experince until the very last moment of our trip. Beautiful room with fantastic features. Breakfast was extremely delicious. Location is perfect to reach most of the famous places via public transportation. Hopefully, we’ll have a chance soon to stay in this wonderful hotel again. Gracias!!

This is a 5 star hotel. It’s so rare to find hospitality like this anymore, the whole team and staff are phenomenal and professional and the manager Julian even helped me book another hotel on my vacation. I will be staying here every time I come to Madrid.

We stayed in multiple places during our trip around Spain and Heritage was the most memorable of them all. Forget the nightly surprises on the bed, the beautiful aesthetic, the coffee upon welcome, the foot masks, and the pristine vibes — what really made the stay memorable was the service. I especially want to thank the concierges Mariana and Zaid and the bellhop Arya. They were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. I’ve never stayed ar a hotel that made me feel so special. They also made my mother, who was visiting Spain for the first time in nearly forty years as a birthday present, happy. We especially appreciated that the hotel accommodated us on our return trip back to Madrid, a few days after we had checked out from Heritage. We had a flight the same day and the staff made sure we had a place to store our luggage and repack our things as needed. We will definitely keep the Heritage line of hotels in mind as we travel in the future.

My family and I have had a wonderful stay at the Heritage Hotel during our first visit to Madrid. The staff has been very attentive and has provided excellent service. We look forward to being able to stay at the Heritage Hotel on a future trip to Madrid!

Charming. Enchanting with a staff that oozes customer service, elegance and humility. The hotel is small, yet super clean, elegant and cozy. Service is wonderful. They pamper you with little details to spoil you. And if you have breakfast included in your room - you will not be disappointed. The staff is lovely and breakfast hearty. This hotel stole my heart, and has easy exit to the airport!
