Heritage Madrid Hotel

We are world travellers, so we have stayed at hotels all over the world. The Heritage Madrid hotel is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at. The room was elegant but cozy and very comfortable. Most impressive was the exemplary service. Each and every person was welcoming, friendly, knowlegable, and was clearly there to serve us in any way that we needed. The manager, Julian, is very hands on, and checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we were happy. Carlos, one of the staff members treated us like close and loved family members. And, to top things off, The Heritage Madrid is located in a safe and beautiful area. We highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and I together with two friends stayed at the hotel in the 2nd week of September. The rooms have been spacious, well stuffed and tastefully decorated. The ac worked wonderful. The breakfast was very delicious and very rich. Dinner was served on the rooftop terrace and the quality of food and drinks was outstanding. The best, however, has been the staff: Literally every wish was fulfilled within seconds and always with a smile or some kind words. In a nutshell: Our stay could not have been more perfect! We will definitely come back!

We stayed in multiple places during our trip around Spain and Heritage was the most memorable of them all. Forget the nightly surprises on the bed, the beautiful aesthetic, the coffee upon welcome, the foot masks, and the pristine vibes — what really made the stay memorable was the service. I especially want to thank the concierges Mariana and Zaid and the bellhop Arya. They were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. I’ve never stayed ar a hotel that made me feel so special. They also made my mother, who was visiting Spain for the first time in nearly forty years as a birthday present, happy. We especially appreciated that the hotel accommodated us on our return trip back to Madrid, a few days after we had checked out from Heritage. We had a flight the same day and the staff made sure we had a place to store our luggage and repack our things as needed. We will definitely keep the Heritage line of hotels in mind as we travel in the future.

Fantastic hotel, cannot rave enough about it. As soon as you step in, it smells great and you’re immediately treated like a first class guest. Our wonderful concierge Antia welcomed us in so warmly, procured us a glass of Cava to begin our stay, upgraded our room for us and made us dinner reservations to our specifications. Special shout out to her, that’s true hospitality. But everyone was great, from the bellhop to the gentleman that walked us to our door upon first checking in to the bartender on the roof, to the gentleman that obtained a taxi for us and loaded our luggage into it at the end of our stay. Not to mention that every single square inch of this hotel was fantastically decorated, and our room had the most incredible showerhead. 10 out of 10 experience, 100% will book again.

A very beautiful hotel. In the best neighborhood in Madrid. The hotel is very beautiful we stayed in a family room which was very comfortable for our family. Beds and bedding were luxurious and we loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely stay again and we totally recommend it

This charming boutique hotel offers a truly personalised experience that stands apart from large chain hotels. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and make you feel genuinely cared for. Each room is uniquely decorated with thoughtful design touches, and the entire space feels cozy and inviting. The rooms are well insulated and incredibly quiet. Everything was clean, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The on-site restaurant with a Michelin star is a wonderful perk. There are two rooftop terraces. The location is in the northern part of Madrid, nearby to the shopping area and about a 30-minute walk from the park.

Charming. Enchanting with a staff that oozes customer service, elegance and humility. The hotel is small, yet super clean, elegant and cozy. Service is wonderful. They pamper you with little details to spoil you. And if you have breakfast included in your room - you will not be disappointed. The staff is lovely and breakfast hearty. This hotel stole my heart, and has easy exit to the airport!
