The whole experience was amazing. Safaa is great, welcoming you with a big smile and she is very helpful and understanding. I wanted hammam but it was not available at that moment so i decided to take massage. She came to me 5 min later and ask if im still for hammam. I took both. Hakima gave me one of the best massage. She also understood some english. After great massage, they led me to Zimeb. She did hammam and even if we didnt speak the same language, we understood each other. Ladies are Full of understanding, they are calm and helpful, they know what they doing and i loved the whole experience. Thank you Ladies again 😃

My fiancé and I had an incredible time here! We each got a hammam, massage and facial which took 3 hours total. I’ve never had a hammam before and the staff explained everything and made sure we felt comfortable. It was exactly the relaxing ending we needed before our vacation ends. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at the spa. While the old souks and narrow streets leading to it were a bit challenging, the service made up for it. The female-only staff, including Nadia, who gave me a detox massage, were exceptional. Nadia’s technique was perfect, and she really focused on providing a thorough, relaxing session. She made sure to check in with me throughout to ensure my comfort, and her skill in relieving tension left me feeling completely refreshed. The atmosphere was calming, and the staff were supportive, making sure I felt comfortable as a Muslim woman. I was provided with privacy during the entire session. Highly recommend this spa for a relaxing and respectful experience!

I recently visited Heritage Spa, and I would love to highlight the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff. My boyfriend and I had booked a Hammam followed by a massage. Unfortunately, my boyfriend started feeling unwell during the Hammam session, but the staff handled the situation with such grace and care. They were attentive, calm and incredibly understanding, immediately making sure my boyfriend felt comfortable and reassured. Thank you again Heritage Spa Team 💖

A lovely experience! We had a very relaxing experience. Not the best hammam ever but still okey, the massage was relaxing and they gave us the option to pick which oil we wanted to be massaged with which was lovely! The staff members were nice and made sure we were ok at all times. The hammam rooms are quite small and cramped but besides that it was okey. They gave us tea and biscuits in between treatments which was nice. We did not feel rushed and overall very pleasant. Would recommend! Prices attached.

Great first time hammam experience with lovely ladies that made us feel super comfortable and relaxed. The place was clean and tailored to tourists. The massages were too much on the softer side despite specifying we want hard pressure.

We had Detox treatment (Hamam and Massage). Clean, well organized, nice stuff. We enjoyed it a lot. It was nice experience.

Back in June we had such a experience at Heritage Spa! We were a party of four, 2 couples and we did the hammam and massage combo and it was beyond perfect! The ladies were absolutely amazing and did a great job. In between the hammam and massage you are served tea which was a nice in between break. The spa was very clean and the staff were great! My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this most difficult time. I hope everyone is safe from the earthquake? Praying for you all. David
