I had an amazing experience at the spa. While the old souks and narrow streets leading to it were a bit challenging, the service made up for it. The female-only staff, including Nadia, who gave me a detox massage, were exceptional. Nadia’s technique was perfect, and she really focused on providing a thorough, relaxing session. She made sure to check in with me throughout to ensure my comfort, and her skill in relieving tension left me feeling completely refreshed. The atmosphere was calming, and the staff were supportive, making sure I felt comfortable as a Muslim woman. I was provided with privacy during the entire session. Highly recommend this spa for a relaxing and respectful experience!

My husband and I booked the package for 2. Our first time at a hammam. We do a lit if spas and retreats in the UK and cannot recommend highly enough. The hammam was great fun and a brilliant experience and the massage is the best I’ve had. Topped off with a gorgeous facial. We both loved it, was a really special visit for us. Thank you.

I recently visited Heritage Spa, and I would love to highlight the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff. My boyfriend and I had booked a Hammam followed by a massage. Unfortunately, my boyfriend started feeling unwell during the Hammam session, but the staff handled the situation with such grace and care. They were attentive, calm and incredibly understanding, immediately making sure my boyfriend felt comfortable and reassured. Thank you again Heritage Spa Team 💖

A lovely experience! We had a very relaxing experience. Not the best hammam ever but still okey, the massage was relaxing and they gave us the option to pick which oil we wanted to be massaged with which was lovely! The staff members were nice and made sure we were ok at all times. The hammam rooms are quite small and cramped but besides that it was okey. They gave us tea and biscuits in between treatments which was nice. We did not feel rushed and overall very pleasant. Would recommend! Prices attached.

After an exhausting day in Marrakech we found this hammam spa, it was probably the best find of the day. We chose the hammam+massage package and the result was simply amazing. The hammam treatment was very carefully done and the benefits for your body are guaranteed. The massage was, if possible, even better. Nassrine was just amazing, they tailored the massage based on your preferences and needs, no rush, they put real effort on it, everything was simply perfect. Avoid luxury spas and fancy stuff... Our trip to Heritage Spa was the highlight of our holiday! Me and my boyfriend booked the couple’s spa experience- hammam, massage, followed by facial/foot massage. The atmosphere was so calming, the women working were all so skilled and warm, and the treatments themselves were such a special experience. The hammam in particular was amazing! We loved it all❤️

I booked a hamman royal experience going by reviews on Google for her. I thoroughly enjoyed my first hamman experience. All staff were very welcoming and provided an enjoyable treatment. Great value for money.

Visited 7th April 2025. Went for the relaxing pack. They were very accommodating time wise. Literally whatsapp called on day. I also can't be in mixed setting as wear hijab, which they accommodated for. Hammam Hammam and massage done privately. Receptionist Khadijah friendly. The scrub was done really well. Just to inform for those unfamiliar... you have to get full on naked for this, as they scrub/wash over your chest with a paper thing for down below.. it is strange in that way, especially if you're with friends. I asked for little cover over my chest. They provide water bottle which I felt needed. After hammam I chilled for few minutes with tea and.few biscuits. Massage Very thorough and to your desire kind of massage. I didn't get asked what oil to use... but when i asked she said lavender. Massage lady was Mina. Limited English but ladies working so if there is something specific you need you can ask Receptionist.
