Heritage Suites Hotel - Siem Reap

Spent CNY in Siem Reap and opted for this hotel as part of a SIA package. The location is very good, just outside of hustle of town centre but close enough to be there in 10 min with a TukTuk. The hotel is in direction of Angkor Wat, which is convenient for the early morning sunrise visit. |Accommodation is spacious and comfortable. Hotel also provides a pool which is pleasant after a day of visiting tombs. Food is delicious, staff very friendly. Spa is good although slightly pricey for this part of the world. The heritage style makes this hotel special! Sincerely recommend.

An urban oasis. We had the private pool room and it was fabulous! This place is just enough out of the hustle and bustle but still super convenient. They went above and beyond to celebrate a birthday with us. The team were so lovely and kind. A stand out was Sinat, she was so beautiful and sweet and helped us learn things. I didn’t feel like a walking wallet in this hotel. They left beautiful gifts, the breakfast was lovely and the main pool was gorgeous. The team were all very welcoming. They gave us treats for my partner’s birthday. Highly highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel.

What an amazing place to stay in Siem Reap. If you book any other hotel, you will be doing a disservice to yourself. They welcomed me like family at this establishment and made me feel.at home. All the staff at Heritage suites from Nith at front desk to Koang at the restaurant and pool bar, and the rest of all the staff, deserve a applause for the level of service and hospitality they provide. Simply outstanding. I'd definitely stay here again. They know how to set the bar high with the level of service. Lastly, the food at the restaurant is delectable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are all excellent. Don't forget to try their Cambodian Beef noodle soup and the brown sugar sticky rice. Looking forward to staying here on my next trip.

I've been traveling through Asia, and the combination of stay, people, and culture was one of the best I've ever experienced. From the hotel's decor and excellent amenities to the genuine friendliness of all its staff, from the spa to the reception and those who served us every meal for five days. But I'd like to highlight the hotel guide, Kim, who is the best guide we could have had. Besides his immense knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness, he's also a professional photographer and took photos that will last a lifetime. Thank you all so much. This was an amazing hotel stay from start to finish. Suite style rooms. The suite was quite large, reasonably priced, and included a shower, deep tub, sauna, and private patio. Our traveling companions opted for a private pool. The restaurant is excellent. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff. They are delightfully pleasant and helpful. We had a late flight out and were given a late checkout. This is an excellent property.

A few weeks ago, I went to heritage suite hotel just to get their dining experience. I had the famous chicken breast steak, Chicken banana flower salad, and banana and cashew nut spring roll. It was so so so good!!! I wish I could have more, but I’m too full haha. The service experience was even more incredible, they are very welcoming and nice. I definitely recommend everyone to get their dining experience at Heritage Suite Hotel list once during your visit at Siem Reap.

We have been to Siem Reap, Cambodia many, many times. Three years ago we decided to stay at Heritage Suites Hotel. We have stayed there each year for the past three years. It is simply the best hotel and staff in Siem Reap. The service is exceptional - friendly, warm, and welcoming. Each year when we return the staff treat us like family. ||The pool suite rooms are spacious and well designed, and decorated. The private lap pool is refreshing after a long day of touring or visiting city center, before a massage at the spa, followed by dinner at the hotel restaurant. We often eat all dinners at the hotel during out stay. The food is excellent, and the staff very attentive.||We are already planning out trip for next year and will be staying at the Heritage Suites Hotel.||Thank you to the hotel staff for a most pleasant and memorable stay this year.

We had a fabulous six-night stay at the Heritage Suites Hotel in Siam Reap in early April 2025. It is an elegant property in a good location, with a restaurant, pool and bar, spa and rooms, suites and residences with private pools. The best thing about this hotel was the exceptional service, from the restaurant and pool staff, to the spa, to the general manager who made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Every hotel staff person we encountered was friendly, efficient and went the extra mile to make guests feel cared for and valued.||• Room/Suite: We had reserved a room, but decided to upgrade to a bungalow garden suite and were so glad we did. It was large and beautifully furnished, with an outdoor patio/shower as well as an indoor sauna. Each day, housekeeping left us a gift of Cambodian handicrafts from the hotel, a very welcoming touch. |• Pool: It’s the hot season in Cambodia and it was great to have the hotel pool to return to after touring earlier in the day. The pool is small but was never crowded while we were there. There is a pool bar, with a friendly and helpful staff, and a great happy hour. |• Hotel Restaurant: For breakfast in the hotel restaurant, you order from a menu of Western and Cambodian items. One morning, we left before the restaurant opened to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat, and they prepared a breakfast basket to take with us. We also had dinner one night and enjoyed the Cambodian food menu.|• Hotel Spa: I had a relaxing, well priced facial at their Heritage Spa. ||We were in Southeast Asia for a month and stayed at many fine hotels. The Heritage Suites Hotel was truly a stand-out experience – we will definitely be back. Thank you, Heritage Suites !
