"Heritage Suites Hotel How often does a king’s car pick you up at the airport? Arrival at Heritage Suites begins with a vintage 1962 or 1968 Mercedes—one of which used to belong to the late King Norodom Sihanouk—before you're promptly whisked off to a historic cream-colored building of soaring arches, mahogany columns, and wrought-iron balconies. With just 26 rooms (most of which are suites), the boutique hideaway is often so serene as to feel more like a royal’s private compound than a hotel—if a royal’s compound had its own high-end tour agency and one of the trendiest jazz bars in town. Rooms are spacious and surprisingly modern in style—all suites have a lush private garden, and top-tier rooms also have a private hot tub—and welcome drinks and canapés help guests immediately acclimate to the villa’s languid and decadent atmosphere. The sprawling saltwater pool and its umbrella-shaded sunbeds beckon at all hours (including for romantic candlelit dining), while the intimate spa offers yet another way to unwind in between temple excursions. Best of all, the hotel gives back: It works closely with the Sala Baï Hotel and Restaurant School, training and hiring students from this school that works with underprivileged Cambodians, especially women, and offers guests opportunities to participate in activities with the school."

Heritage Suites Hotel, Siem Reap, Cambodia - Explore & Book

"Everything here is a treat. The hotel blends French colonial cool out front with contemporary design in back. In the main building, a magnificent colonial wood-and-steel construction is dominated by a brushed chrome bar and sparkling mirrors, plus there's a galleried restaurant with the sweetest staff in town. Through a long classical gallery (housing the Heritage Rooms) you reach a fabulous shaded pool, with a bar and padded loungers flanking the water. Beyond that lie the suites - and you really want to try for one of these, as they were among the best rooms we saw in town. They come complete with private walled gardens where you can shower in the shade of palm trees, and free-standing stone baths in the middle of each room. This is the perfect bolthole for couples after action and adventure paired with ultimate relaxation. The hotel has its own tour company offering tailor-made adventure trips: try quad-biking through the forest into Angkor’s secret temples, or overnighting in their jungle camp, or a private yacht cruise on Tonle Sap, Asia’s largest freshwater lake. Highs The suites are seriously spoiling and romantic: fabulous beds, steam rooms and power showers, private gardens and massive terrazzo tubsThe pool terrace, with its smart loungers, lush gardens and staff on hand to fix you a drinkThis is a very private place: if you’re looking to be left in peace, you will beSet in a pleasant and peaceful area, and just a 10-minute drive or 30-minute cycle ride from Angkor WatThe loveliest staff in the world Lows You’re not that far from the centre of town, but you’re not really close enough to walk and the immediate residential area is somewhat ordinaryOn the temple side the chanting starts before dawn, goes on for a long time, and the abbot has a very peculiar voiceThe redecoration of the rooms - all made by local craftsmen - is easy on the eye but a bit blandDespite all the luxury the towels are curiously mean in conceptionIt’s keenly priced" - Tom Bell

"Being the closest city to Angkor Wat, the world’s largest religious monument, has turned the Cambodian provincial capital of Siem Reap into a boomtown of sorts. These days, the city is bursting at the seams with accommodations that range from backpacker hostels to magnificent five-star resorts. Somewhere in the middle (though a bit closer to the latter) there’s also the Heritage Suites, which abstains from the kind of over-the-top opulence that defines many of its neighbors in favor of a quiet, secluded take on Indochine luxury." - Tablet Hotels

I've been traveling through Asia, and the combination of stay, people, and culture was one of the best I've ever experienced. From the hotel's decor and excellent amenities to the genuine friendliness of all its staff, from the spa to the reception and those who served us every meal for five days. But I'd like to highlight the hotel guide, Kim, who is the best guide we could have had. Besides his immense knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness, he's also a professional photographer and took photos that will last a lifetime. Thank you all so much. Cambodia, Siem Reap, Heritage Suites Hotel, and its people will always be in our hearts. Thank you so much for everything.

Incredible stay, beyond expectations!! We only stayed for two days but had we known, we would have planned for a longer time here. Excelente quality-price ratio! The suites are super roomy, with your own sauna and swimming pool in your patio. The staff is helpful and welcoming, make you feel right at home. Special thanks to Tola and the other members of the restaurant and front desk!! It is also well located, close to the market and lively area but far enough that you are not bothered by it. If we ever come back to Seam Reap this will our place for sure.

Just finishing 3 wonderful nights at this charming boutique hotel. Situated in a quieter part of town (the only noises we heard were from the local primary school) but this was not an issue for us especially as the hotel tuk tuk driver was happy to drop us off and pick us up as we needed. All the staff were attentive and happy to respond to any of our queries. Too many to name in person but a special shout out has to go to Noeut the in-house masseuse who all 3 of us agreed gave the best massage we could remember. Yes it's more expensive than town but you get what you pay for. Also recommend booking tours via the hotel we did the sunrise tour to Angkor wat with a private driver and guide and breakfast provided by the hotel| Breakfast with fresh juice and a la carte options was superb as was happy hour cocktails with delicious peanuts. Would we recommend-absolutely!

What an amazing place to stay in Siem Reap. If you book any other hotel, you will be doing a disservice to yourself. They welcomed me like family at this establishment and made me feel.at home. All the staff at Heritage suites from Nith at front desk to Koang at the restaurant and pool bar, and the rest of all the staff, deserve a applause for the level of service and hospitality they provide. Simply outstanding. I'd definitely stay here again. They know how to set the bar high with the level of service. Lastly, the food at the restaurant is delectable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are all excellent. Don't forget to try their Cambodian Beef noodle soup and the brown sugar sticky rice. Looking forward to staying here on my next trip.

An urban oasis. We had the private pool room and it was fabulous! This place is just enough out of the hustle and bustle but still super convenient. They went above and beyond to celebrate a birthday with us. The team were so lovely and kind. A stand out was Sinat, she was so beautiful and sweet and helped us learn things. I didn’t feel like a walking wallet in this hotel. They left beautiful gifts, the breakfast was lovely and the main pool was gorgeous. The team were all very welcoming. They gave us treats for my partner’s birthday. Highly highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel.

Heritage Suites Hotel is a true gem in Siem Reap. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and spotless, with every detail carefully thought out. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel truly welcome. The pool and spa are perfect for relaxing after exploring Angkor, and the location is peaceful yet close to everything. A perfect stay, I highly recommend it!

This is a wonderful hotel and we had a great time there. The rooms are very spacious and conformable. We booked 2 rooms with provate pool for the whole family, and the staff was so kind to put the two pools in contact: this way we had a large private pool only for us. We really enjoyed the time.

A few weeks ago, I went to heritage suite hotel just to get their dining experience. I had the famous chicken breast steak, Chicken banana flower salad, and banana and cashew nut spring roll. It was so so so good!!! I wish I could have more, but I’m too full haha. The service experience was even more incredible, they are very welcoming and nice. I definitely recommend everyone to get their dining experience at Heritage Suite Hotel list once during your visit at Siem Reap.
