This was my second time here. First time visited in 2012 and this time brought my 3 kids. The staff is beyond amazing and helpful, they made the kids comfortable and took special care. The panoramic views from our room was amazing. Would like to visit again with parents and would recommend others too. Such a beautiful heritage hotel. And such a warm feel to it.

We stayed on the third floor with beautiful views over the tea plantations and gardens. The hotel has lots of quirky things relating to its historical past as a tea factory. The food and the service was excellent too. A great choice of food well cooked and nicely presented. The grounds contain a miniature tea factory and nicely presented gardens. Recommended for a relaxing and peaceful stay with beautiful surroundings. Special thanks to Mohanraj at the hotel for finding my wife's lost earring after much searching. The staff are very pleasant, attentive and helpful. 😊

Amazing hotel - service was 10/10, rooms are beautiful and the food is great (try the curry leaf sandwich on the room service menu!). The mini tea factory tour is also great - but the thing that made it exceptional was our guide Krishna. Krishna has a great sense of humour, made the tour really fun and showed us the entire process from start to finish.

I recently stayed at a hotel that used to be an old tea factory, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is surrounded by tea estate, providing breathtaking views that are simply stunning. We stayed in a room with a 270-degree view, and it was nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is very clean and neat, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our visit, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable time. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made our experience special. One of the unique aspects of the hotel is the preserved tea factory machinery and the fascinating history displayed around the premises. Each evening, the management turns on the nearly 100-year-old National Generator for 30 minutes for demonstration purposes, adding a historic touch to the experience. While the buffet was average, I would appreciate it if they could include more vegetarian options. Overall, the experience was outstanding. It's a truly amazing place with an equally amazing view, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay.

Full of old world charm. The tea picking experience was awesome and the tea tasting great. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was good with plenty of authentic choices. The high tea was amazing. All the staff were really nice, happy and helpful.

It is an interesting place to see high up on the hills. The road is narrow and winding, so I would not like to meet a van or bus coming the other way. The service and food was excellent. The building is unique and well preserved. It was a bit rattled last night because of the high wind. We enjoyed our stroll around the property and the local village. Vodaraj was an attentive waiter who helped make us feel welcome.

It was really good hotel with good service, delicious foods, eye catching location, small scale tea factory and so on. We were really happy with the staff especially with Mohan and all others including reception. We had an excellent traditional welcome. Children were happy with play area and garden. We highly recommend this hotel to locals and foreigners ☺️

Beautiful experience. From the moment you step in you feel the difference the altitude brings in. The service and warmth of the staff is on par par with the altitude. Highest level of service. Rooms have a historical touch and the views are unmatched. Food and variety are above average and the Pastas were brilliant. The atmosphere from sunset to sunrise is breathtaking. Hospitality is brilliant. Overall a wonderful experience.
