The furniture and home accessories they sell are not cheap, but you are definitely paying for quality. Herman Miller has that sleek, clean, modern aesthetic (bordering on quirky/unique, but not quite there) which I love. I didn't spend much time on their first floor, where they sell their home decor; instead, the bulk of my time was spent on their second floor, where they sell their office chairs.
These are without a doubt some of the best (if not THE BEST) quality office chairs for posture, ergonomics, and comfort. If you spend a lot of time hunched over a desk and have $800-$1200 to spare, I would highly recommend investing in one of their amazing office chairs. My mother and I were helped out by the lovely Mark, who recommended the Aeron (their overall bestseller), Embody (preferred by gamers), and Sayl (for something fun yet functional).
Mark was also incredibly helpful and patient with us as we hemmed and hawed over their selection of sleek, ergonomic office chairs. Without us even asking, he showed us all the features, bells, and whistles of their more popular office chairs, and didn't pressure us in the slightest as we low-key played musical chairs for ages, very indecisively. Wonderful customer service! I definitely want to stop by again sometime to properly explore the first floor.
