had a great experience at this bubble tea shop! The drinks are fresh, flavorful, and not overly sweet. The staff is friendly, patient, and always willing to help with recommendations. The store is clean and cozy, making it a nice place to relax or grab a drink on the go. I especially loved thei recommend trying it!

I visited this milk tea shop and really enjoyed it. The drinks taste fresh and delicious. I tried the watermelon delight, and it was smooth, creamy, and not too sweet. The pearls were soft and chewy. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Overall, it’s a nice place to stop by for a good cup of milk tea.

Had the Kale Breeze today — super well-blended and surprisingly tasty even with zero sugar. The staff were very welcoming. Definitely recommend!

I have tried to order here on a weekend several times and they were crazy packed and busy. They are located in the same plaza as T&T. So that might explain it being very busy on a weekend. But today on a Wednesday afternoon, I finally scored. The milk tea 🧋 tasted fresh with its own unique touches. The lemon 🍋 drink was good as well. They are known for their wild concoctions. But I like to try and taste 👅 the classic drinks for me to set a baseline on their flavours and authenticity. I am happy to say that I enjoyed my drinks very much. The staff were friendly and helpful. They get 5 stars 🌟 easily 👍. Happy eats everyone 😎

I enjoy getting drinks from Hero Tea, my favorite drink is the White peach oolong milk tea. The staffs are so friendly every time I come and order. One of my favorite milk tea shops in Mississauga.

Went on Boxing Day and was pretty disappointed with the experience. I ordered takeout and asked for the Christmas takeout bag, but the staff member refused and said it was only for delivery orders. More disappointing, they forgot the whipped cream topping that I paid extra for. Overall, not the experience I was expecting.

I love their grass jelly! It’s been a long time since I’ve had such good grass jelly at a bubble tea shop. I added whipped cream to the Morning Jade Milk Tea, and the slightly salty whipped cream pairs really well with it. 😊the price also not expensive! 我喝了很多奶茶這個店很不錯！worth to try!!

Had the brown sugar ember matcha 🍵 this had a good consistency and different take on ur traditional matcha very dessert light ice size is adequate 👍

Okay I don't know authentic bubble tea so please take my review with a grain of salt. I was expecting this to be like Coco's and Kung Fu lol This was not too great. I was struggling to find a simple milk tea and just went with what the cashier said. Whatever I ordered tasted nothing like milk tea and was very water in my opinion. One thing I can definitely say is that its super expensive. I don't think I wouldve come back even if the bubble tea was great

I came in with super low expectations and was honestly prepared to be a hater lol, but now all I have to say is WOW. This was probably the most expensive milk tea I've ever paid for, and coming from someone who is veeery picky when it comes to milk tea/boba, you can definitely taste the difference in quality. Hero Tea is 100% worth your money. However, because of how pricy it is, this place will have to be an occasional treat for me. I got "The Wizard of Oz", a matcha base with coconut milk, and added their "Snow Topping" fresh whipped cream ($1.25 is expensive af for whipped cream and brought my total out to almost $9 so in my head I was like god damn this better be worth it LOL ) and konjac jelly (crystal boba). It was delicious, you can also taste the freshness in their whipped cream and it almost tasted similar to cheese foam if you've ever had it-- which complimented the tea so well! I loved the print on their cups and cup sleeves, the art is so pretty, and the interior is super nice as well- chic, lounge vibes, lots of couples and groups of friends seem to enjoy this spot. Would definitely be back when I'm in the area to try something else!

I have occasionally gone after work since my work starts and ends later than normal. I have been wanting to try their drinks since the previous 2 bubble tea places had closed. The staff are friendly and will recommend drinks and toppings if anything has run out throughout the day. The drinks seem to be made really quickly and are tasty. I would recommend the water chestnut boba since I haven't seen a popping boba that is similar to the cup jello with hard chucks in it. Also, it seemed to be popular and is really quiet. I have seen people work and hang out there with their drinks.

Very friendly service, the staff was able to recommend a couple of their favourite drinks. There is a lot of indoor seating and parking available. We ordered the mountainous white peach tea (3/5) the peach flavour was a bit light more tea flavour, the second drink we ordered is the sweet and sour grape tea (5/5) very refreshing with lots of jelly.

Food: poor quality and poor taste Service: horrible, rude employees Ambiance: mediocre, crowded parking lot and small space inside the store 0/10. I do not recommend.

The bubble tea is crafted with high quality tea leaves and most drinks can be adjusted for sugar and ice levels. The signature treasure grass jelly tea is a great blend of flavour and textures- though the raisins may not be for everyone, you can order your drink to omit them. The teas can be pretty strong, so it's best to drink this earlier in the day if you're sensitive to caffeine. Best bubble tea in the area!

Amazing tea and such creative menu choices. A step above most bubble tea places, sets itself apart with the distinctive menu. One of my top favs.
