Received packing cubes for Christmas. Nice but I wanted the compression packing tubes. When I checked with Herschel they do not offer this product. I tried to return the cubes I had with the receipt and the very ignorant man told me no, we will not accept a return unless it is the person that purchased it and returned on the exact same debit card. Wasted trip for me, now my son will have to make a special trip. This is a stupid policy, Herschel, you can do better. Really turned off the whole brand now.

Alexander was so prestigious! 1000000/10 would recommend! If every customer service worker was like him, id want this handsome guy to be the face of every retail company! I was looking at 3 different stores to find luggage and all were absolutes bums before I got to Herschel! Alexander is the best to go to at this store! He made my experience the best i had in a long time! Thank you Alexander for the exceptional service and again, you rock!

We came into Herschel after leaving from Bentley very disappointed in service and quality. We were so glad we did! Alexander met us with a genuine smile and we felt comfortable asking him to talk to us about his carry on options. He showed us some super sexy bag options! We had a bit of sticker shock, but he immediately had alternatives that exceeded our expectations and provided us with a better quality bag than we expected. After he walked us through several bag options, colours and designs, he mentioned that all their bags were backed by the quality guarantee, online or in store. Wow! That makes so much sense for a consumer dropping some serious cash on a piece of luggage! We told him his service was refreshing and appreciated how helpful he was to us. We also shared of our poor experience down the way at Bentley and he sympathized and discounted our bag to show us appreciation in return. Well done Herschel and Alexander! We got a bag we love, spent a little more than planned but realized spending a bit over expectations made sense.

I recently visited the Herschel store. While the products were great and lived up to expectations, the customer service was disappointing. There was no greeting when we entered, and the staff kept staring at us without offering any assistance. We were ignored until we checked out, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Definitely expected better service for a brand like Herschel.

Bought the best diaper bag from Herschel! I have 3 different diapers bags from other brands and ended up not using them anymore after finding the right one from this store. BJ ( I hope the name is correct) is amazing. He was very helpful, gave me all the options and suggested me the perfect one for me. Excellent customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the amazing experience of visiting the store location in Calgary Alberta. The sales associates that helped us were absolutely amazing above and beyond. In fact, they took the time to explain to us, the history of the company, as well as extensive time and effort that has gone into making these luxury brand suitcases. We are totally won over, and will never buy another piece of luggage from any other retailer. the customer service was above and beyond our expectations and your team has definitely want us as customers for luggage as well as apparel.
