We came into Herschel after leaving from Bentley very disappointed in service and quality.
We were so glad we did!
Alexander met us with a genuine smile and we felt comfortable asking him to talk to us about his carry on options.
He showed us some super sexy bag options! We had a bit of sticker shock, but he immediately had alternatives that exceeded our expectations and provided us with a better quality bag than we expected.
After he walked us through several bag options, colours and designs, he mentioned that all their bags were backed by the quality guarantee, online or in store. Wow! That makes so much sense for a consumer dropping some serious cash on a piece of luggage!
We told him his service was refreshing and appreciated how helpful he was to us. We also shared of our poor experience down the way at Bentley and he sympathized and discounted our bag to show us appreciation in return.
