Amazing ride experience. It is one of the biggest park in US. Lots of rides for kids. Multiple things you can do- Dry rides, wet rides and visit Zoo America. Lots of options for eating with primary one is Overlook Cafe. Best thing is park is open late in the summer and thats an advantage for the families.

Lines are long. The rides are great. What you'd come to expect from any park of note. The candy theme rides are a nice creative touch. I'd recommend looking into getting the fast track pass when purchasing tickets.

Google
Overall great experience for arriving a couple hours after opening on a very hot day. We purchased all tickets right at the main gate, we did not pre order. We only visited the Boardwalk due to the extreme temps. Check in was good except no clear indication or communication on what our purchases meant. For example, we purchased all day dining passes but were never told where/how often we could use them. Long walk from main gate to boardwalk if that’s where you’re headed. Difficult for handicap or elderly. We had our own mobility scooter for our handicap user but my mom had a difficult time making the walk and needed to rest. If needing to rent scooters/strollers do so right at main gate. We were able to find chairs relatively quick/easy. However, our biggest and only complaint were the very low beach chairs which were difficult for our elderly and handicap people to use. All day dining passes and refillable cups definitely worth it. Small waits for lazy river but well worth it as they do implement rules and allow for it to be a true lazy river. All must have/use a tube and no jumping/swimming, flipping. Locker set up was cool and very easy to use. Our seats, pop refill station, food, and lockers were all within 100ft of each-other so we had a great set up for the day.

Been one of my favorite amusement parks since I was a little girl. Always begged mu family to take me back every summer haha. I've always loved the atmosphere, rides and location of Hersheypark. Their seasonal events are always fun to look out for, too.

Naditha Ranathunga

Google
It was one of the best amusement parks I've ever been to. The varieties of dry and wet rides were incredible and astounding. The zoo, the Chocolate World and the Boardwalk all into one was one of the best trips I've ever been to.

Google
Family trip to Hersheypark on a hot, hot July day! We had an absolute blast! Lines weren't too bad (averaged 30-45 minutes on the busy ride), crowd size was tolerable, food and drink options were great, and the park was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were enough shaded areas to help you beat the heat. The older kids really liked the roller coasters, while I went with the younger one and rode the bumper cars and other rides for younger visitors. HP gets a big shout-out for allowing everyone to have access to free water to make sure you stay hydrated! Pro-tips: buy parking, admission tickets, meal tickets and fast passes before you arrive. There's always parking and entrance deals on-line, and if you're planning on eating and drinking a decent amount, you'll want to save by having the meal/drink packages. The fast pass feeling can't be beat when you walk past hundreds of people waiting in line and get right on your ride 😉. Have a Hersheypark happy day!

Google
Old school charm with a bunch of modern roller coasters… there was something for everyone to enjoy… plenty of games … kids enjoyed the water park… family has continued the quest of riding every set of bumper cars in the world !!!

Google
Lots of variety, daily meal plan is a great value, as is the drink plan. Season plans may be, but being out of state I've no experience. Lots of walking, some long lines, but plenty of choices if you're flexible. Water park is a little lite on dedicated big rides, but the water castle and its slides help make up for it. I appreciated the various drinking fountains and restrooms. The app is nice but the wait times didn't seem even close at times. Lightning storm didn't register as closing anything in the app, despite shutting everything down for a few hours. Plenty of benches and tables with shade. Dry rub chicken wings was crazy lol way too much powder for the few wings. Chicken tenders and fried shrimp with cheese curds were all amazing.

Yelp
This is my favorite coaster park in my area the best rides I've been on just a little bit overpriced

Yelp
Awesome park!! Went on a Monday stayed 11-9p (waited at the gate from 1030ish due to NOT having early season pass access) the longest wait was 30 minutes and didn't need a fast track pass, but we HUSTLE through the park. Strictly stuck to the adult/family rides and was able to complete 15 roller coasters and rides. Food was decent price ($~50 for 2 ppl for two meals/sides for the day). You can get FREE water from drink stations without having to pay for drinks or a cup **Didn't visit the water park or zoo. WP was CROWDED with kids, not my preference, so I stayed away. ZooAmerica was strictly an aerial view with the monorail and skyline ride as I've seen all these animals before and wanted a strict park experience Beautifully depicted statue of Milton Hershey in the beginning of the park. Visited Hershey Park after watching documentaries of how he truly changed the world of chocolate . There is a TV series called "The food that built America" and there is an episode of this historical family feud between the chocolate line.

Yelp
Long wait times: I felt that the lines were "horribly long," especially on weekends, making the experience tiresome. Fast pass frustration: Guests who bought fast passes were able to skip ahead in lines, creating feelings of unfairness and resentment. The fast pass system, though paid for, caused regular ticket holders to feel disadvantaged. Perceived inequality: My complaint wants to highlight my concern that if more people buy fast passes, it could render regular passes nearly useless, creating a bigger divide between those who can afford fast passes and those who cannot. At times my regular pass felt useless since I decided not to ride certain rides knowing the wait was well over an hour. Unbearable experience: Overall, the combination of long waits and the perceived inequality between fast pass holders and regular guests led to a negative experience.

Yelp
As a family-friendly park, I expected to see more staff with a welcoming attitude. While there were a few standout employees at Hershey Park, most staff members had a neutral demeanor. The variety of food options and the availability of a show added to the overall experience. However, the wait times for the Twizzler rides were quite long. My older child spent five hours at the park but was only able to ride two attractions, even during the off-peak season. This led to a lack of interest in staying longer. In contrast, my younger child enjoyed four Reese rides and a 20-minute show. The Trick-or-Treat trail was fun for the kids, but it would have been even better if the staff had dressed in costumes and organized activities to enhance the experience, as not all kids enjoy taking photos. We were also unaware of the complimentary access to ZooAmerica, which was not mentioned on the passes. A bit more transparency about this perk would have been helpful, and it would be nice if ZooAmerica could be visited at a later date rather than just on the same day. A highlight of our visit was the tram ride back to the parking lot, where the staff provided comfort to the kids who were nervous about certain rides. We also appreciated the family package that included a treat, and the popcorn we chose came in a generously sized bag. Lastly, it was a pleasant surprise to discover that Hershey World was right next to the park, making it an easy walk. Overall, I would consider returning if I could secure a lower rate for admission.

Yelp
Extremely underrated and overshadowed by Six Flags, Disney and the countless other seemingly more "popular" amusement parks, Hersheypark and Chocolate World should be on your list of must visit theme parks! There are plenty of rides for the young kids, plenty of roller coasters for the older kids, a big waterpark for both and plenty of fun to go around for all here. I've been to Hersheypark a few times in my much, much younger years, but I definitely saw it from a whole new perspective as a parent my last go around. We bought a 2 day pass to the park (1 day for water play and 1 day to go on all of the dry rides) and our kids had an absolute blasssst - so much so that they knocked out half way through each day, which thankfully gave us some reprieve through this deceptively large park. Even though we came on a Thursday and Friday, the park was pacccccked like a weekend because it was the summer after all. I won't go into detail about every single ride, but, like I said earlier, there are way more rides here than I remember when I visited in the past - probably because I put more focus on the kiddie rides this time around. As you can imagine, there is a chocolate theme all around the park and if you're into taking pictures with Hershey characters (e.g. Hershey Kiss, Reeses, Jolly Rancher) they come out during certain parts of the day, so definitely look out for them. As for food, there are many food options inside, but, to no one's surprise, most do revolve around fast food (e.g. burgers, chicken tenders, fries) - which I'm sure your kids will love. If you're looking to save a few bucks, I do highly recommend getting the single meal dining pass, as it typically makes your meal of an entree + side + drink a little bit less expensive. HOWEVER, although the rules state that you cannot bring in any open bottled beverages, security never opened any of our soft-sided cooler bags to check on either day we went. Although it's no Disney in sheer space and size, it can still be exhausting trekking around the park with your kids here, especially on a hot, summer day, so be prepared. AND, just a note, if rides are closed for more than 1 hour (which happened on both days we were there), you can go to Guest Services by the entrance and redeem a return voucher for any day within the calendar year!

Yelp
Fun trip. Some free things to do. Look online for deals. Some things you can only find here.

Yelp
Look ok, it's no Disneyland. It's also way better than a Six Flags. It's an enjoyable park that is easy to navigate. There are lots of ride options for all thrill or scared levels. Tip: Definitely download the app! You can see wait times, create lists of what you want to see and do, has a map, etc. The main restaurant is yum and there's lots of food and drink options throughout. Lots of cute stores too. I've now been as a kid and an adult. I enjoyed it both times.

Yelp
Am still not pleased with the computerized Chocolate Factory Tour. Just putting that out there, as absolutely loved the one from years past. On a positive note Wildcats Revenge is epic! A lot of people, including this bald man, were not happy about the Wildcat's update. My sincerest apologies and thank you Hershey. The new update is an absolute adrenaline rush. Very well done and you did this correct, as the speed and spirals had me howling. Even my teenage son loved it, and a smile was witnessed. $4.50 for bottles of water is insane. Then again it's probably more at Disney and elsewhere. Berks Hotdogs were wonderful. Due to back problems, I limited myself to three rides. Yet my teenage son did every roller coaster. He's got bigger brass than I'll ever have, and says your Candy Monium is the best. Our entire family had a great time, and thank you for having skeeball for my folks. Look forward to the back problems being resolved. You have improved the maps, and also this is extremely walkable. I also appreciate that you have rides for all ages. The music band was fun, and also saw more candy characters out and about. Great place and a lot of smiles yesterday. Our family has had some challenges, but yesterday we smiled and laughed all day. Well done!

Yelp
Not too far from Hershey's Chocolate World was Hersheypark. I was definitely excited to check this place out! My significant other and I first stopped at the Ticketing building. I purchased a Regular 1-Day Admission ticket for $86.95. The first ride we tried out was Trailblazer. The line wasn't too long. I enjoyed how calm the ride was. It wasn't really thrilling or long, but it was a good one to start off with. After that ride, we were hungry, so we decided to try Spring Creek Smokehouse. Luckily, there wasn't a long wait to order. We ended up ordering a Fountain Beverage for 5.79 and Ribs for 15.79. The Ribs were ready fast. After we were handed them, we filled the Fountain Beverage with diet pepsi. We found a nearby table to sit at. The Fountain Beverage was pretty good, but not worth the price. The Ribs were okay at first, but quickly became tiresome to eat. I didn't really enjoy my visit to Spring Creek Smokehouse. We stood in line for Comet and it didn't take too long to get on. This ride felt like a classic to me. The first drop was excellent! It did feel like a long ride. I thought it was great. I would definitely ride it again. Skyrush was our last ride and to be honest, I was glad it was. The line was short and we loaded on fairly fast. It swiftly moved us up to the top. That added to the fear factor to me. Skyrush was intense! I wanted to go to sleep after I got off. It was a great ride, but it just about wiped me out. I was surprised on how clean the park appeared to be. It felt nice to roam around a place that was close to spotless. The service throughout my time here was solid. I had no issues in that category. I enjoyed my time here, so I ended up going back to the Ticketing building to upgrade my ticket to a 24 Bite Size Season Pass for $81.00. In my opinion, it was worth the upgrade. Overall, I liked this place a lot. I had a great time here and I'm excited to come back. Date of visit: 05/23/24

Yelp
First time back art Hershey in years and had a great time! Barring the $4.50 bottles of water everything was great. We went on a Sunday so we didnt need the fast pass, didnt wait more than 10 minutes to get on any ride. Totally made up for the $35 dollar parking so we broke about even there. There were enough rides for us to spend about 5 hours in the park. Bonus points for the concert venue being attached we say Janet and Nelly there the night before so got a chance to scope out parking for the day after. Hershey remains a fun time for adults and kids alike!

Yelp
It was my first time at Hersheypark and I really enjoyed myself! The bathrooms were pretty clean for amusement park bathrooms. I enjoyed the food choices as well. They had something for everyone including healthy options. The açaí bowls were delicious! The lines weren't long for the rides either. Overall a great time. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Yes, yes, and yes. I underestimated this park so much and I am in love. If you like roller coasters this is the place to be. We had a fast pass so we didn't wait long but majority of the lines weren't too bad. Note this is in April. The grounds were clean and the employees were super nice. They ensure you are safely in your ride seat before taking off. With good though too because these are some of the fastest coasters around. Food was reasonable but not on the top of my list. Ample parking and a tram if you parked too far. We ended up staying the whole day because of how big the park is.

Yelp
Fun entertainment for the whole family! There's something to love for everyone. Look into the drink and food package if you want to save some money on food and drink costs. Otherwise, it can add up quickly.

Yelp
Hershey Park's Christmas Candylane is the perfect opportuniyt to enjoy the Christmas season and still enjoy the park attractions. The number of rides is reduced but they still have a good selection available. Fastpass is also available to an add on sale if you want to skip the lines especially on the coasters. Hershey Park is now cashless. It is also "map less." If you want to know where you are or see where you are going then download the Hershey Park app or take a picture of the park map hanging in various locations in the park. A statue of Milton Hershey adorns the centerpiece of the park. The walk around the park can be hilly but it does level off. Most of your eating venues are outside dining but if you prefer to eat inside then take your luck on getting a seat at Chick Fil-A or dine in one of their sit down restaurants. The thing I enjoyed most about this visit was seeing the sponsored Christmas trees all all the Boardwalk. Some of them were uniquely adorned and somewhat clever. It's definitely a must see if you are here. Holiday themed lights are scattereed throughout the park and dusk is probably the best time to see them. While visiting check out the live reindeer in the barn area. You may run across your favorite. Santa is located elsewhere. I ended up riding three attractions-Wild mouse, train, and Hershey's kiss viewing tower. The first was a bit too wild for me but I enjoyed the other two. Holiday snacks abound and you cannot go without getting your fill of their delicious hot chocolate! We did not see any of the Hershey's characters but I wasn't looking for them. Your ticket can be handstamped if you want to leave and return. You can exit to next door Chocolate World. If you are a guest of the Hershey resorts then complimentary door to door shuttle service is nearby so you don't have to fool with parking or parking fees. Since we were staying at the Hotel Hershey, that is the route we took. Zoo American also sits next door for an additional fee. The summer attractions such as the waterpark were closed but there still is enough to see and do without them. This is a great alternative to celebrating a Christmas wonderland. Located in Hershey, PA not far from Harrisburg.

Yelp
My wife and I recently visited Hershey Park with high expectations, but my experience could have been better. While the park offers a variety of attractions and a pleasant environment, several aspects disappointed me. The most disappointing aspect of our visit was the food. The quality was subpar, and the prices were exorbitant. This was particularly disheartening given the park's reputation and the high cost of admission. We felt we were not getting value for our money, which significantly impacted our overall experience. Additionally, the long waits for rides were a significant downside. Despite the park being moderately sized, the lines moved slowly, and the wait times were much longer than anticipated. This detracted from the overall enjoyment of the day. The park personnel also seemed indifferent to customer service. Staff members could have been more friendly and helpful, which was surprising for such a well-known amusement park. More enthusiasm and attentiveness from the employees would have improved the experience. On a brighter note, ZooAmerica was a standout of our visit. The zoo was well-maintained, and the variety of animals was truly impressive. It provided a refreshing break from the crowds and was a genuinely enjoyable part of our day. Hershey Park has its attractions and merits, but the issues with food quality and price, long ride waits, and indifferent staff detracted from the experience. While ZooAmerica was a bright spot, we hope that the park can address these concerns to fully meet our expectations in the future.

Yelp
Whatever you do GET THE FAST PASS! Pretty great amusement park but oh man the lines are way too long! We were only able to go on THREE rides in 7 hours! I want to go back but get the fast pass. Food is a little pricey but that's normal at an amusement park. It's clean and fun!
google avatar

Yelp
Love the water park at HersheyPark. The Oola bowls found on the boardwalk of HersheyPark is really good.

Yelp
Our family had a great time visiting Hershey Park. There is a wide range of rides that suited our 3 year old and fun rollercoasters that our oldest enjoyed. The park was clean. It was a bit hilly, not flat which was ok for us but sometimes was hard to drag our wagon around. We visited the zoo part of the park also which was super fun! Our kids love our local zoo and this was a nice break from the rides. Prices for games were reasonable. I recommend downloading the park app, it shows the wait times for rides. We definitely will be coming back for a future visit.

Yelp
Hersheypark is a sweet amusement park, and not just in the food, though that is definitely noteworthy as that is a flaw of many other amusement parks. They have some amazing roller coasters, including the fast, crazy, and airtime-filled Wildcat's Revenge and Skyrush, the lesser but still airtime-filled and fun Candymonium, the classic Comet and Sooperdooperlooper, and the underrated Lightning Racer hidden behind the waterpark. Additionally, Hersheypark has tons of other things for you, including flat rides like the Kissing Tower and the Hershey Triple Tower. And, when the park is closed, you can head over to Hershey's Chocolate World next door for the free chocolate tour ride. And it wouldn't be Hersheypark if I didn't mention the sweet sweet food. Hersheypark has tons of places in-park to pick up sweets, and it's hard to go wrong there. But if you want something more substantial, you've got to go to the Chocolatier. However, you will need to make a reservation to eat there, but, as long as the park isn't too busy, you should be able to make your reservation on the same day as your visit. Additionally, there are many other aspects of Hersheypark that I cannot touch upon, as I did not have time to do. This includes the included waterpark and the included zoo. In short, Hersheypark is an amazing park, and, with all the fun things to do, I cannot see how you can have a bad day here.

Yelp
Pretty fun spot! Good amount of thrill rides to family rides and of course the chocolate museum with an abundance of delicious snacks and make-your-own chocolates to choose from. The costume characters photo ops was a cute touch.

Yelp
The park was super easy to find! Parking was a breeze! The park itself was quite a bit smaller than the average amusement park, in my opinion. Several of the rides were ones that you'd find at a state or county fair, not necessarily a larger amusement park. It did have a handful of good rides, though. The wait times were not bad at all, but I was there on a weekday in early June. Not being from the area, I was unaware that the local middle schools had concerts/competitions at the park's venue and when the kids were NOT actually performing -- they were free to enjoy the park.... I happened to choose THE day that all of the competitions were happening which led to quite an influx of middle-school aged kids in every inch of the park. There were shows available, like most amusement parks, but I didn't partake in any of those. I would assume that they were all fun and informative. There were plenty of food choices throughout the park, both healthy and not-so healthy. The lines seemed to be eternally long in all of those locations.... Both self-service & staff-served. There were even a few breweries to choose from, as well! If you have time the same day to visit Zoo America, do it. It's part of the cost for Hershey park... but that isn't advertised to those who aren't locals. It's absolutely NOT worth paying for it separately on a different day! Not even close to a 'normal' size zoo with large animals.... This one is mostly reptiles, birds, and other small animals. The shopping at the Hershey store is a MUST before you leave the park! More restaurants choices in there, along with what seemed like EVERYTHING Hershey's candy option EVER made, including creamsicle flavor filled twizzlers!

Yelp
The rides are great but if you are coming at a busy time, spend the money and get the fast pass. You will not get on everything if you don't. We had it for two days and only went on the big rides. Kids only repeated 4 rides on the second day. Food situation is ridiculous. Lines over an hour long. Pack some sandwiches in your bag and move along.

Yelp
I love Hershey Park as I take my family every year for the past 5-7 years straight. I am able to get group tickets for a minimum of 20 tickets or more which is a true savings. I also purchase the parking pass with was $20 in advance and $25 at the door which has went up from 2022 to 2023. There is a tram that drops you right at the front door of the park including Chocolate World. The tram runs all day back and forth. The front entrance has been remodeled which is nice however, I haven't had time to truly explore as of yet. I was able to bring in two bottles of water which was a cost savings for drinking so many soft drinks throughout the day. The sovereign cups have went up to about $20 per cup and the drink fill up stations allows you to scan with a few seconds to get your beverage.....so please get your ice first as the timer starts as soon as you scan the barcode on the cup. On hot days, Of course the water park is completely plum full with hardly any where to sit to park your belongings. I try to take off of work and plan for mid week days which allows for a better experience with less crowds. Also, The water park is towards the back of park so be prepared to walk. The cons about the park~ The park closes early 8pm which I feel a later closing time will worked so much better. Chocolate World closes at the same time as the park which it use to stay open 1 hour after the park closed which allows time to explore the activities inside. A lot of the kiddie rides did not have attendants to operate which they were closed. I will be returning next summer during the week day as I did not get a chance to get on their newest ride.

Yelp
We love Hershey Park! It's a nice get away from the Philly area about 2 hours. The rides are fun the food is good and the people who work there are nice. It's rides for the little ones and for the adventure seekers in your family. If you don't like rides they have nice restaurants and stores just a nice place to walk around.
google avatar

Ann S.

Yelp
It's a great park with plenty of things to do. However, be prepared to walk up and down lots of hills. So wear your walking shoes. Also, if you have a question about something, it can be hard to find an employee who knows the answer. Aside from that, it's a beautiful park.

Yelp
Visited Hershey with someone who never rode a rollercoaster. Parking: There are no clear parking instructions for handicap parking, so we had to walk pretty far only to get to the front entrance and saw a few handicap parking spots. The day was awesome! There weren't many people in the park, so the lines were short. Candymoniun was the first Rollercoaster we rode and OMG!!! It was awesome!! That 216-foot drop was crazy!!!!! I hadn't rode a coaster in over 20 years, but this brought me back to the excitement!!! We rode the oldest coazter at Hershey Park, the comet, and it was a little jerky! It shook my ponytail loose!! Lol, I had to hold that and my neck for the remainder of the ride. If you're seasoned and / or have hack problems, DO NOT ride!! The games were old school and bright back memories. They have a section for the smaller children and activities like face painting. This is definitely a place to bring your family. Hershey Park offers food and drink packages, and some offerings are unlimited. I would purchase that if you're coming with a family because it could get pricey. The food offered were burgers, hot dogs, fries, chicken strips, and pizza. The price and portion didn't add up. It wasn't that good. The lemonade wasn't bad. Suggestion: Pre purchase online your food, drink, and parking. It's so convenient. Overall, the day was good, and I would go back. I hope you have a pleasant experience.

Yelp
Wonderful place filled with history! We visited off season and had a ball !! We did every attraction/exhibit they offered! I literally loved the creation 4-D experience, it was olfactory smells, interactive almost VR style world. Super magical! The chocolate and shopping was bonus! We enjoyed the burnt brisket end tacos and Mac and cheese. Very family friendly! We did two days one at the amusement park and one at the chocolate tour city. Our daughter is 2 years old and they had a ton of rides for toddlers under 3 feet as well as rollercoasters for the adults and teens! I loved learning about the Hershey history and philanthropy of Milton Hershey !

Yelp
PROS: the place is clean and the staff is friendly. Large variety of rides and affordable prices on everything. Many arcades, eateries, and free lockers. Their map app also shows you the wait time for each ride and if they're open or not CONS: the park is very hilly, their main gift shop doesn't accept cash, and they open late as well OVERALL: obviously a place you want to come visit when you're in the area. Just make sure you can walk around on a hilly area without a problem

Yelp
An absolute must for any age! We took a long weekend trip with our 3.5yo to visit Hershey Park and Chocolate World. There is so much to see and do and interact with that no matter the age you'll have fun. They have so many fun options for her age and height. She is about half an inch shy of 42" which meant she could only go on the 36" and under rides which were actually perfect! They had a small Rollercoaster which went around 3 times and was a lot of fun, dizzy drums, mini pirate shop, mini settings and so much more. The Waterpark area was heaven sent with temperatures in the high 90s while we were there! We are already planning our yep for next year.

Yelp
Amusement park, tickets you can buy online and get a discount for that along with parking. Good thing is you don't need to select dates/times on general tickets but you do need add-ons to select times (if you want fast track, etc.). Opens at 10a or earlier, you get an hour earlier if you stay at the Hershey Hotel. The night closure is 9p or later depending on the day - check the schedules. They have night tickets only, full-day, two-day, weekday (M-Th summer) and usually don't need to select dates (they're good until end of summer, etc.). Various food packages, too. Rides have varying height requirements. All the best rides (fastest/looping/etc.) require you to be Twizzler height (54-60") or Jolly Rancher (60"+). If you're shorter, Hershey's (48-54"), Reese (42-48), Kisses (36-42) or Miniatures (shorter than 36"). There are whole water park sections and areas you can change into swimsuits and backpack storage all over. Security wasn't bad coming in, line moved at a good clip. Also you get free access to the ZooAmerica animal exhibits. Clean but every once in a while you had people smoking which is not allowed but didn't see any of the staff stop it. Lots of carnival-like games, but the kiosks have a $20 minimum. Pro tip: The lady at the skee ball game by Comet rollercoaster can do $5 cards. Snack and food restaurants like the Chick-fil-A or Nathans or Dippin' Dots, plus generic ones, too. Bumper cars, a back-and-forth looped skyview tram and monorail (single loop) were easier for the little kids and adults to relax. Small versions of many of the rides, too. Rollercoasters vary, I only was able to try a couple, but ride wait times were between 30-45min mostly for the popular ones during the day. Only 10min at the start of the day. Comet was faster and more entertaining than I though it'd be, and smooth for a wooden coaster. Laff Trakk is completely indoors, so much smoother than the outdoor ones and similar to Disney-like (albeit the story isn't as good). Wild Mouse is tough on the neck and back, so better for the kids as it jerks back and forth like a mouse on a track. Speaking of fast track - is it worth it? I don't think for an extra $80-150+ a person / day, either of the options (skip once a day per ride or unlimited) made sense. None of the rides for the most part had separate lines for fast track, it just dumped you into the middle to mid-front part of the lines and still had to wait- lots of complaints at Laff Trakk for instance from the couple behind us with the wristbands and they still had to wait 20-50min a ride... maybe if it was only an extra $25-40 a person? Exit takes you through the Hershey store, of course. Air conditioned so you feel better there than the rest of the park, though they do have water fans and sprinklers all over the park, and reasonable trees and shade here and there. Parking lot was big, but free-for-all parking (not super directed), and a tram that takes you to the front and stops at various parts of the lot. Walk isn't bad though, and Chocolate World is right in the front, too. Overall entertaining for a day but I'm not sure I'd do more than a day of this and a day of the Chocolate World (really 2-3hr there).

Yelp
Park is clean, staff is friendly (except in the restaurant). I love their attention to park goers with disabilities. Restaurant is a disaster every time we tried it. Would recommend eating in the park

Yelp
Few Amusement Parks deserve 5 Stars, but Hershey Park fully deserves the perfect rating. It's always clean, the employees are very friendly, there's a TON to do, and the roller coasters are thrilling and cutting-edge. The food is amazing as well. But if you're not a thrill seeker who doesn't want to ride the 76-Mile-Per-Hour Candymonium or experience the 189-foot Hershey Drop Tower, there's still plenty for you. Tamer coasters- like the Trailblazer and Coal Cracker- are still lots of fun. And if you don't like any kind of roller coaster, there's always the Reese's Cupfusion and Factory Tour! I visit yearly in the summer and it's always been endless fun. Hershey Park outdoes any other American amusement- it's a sweet day of fun for all!

Yelp
Super sweet place! Great selection of coasters, pretty good food options. A bit pricey and packed but overall super fun and located in a beautiful area in Pennsylvania.

Yelp
I've been to this park at least a dozen times And it saddens me to leave this review. I went this past weekend and given the Halloween dark nights event that they host I knew it would be packed. I bought the fast track passes and it was a huge waste of money. I don't know if they increased the amount that they sell each day but when spending $115 You don't expect to wait on A line that is 40 minutes long. I noticed with the newer rides that they have made the fastpass Lanes even longer. If you're going to sell a product for that much money it should be something special. In previous years I've been able to more or less walk onto rides or the wait would only be a max of 10 minutes. The wait for laugh track was about an hour with the fast track pass and the wait for wildcats revenge was over an hour.

Yelp
Great park. Super clean. Even has a water park included in the price. Loved all the rollercoasters. Make sure to go to Chocolate World before you leave to do the free chocolate factory tour and receive some free chocolate. Chocolate World definitely has the best selection for souvenirs as well.

Yelp
Hersheypark is still a lot of fun. I haven't been in almost 30 years and there were some nice changes. The price is nuts, but there are a lot of fun rides. Sadly, the kids were too little/too afraid of the big rides, so I only rode 2 roller coasters. Hopefully more next time. The park was generally clean and they even had some food my brother-in-law (who is allergic to dairy & has Celiac disease) could eat! The parking is nuts. Don't bother buying online or on the app. Four of us tried the app & website on 4 different phones (2 iPhone, 2 android). None of us were able to complete a purchase. Plus, parking at the park is $25. If you could complete a purchase on the app, you'd only save $2. They give you a $5 discount, then charge $3 for the convenience (really inconvenience in our experience), so you'd still pay $23. Not worth the hassle!

Yelp
We had so much fun. A park this size, it's important to pack your patience as well as sunscreen for summer months. You need to take advantage of being able to go in for preview (2 hours before the park closes - so be sure to know what time that is or you will find yourself in a bad situation the next day!!!!) Pay attention to signage for parking (are you going to Chocolate World or the Park? Those are different parking lots so pay attention to the signs!). If you have big coaster riders, consider doing the Fast Track for them. Especially in the summer. Now - it's important to understand this does not skip you right to the front at the station. It just gets you close to a merge point where you then join the regular queue line. But if used correctly, you can get a lot of riding in. Remember to be friendly. I hate that this needs stated, but too many times yesterday, especially when the rides closed for weather in the area, people were mean. Nobody likes to have their day closed down, but please remember it's about safety first. And the final bit of advice is to slow down and just enjoy the family. I had so much fun just riding these rides I hadn't done in years! Yes the park is bigger, yes some things I remember are gone, but the park is still fun because we can make it fun!

Yelp
Hersheypark is a much better park than six flags! It is cleaner and rides are kept in good shape. There are lots of great coasters but the great bear and candymonium are my favorite! Candymonium is so fast but smooth! The crowds can get crazy though and although we are here on a Monday the park is CROWDED! So I'm reviewing from the long lines! There are plenty of food options. You can go to zoo America with your ticket. The park needs more seating however and they should bring back the shows. They haven't had shows in the music box theatre since the pandemic and they made for a good break from hiking the hills and the heat. They do still have the sea lion show which we love. The park could use more seating everywhere. The seating at the water park is crunched and uncomfortable. They should have some lounge chairs like Camelbeach water park has.

Yelp
Soo crowded. So expensive. Never again. 2 hours to ride a wooden roller coaster for 50 seconds. Place is a cash grab.

Yelp
If you love roller coasters, you'll love Hersheypark! We went with 5 kids who are all roller coaster maniacs, and had an absolute blast. I was pleasantly surprised as I thought it ranks up there with 6 Flags and all the rest! It was definitely worthwhile to purchase the fast track pass, which allows you to skip the line once at each major ride. We zoomed through and hit all the big ones, and each was tremendously thrilling! Candymonium has a HUGE drop that feels like you're flying as well as 3 or 4 more significant drops. It's a long, immense ride. I LOVE IT! The Great Bear was a blast as well, with your feet hanging down and tons of spirals and 2 loops. We also loved StormRunner, which blasts off from standing in seconds and takes you spinning all around super fast! My one caveat- and the only reason I give this park 4 stars - is that the SkyRush DESTROYED my neck!! This ride is a lawsuit waiting to happen. You're only strapped in from the waist down, so your entire torso and head and neck get whipped around at G-force speeds. 2 of the 6 of us in my party had neck pain afterwards, and I'm thinking about visiting a chiropractor today. Stay away from this one ride, is my advice! ALL the others are fabulous. Other people comment on the food. Who cares about food? I don't go to amusement parks for food, do you?

Yelp
I love it it is worth the money and lines the roller coasters there will take your breath away it is the best place to take kids they even have animal shows and zoo's they also have a pretty good amount of little kid rides

Yelp
Perhaps we should have known that we would only be able to go on 1ride in six hours because of the amount of people that were there. I refuse to pay money to watch people stand in line all day and way overpay for food and drinks. Admittedly, we did not prep as best we could but if they could sell tickets for specific dates then everyone could ride most of rides in one day. Won't be back!

Yelp
Took the family to the Dark Nights on a cold Fall weekend. The weather was dry but a bit windy. There were so many people, a lot of the rides were closed, causing the lines on the open ones to be long. Food lines were also very long. Not too many places to get proper food. We didn't bother to stay for the Dark Nights. The experience could've been better.

Yelp
It was nice experience. Even though I am not a really young person but I still could find something for enjoying in the park. Anyway, this place might be more fun for a group activity (especially kids/teenagers) but at least there are a few things for people as my age. Many kind of rides for different age groups. As for food vendors around the park, not many as I expected but they are good choices. (mostly sandwiches, hotdogs, bugers) A lot of restroom areas, that was so nice. The park seem pretty big but not too huge to take a walk. Even though it was an outdoor theme park but it was quite shady and clean. I went there (include Hershey's Chocolate world where is close each other) in the weekend, it was quite crowded but they organized situation very well, enough rooms, benches, seats, tables for resting/eating/sitting. Parking lots area (not free) needs a 5-10 minutes walk but they provide free ride to entrance gates. Hershey's Park app. for the cell phone is a good idea for tourists to download while visiting the park, very helpful. I think 1 day tour it was ok but if you want to try all rides and do more activities (zoo, water park, museums) suggest to take at least 2 days.

Yelp
So let me give you my honest and full experience of Hershey Park. This place is huge so bring your walking shoes because my feet were crying at the end of the night. I went with a family of 5 (4 adults and one toddler). Therefore, we were all different ages and everyone had a good time. They had a bunch of kiddies rides for the young ones which kept my toddler entertained. The water park was big and so clean. They give life vest for the kids which is perfect. So the secrets to Hershey Park is to start from the back of the park and work your way to the front! It helps with long wait times which a lot of people complain about on yelp. If you're a rollercoaster fan make sure you go to wildcats revenge first due to long wait times which is all the way in the back of the park. Also, another secret is to bring reusable water bottles because you can put water in them for free throughout the park at the fast fill pepsi stations. A lot of people complain about the expensive food but a good thing to do is to get a kids meal from nathans. Its the same exact hotdog and fries as the regular menu for $10. (at least the location by the water park). Another important thing to know is each admission ticket includes the zooamerica zoo which is nice and something to do if you're not a rides person. My biggest complaint is the reeses cupfusion ride. The line wasnt moving which was pathetic. We were there for like 25 minutes at least and the line didnt move at all so everyone got off the line. They need to operate that ride better to get it moving because it was moving terribly slow and everyone was complaining. Some people said the tickets were a lot but in my opinion they were decent. Everyone was kids price during the summer in the month of august which was around $50 and also they had the family of 4 pack for $230 which included parking and a sweet treat voucher. The longest ride we went on was candymonium which was ridiculously long but they said it was worth the wait. The wait was like at least 90 minutes. We also saw the aquatic show which was nice. Everyone loved the seals and the sea lions. They had a strollers and wheelchairs for rent for people who need them. I would go back because the park is so big we didn't get to do everything. Such a fun place!

Yelp
I had an absolutely fantastic time exploring this enchanting theme park! The rides are filled with delightful candy themes, and the park is adorned with charming Hershey characters at every turn. Even during the winter season, the service was incredibly friendly, and the wait times were pleasantly short, making it an excellent value for the experience. Although I personally prefer more laid-back attractions as an adult, I couldn't help but appreciate the park's adorable ambiance. If you're a fan of exhilarating roller coasters, this park is an absolute must-visit!

Yelp
It's a very cool place to visit especially around the holidays: Christmas/Halloween. The hot chocolate is also splendid along with the atmosphere.
