One of the best Michelin star experiences i have ever had. Each dish is a piece of art. The atmosphere and service are exceptional. The food is astronomical. You can choose to sit at the bar and watch the chefs bring each piece of art to life in front of you, or you can sit in a secluded room with few other tables. What an experience! Beautiful place with really good food and the best service I've received in Athens. I've tried a few of the other Michelin starred restaurants in the city and this one is tied with CTC for my best experience.

My daughter surprised me with dinner (chefs table) during our trip. It was absolutely my favorite experience in Greece. The food was amazing- the presentation was gorgeous and the service was top notch. I would come back to Greece strictly to come here again. Worth every penny!

This is truly a meal you won’t forget! Definitely try to make reservations well in advance. My husband and I tried to make a Friday reservation on wednesday and had to join the waitlist, but we were contacted by the restaurant a few hours later with availability due to a cancellation. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by the warmest staff that cater to your every need without ever feeling overbearing. They make the experience feel so personal and sitting at the chefs counter ensures you get to watch the courses being made, which is so fun. That being said, the actual food is sublime. Genuinely the best meal I’ve ever had. It was 110€ for 15 course and each surpasses the previous. My husband and I opted to order the Kobe beef for one of the courses and it literally melts in your mouth. While we didn’t order any, they have an extensive wine list with a range of prices. I will absolutely recommend this to anyone in Athens.

Do not miss an opportunity to dine at Herve. This was one of the most memorable dining experiences of my life. I booked a reservation for a group of 9 through the booking system on their website. There is a deposit but you can cancel up to a certain number of days ahead. The staff reached out to confirm our booking and note any dietary restrictions. They were exceptionally prompt and easy to work with. The night of we arrived to find a cozy restaurant nestled in a neighborhood in Athens. They were fluent in English which was helpful for communication. The restaurant appears to only have one seating nightly so our almost three hour long meal was paced without rush. The first few courses came out quickly but slowed down as the evening progressed. The sommelier was helpful for those who did not choose the pairing. Those of us who did were treated to interesting wines that we may never have tried ourselves. The food is outstanding. There are some interesting takes on traditional Greek dishes and ingredients along with some international favorites. There is so much care and attention in every single aspect of each course. It’s incredible to experience a group that is at the top of their game. I wish the best to Herve and their future. This experience has set a new standard of fine dining for me and my friends. Hervé delivers an exciting dining experience with unexpected textures and bold flavor combinations that keep you engaged throughout the meal. The presentation of each dish is stunning, making it clear that a lot of thought and craftsmanship go into the plating. Service is also top-notch—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm, adding to the overall experience. That said, while the food itself is impressive, I found myself wanting more of a cohesive theme or narrative behind the dishes. There’s undeniable creativity at play, but without a clear sense of the chef’s story or perspective, the meal felt more like a collection of great ideas rather than a fully realized concept. Some added context about the inspiration behind the menu would elevate the experience even further.
