12 Historic European Spas and Bathhouses for a Wellness Getaway | Condé Nast Traveler

"Like its Nordic neighbors, Estonia also enjoys a sauna culture, preferably in the middle of a dense forest of birch trees, though the sweet and cozy spa at Hestia Hotel in the country’s capital, is designed to make you feel as though you’ve somehow escaped the buzzing metropolis just outside. Spa access, which includes a traditional Finnish sauna, steam room, and hot tub, welcomes hotel guests free of charge. The minimalist design gives visitors a chance to focus on mindfulness as the body alternates relaxing in the dry sauna and wet steam. Heated chaise lounge chairs provide additional respite after a soak in the hot tub." - Stacey Lastoe

Hestia Hotel Kentmanni is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Tallinn! The location is perfect—quiet yet just a short 10-minute walk to the Old Town. The rooms are spacious, modern with thoughtful touches like adjustable lighting and comfy beds. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options, something which I look forward to every morning. The complimentary spa with a sauna and hot tub was a delightful bonus, perfect for unwinding but you have to note its opening hours. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a stay in Tallinn!

Peaceful hotel in quiet location but still walking distance from center and old town. Hotel is also clean and in good shape. Staff in reception is super nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Gym in good condition with enough equipment for exercise. Spa is quite small with one jacuzzi. One good traditional sauna and one steam sauna which wasn't so good (bad smell and low steam) Hotel has small bar and garage.

Decent hotel in a good position, only 15 mins on foot from the old town. The room is comfortable but the pillows are too big and thick and the service did not clean my room during my 2 overnights stay. All in all a good place to stay. Breakfast is pretty good.

Good hotel with gym and sauna (dry and wet). The gym has enough equipment for a good workout. Saunas, however, actually turn on at 16, although on the card they give you at the reception, it says 7 Rooms are clean. The staff is great and very helpful Breakfast has both English and continental options with a decent choice of dishes. Most likely, I will be staying here again

Really nice place to stay for a week. Good location. It was a joy to interact with employees - all of them were super friendly. Breakfast was pretty good - above standard average in the city and included a few extra options like solted salmon, canned tuna and nice deserts. Sauna and and a small gym helped to relax after a hard day. Rooms looked not really modern, but are pretty cozy and spacious. Warm floor in the bathroom rocks. Pay attention to the fact, that you need to ask them to clean your room.

Very nice, clean and well equipped hotel. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is great, and the location is within walking distance to the Old Town, and to a local mall Solaris. The room was very clean and tidy. Everything worked as it should. Would happily stay here again.

With a car or e-scooter near old town. With taxi cheap go to everywhere. Quite rooms and nice spa with two saunas.

Great value hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable and bathrooms come well equipped with hairdryer, shampoo and towel robe which I love! The staff are lovely and the breakfast was good too. Short walk from the city centre and good car parking options too. There is also a great spa and gym! I recommend for anyone wanting to stay near the old town of Tallinn! (14/12/24)
