HEVEN Residence

This place does not feel like real life. It honestly feels like heaven. The view is absolutely incredible, I can’t think of anywhere else in the world where you’d get views like that. We had the whole place to ourselves, but even with other guests I don’t think you’d notice because there are so many different spaces to relax. The pool is perfection. The big comfy beds were great, and even though I normally can’t live without AC, it was totally fine with all the fans provided. Breakfast was delicious and changed every morning, and the cookies they served were so good I had to ask for the recipe. Victor, the owner, was just so lovely. He was there every morning serving coffee and breakfast, nothing was ever a problem, and you can really see the love he has for the place and the staff. He made us feel so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back. If this place is available, definitely book it, the reviews are spot on.

😊: The guest house is beautiful the breakfast was good and Victor is a great host.. 😢: We stayed in an appartement with two rooms in the lower part r the complex. The appartement was nice but the views of the rooms (particularly one) was to a very close walk that made it very dark. We also felt that being so low in the property and a big humid because of the rainy season, the room had more mosquitos..

We had such a great time at Heven. The place is absolutely beautiful - from the design to the view overlooking the ocean. We loved the location, it’s not right on the beach where all the crowds are, but just a short walk away, so you get the peace and quiet, with quick access to the beach and restaurants when you want it. The perfect spot to relax and meet great people. Big thanks to Victor for being so warm and welcoming, we really felt at home. Can’t wait to come back!

This is the perfect stay. The architecture, the large apartments, the sky view, the terrace, the golden Zipolite beach, the three-course breakfasts with a world-class view, the efforts of the cook and the staff, very kind people. It was a very interesting building to explore from inside. Many good vibes and blessings will always find you here. Also a lot of their guests are working remotely. Needs 3 nights minimum stay. Warning: it’s a lot of steps up and down to this place. There are ATMs in the area but have high exchange rates so it may even be better to get cash at the airport. I’ll come next time with a car and a longer stay :).

We spent a delightful 4 days at Heven. Gorgeous pool and flowering gardens with a spectacular sea view… Rooms are eclectic and full of character, with fans and insect screens. Victor is a helpful and engaging host and his team are great and provide a delicious breakfast. Located on the hill overlooking the ocean, walk down to Zipolite and get some exercise coming back up. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Gorgeous location and gardens overlooking the Pacific Ocean. A short 10-15 min walk into Zipolite. Beautiful breakfasts to start your day with amazing hospitality from Victor and his staff. This is a small, clothing-optional, very gay-friendly (perhaps 8 suites) guesthouse with a lovely pool. No AC, but good fans, although the smallest room was a little hot without a cross-breeze.

We never wanted to leave! The place was very peaceful -- the sounds of the ocean and wind lulling you. It's paradise! It was great not to hear the stupid party music on the beach -- here you can truly relax and disconnect. Breakfast was exceptional -- Victor and his team are very attentive. Thank you for hosting us!
