Online tools include a mattress-and-pillow selector and the option to book a personal video call with sleep experts for tailored recommendations. Risk is minimised by a generous 100‑day free trial, complimentary density adjustments, and the ability to personalise firmness per side and customise mattress dimensions (including super‑long, extra large or irregular sizes).
