Don't have a pleasant experience with them. 1) A few times catering delivery was suddenly cancel and was only informed at around 6.30 pm. My children were waiting for their dinner, yet we were caught in a lost when we received such late SMS notification. 2) quality of food is also lousy. Soup was blend n they give us choices like hot dog and chicken wing. Some hot dog has funny taste. 3) there's a time food delivered only had white rice n soup. No other dishes. We were shocked n only discovered it one hour later after delivery. Have to wait again for delivery man to come back. Will not recommend to anyone for their services.

French fries with chinese style vegetables fish and eggs. I wonder how they can think of matching French fries with Chinese food. And one day, they gave us 8 hard boil eggs!!!

So far my parents enjoyed the tingkat dishes provided, it really makes elderly life easier as they do not need to buy their own food. foodline

Decided to try a new caterer after sticking to the same caterer for a while. I must said it was disappointing. Every soup seems watery and only few pieces of veg and 2 pcs of small meat cubes. Rice portion slightly overwhelming and dishes are less distributed. Ingredients are not fresh, prawns are powdery in texture. Not value for money.

PLEASE AVOID THIS CATERER AT ALL COST. Here's why. First, I discovered a shred metal piece hides inside the vegetable. Fortunately, I spotted it and if this going to be in the stomach, it going to cause catastrophic injuries. Second, couple of days later, similar occurrence happened. It was discovered that the chicken minced meat was full of bubbles once I opened up the tingkat, a strong pungent smell can be sensed. It clearly dictates that the food already spoilt. I believe there could be someone posting this identical post as mine on the second occurrence. This definitely will cause diarrhea if consumed. I immediately terminate my order and ask for a refund.

Had bad experience with Hewtop catering tingkat. First, no food delivered on the last day of 10 days trial, thankfully with foodline help we are able to get refund. Second, we are surprise when sometimes the food delivered with box opened inside the plastic bag. The box doesn’t seems able to close properly as well. Third, the food seems to be prepared by Kim Catering (sister company) but they put a different pricing even the menu are the same with higher pricing on hewtop. Repeat orders monthly for years. Same as before. There are prawns on Fridays. Fourth dish is processed food like hotdogs, fish balls, nuggets. foodline
