Location - 50m from Dmall area. In between the shore line and main road. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. ||Wifi - yes they do have. 1/10 turtle rating. Just load up instead and enjoy a faster connection using data on your phone. ||Hotel- the entrance and concierge is clean and barely presentable. The building itself needs renovation from in and out. ||Rooms - big room. Upon arrival, the bed still have sands on it. Mosquitos flying here and there. TV is not working. Curtains smell like aged cheese. Cracked sealing. Power outlets not working. Clogged sink. Stained floors. Dirty walls. ||Food - served breakfast is good. tapa and bacon breakfast are good. ||Staff - think 1 out of 4 staff were able to show what hospitality and friendliness is during the stay.

The location is very good and near to everything & just a short jump to the beach. It’s direct connected to the D mall (shopping street). So it can be a bit noisy. |As you can see on the pictures already the facilities are old and definitely needs renovation. Surprisingly the AC was good and not so loud. Bed and things for the beds has to be change! Old and smelly. The internet is free but weak & every time you have to login again. The breakfast is included but the “restaurant” looks old, messy & dirty. If you want your breakfast at the room they charge 1 USD for each. That’s a no go!|So forget the breakfast. The service is standard but nothing special. |This property needs obviously a renovation!

The service was pretty good and they are super friendly. I am also a vegan, and breakfast was included but they don't have any vegan options. If u ask the reception they will buy some fruits for u for breakfast. It's not any special breakfast, but really nice they want you the best! Cleanliness could be a bit better, but was still pretty good.

Location: perfect. Right in the middle of the dmall and a few minutes away from the beach. So near and not so far.||Room: we booked the de luxe room for 4 pax but we have 2 additional kids so there were 6 of us. The room could only fit 2 double beds so we were a bit crowded. The room does not include a ref or hair dryer. But they do provide clean towels. The room is not soundproof. We could hear the sound of the tv in the next room and maybe they could also hear the wail of the kids. They offer free wifi but its very poor. The room comes with free breakfast for 4 and would earn 4 stars for me. ||Bathroom: no issue on the hot and cold shower. Perfectly working. But the faucet needs fixing and the bathroom walls needs renovation.||The worst part in our stay was when my brother stained a hand towel with henna. We were charged P1,500. We only stained 1 hand towel but when we checked-out, we were surprised that the pillows and bedsheet were stained too. It took a while before the cleaner came down with the sheets and towels and showed us the stains that doesnt look stains at all plus they were new and smelled fresh. They didnt show us the charged sheet so we guessed we were scammed. ||Won't be staying here a second time. |

The Good: This hotel is well situated, being on the side of DMall with dozens of restaurants, supermarkets and the beach close by. Staff were in general friendly, so long as they didn't have to do anything.||||The Bad: The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. The air-conditioning unit was dropping water on the second bed in the room. The bathrooms are un clean, with mould on the walls, and bath mat. ||||The Ugly: On our last day the septic system of the hotel overflowed, with the entire courtyard (the only way in or out of the hotel) filling with sewerage. ||||This place is overpriced for what you get. I'd suggest looking elsewhere in station 2 prior to booking this hotel.

Giving it a 4/5 rating because of the ff: |-located at d’mall; walking distance to the beach, restos, drug store, budget mart, ATMs and main road. |-got the room with two queen size beds, fits 4 people comfortably. |-access to clean water, fresh towels, with cable TV (watched final episode of GOT while i’m here), wifi and breakfast.|-spacious bathroom with hot/cold shower and sufficient lighting and mirror (when putting on makeup).|-friendly, polite and approachable staff. ||Why I didn’t give it a score of 5/5: |-there’s no elevator. It’s four story hotel, might be difficult for some PWD’s and seniors.|-there’s a situation with our room’s air conditioning unit, even after setting it to high cool/lowest tempt it was still warm. Reported it at the front desk and we were advised to leave the key card in and leave the AC running.

This hotel is just beside the commercial area (D'Mall) where most of the restaurants and shops are located. The local market i just outside the gate.||||Rooms are spacious and clean, the check-in and check-out went very smoth. The WiFi works OK, specially in the lobby. You will notice the very helpful and hospitable staffs. There is an emergency electrical generator which is very important in Boracay because the electricity black out comes from time to time.

Great little place for our first night in the Philippines. Although not the biggest fan of Borocay, this place is on the quieter end of the strip. The beds were incredibly comfortable and just what we required after a long flight. The staff were attentive and helped us with our luggage. All in it was a great start to our holiday.

Yelp
A simple 2-star hotel that provides simple Filipino or American breakfast in the morning (see menu in pic). Extra breakfast will be charged 270 pesos. The coffee is serviceable but the juices... the juices are Tang. That pisses me off! I come half way around the world to a tropical paradise to be served powder-made pineapple and mango artificial juice ! Hence, the 3 star rating. Otherwise, the room is quite decent for the price: roomy, with a balcony to catch the breeze, garden view in my case looking down at the plumeria. The location can't be beat: right on the D'Mall strip and 2min walk to all the action of the White Sand Beach. ps. Beware of the Fly Zapper. It goes all night long and can be heard from inside my room, and it's quite loud! Scares the heck out of me!
