Their tomato and egg noodles is good! Should try their noodle soup next time

First time visiting for me but many of our friends and family have eaten here a number of times and it was as good as they said it would be! A simple system to order your protein Noodle and soup. The staff are friendly and helpful to guide you especially if it's your first time. I put together a beef brisket, egg noodles and Mild spice and Mild numbing and it really hit the spot. It was full of flavor and a very generously sized bowl. I was able to finish and was totally satisfied. For appetizers we had their pickled cucumber and cuttlefish balls which were both excellent as well. The desserts are also really tasty. This was an excellent first visit. I'm looking for the coming back to try more dishes and combinations!

This was amazing! I was sick & I wasn’t able to eat anything so we came here, it was my first time & definitely won’t be the last time. I got the beef brisket w/egg noodles & my boyfriend got the lamb w/egg noodles. We also got a side of the popcorn chicken. Everything was delicious, easy to order, just scan the QR code on the table order & it gets delivered to your table. If you pay cash they give you 10% off orders over $20. The noodles tasted so fresh & the meat was tender. And the BROTH literally cured my throat that evening. If I could I would eat it daily LOL. They were large bowls I couldn’t even finish it, even though I tried because it was so good. All these plus two drinks, cost us $62 plus $5 tip came out to about $67. I thought it was worth it, only complaint is that it was so tiny in there but they made it work, I didn’t feel like I was way too close to anyone. OVERALL it’s a must try in Mississauga.

Google
The place is very small and the wait can be long but trust me when I say that it is worth it. Everything that was ordered was delicious beyond believe. What I ordered: Salted chicken x2 Salted chicken soup spicy Stew chicken soup spicy Popcorn chicken x2 Peach Yakult. The food is excellent, the prices are excellent and the staff was really friendly

This is one of the best places to go to after a concert! The food has good proportions and is affordable! Very filling if you haven’t eaten all day. Would come back again!

Google
usually come here at night, and it’s the perfect late dinner spot! The vibes are chill, the staff is friendly even close to closing, and the food hits every time. Their hand-pulled noodles are so satisfying — chewy, fresh, and full of flavor. I always get the beef brisket noodle soup or the spicy dry noodles when I want something bold and comforting. Portions are massive (seriously, one bowl can feed two 😂), and the spice level is customizable which I love.

I brought my toddler along for noodles (she absolutely loves them!) and found this place nearby. The restaurant is cozy, fitting about 6-8 tables, and was bustling, almost full when we arrived. Ordering was easy by scanning the QR code on the table, and the food came out at a reasonable pace. Despite how busy the waitress was, service remained attentive and thorough. For my little one, we ordered the non-spicy tomato beef brisket noodles, while my family tried the Chongqing pea noodles and a side of chilled chicken feet. Everything was delicious!

Yelp
I came by as a solo diner on a Saturday around 9pm. The place was so busy!! I was able to be seated right away but there was a long line forming soon after. You place your order by scanning the QR code on the table. I ordered the tomato and pork ribs egg noodle soup with mild spice and mild numbing. Loved the flavour of the soup and the chewiness of the noodles! The mild numbing was the perfect amount. Service was kind and fast. I paid roughly $17 after tip for my meal. I know they have certain add ons and discounts if you spend more then $20 though. Definitely will return to this spot and other locations. They are open till 3:30am, making it a great option for a late night meal.

Yelp
hey noodles has become my late-night comfort spot, and i've got to share my experiences! the convenience factor is a huge plus - i've never had trouble finding parking, and somehow there's always a table waiting, even during the dinner rush. the space itself is welcoming with its bright, clean atmosphere that makes you want to linger over your bowl. while i appreciate that they're open late (which is honestly a lifesaver), there are a few things worth noting. the service can be a bit absent-minded - you might need to give them a gentle reminder about your order, and the wait times can stretch longer than expected. but here's a pro tip: they offer free noodle refills! and don't forget to ask about their special deals - you can score a free soda with a $20 cash purchase or a dessert when spending $40 in cash. sometimes i forget to ask too. a heads-up for my muslim friends - some of their broths are pork-based, so it's worth checking their website/app through the QR code or asking the staff about non-pork options. they do have non-pork/veg alternatives available. payment-wise, they only accept cash or debit, so come prepared. as for the food itself, while the meat quality could be more impressive (i'd rate it a 7/10 for the price point), and the portions aren't enormous, there's something comforting about their bowls - though i do wish they'd be more generous with the broth! the seating arrangement can be a bit quirky, with some tables awkwardly placed right by the cashier area. despite these small quirks, it's their late hours that keep me coming back. there's something special about having access to a warm bowl of noodles when those late-night cravings hit. while it may not be perfect, hey noodles has carved out its own little niche in my regular restaurant rotation.

Yelp
Enjoyed a very delicious bowl of Szechuan beef brisket egg noodles here yesterday. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back.. Would easily recommend to others

Yelp
My new go to place for comfort food! Service is fast, portions are huge, and the price is fair. The place only has a few tables but people are in and out quick so the wait is not that bad when you're in line. If you can handle it, get the free noodle refill for more bang for your buck! I usually like to try new places but this place was so good I went back again days apart after my first time! I'll be back soon for more.

Yelp
Busy place. Attentive service. Authentic taste. Reminded me of the Sichuan and South Central Mainland Chinese food, i.e. the abundant use of coriander and spicing. Portions were massive. My husband could barely finish his and I had leftovers! Their menu is "fairly" short but enough options for everyone.

Yelp
Food was good. Also ate the chicken karrage appetizers and it was really good. Service is nice and you order on the app. Place is nice a roomy.

Yelp
ahhh, I could wax poetry for days about how I feel about Hey Noodle - there was a period where I was going every 2 days. Amazing value, tasty food, I get different noodles every time and every main dish is a BANGER. It's really busy no matter what I go, but people are in and out pretty quickly, I've personally never waited for than 10 minutes to get a table. You get free refills on the noodles, which I rarely do because the portion sizes are huge. Apps are a little more hit or miss, but still yummy!! The dry and soup noodles are all good, and lots of different options and the ability to customize (spicy levels, toppings, types of meats, types of noodles, etc.). AND IT'S SO CHEAP!! OPEN SUPER LATE (4AM)!! CASH DISCOUNT!! I love hey noodle.

Yelp
5/5! Recently discovered this place in the area and I've been back multiple times since. Why did I only find out about this place now? The noodle soups here are so good and they're the perfect thing to eat now that the weather is colder. My go-to's are the beef brisket noodle soup, the chicken and mushroom noodle soup, and the peanut dry noodles with minced pork. I'm also a fan of their crispy fried chicken on rice, the tofu noodle side dish, and the ice jelly dessert. Be sure to pay in cash if you want a 10% discount on your bill or a free drink or ice jelly dessert. Absolutely love this place and it's become my new recent obsession!

Yelp
Went on a Wednesday evening with my brother and sister. This place has some really good food! My sister loves their peanut butter dry noodles with crispy chicken and so do I. Definitely a must try. This place gets really busy during the night so to avoid the crowd I suggest going during evenings. Overall, service was good and dining area looks nice but kinda small. Also please note that they do only take cash or debit.

Yelp
It's my third time coming to Hey Noodles. The best part about this restaurant is that their noodles are hand-made. They have big portions too and their service was quite fast. It would be nice if the servers were more attentive. We had to ask for cutleries a few times and they also brought another table's order to us. But I guess it's because they can get pretty busy and I can see why that is. The food was delicious and packed with flavour. It's a good place if you're looking for affordable food that won't disappoint.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is our go to for a late night dinner. Great flavour, the noodle is refillable (great for a big eater like me), and they give a lot of meat. Overall I recommend this place. The only problem is that the restaurant is tiny and not baby friendly. I can only go there with friends. The service is typical of what you would expect at a Chinese restaurant.

Yelp
=== 1. VERDICT/VALUE Looking for (Northern?) Chinese noodles any time of day? This could be the place for you - good food, decent service, and a fast environment await here! === 2. FOOD The style of cuisine appears to be from northern China perhaps? Chicken Cartilage ($10) So, I thought this was a chicken knees dish and it is - but it's not deep-fried like most dishes, it's stewed similar to other dishes from northern China. It's ok, but be prepared for that surprise! Dry Noodles with Scrambled Eggs and Tomato ($12) I would order this over and over again if I could: half a boiled egg on a a slightly-sweet tomato-sauced mix of tomato and egg on chewy noodles: YUM! And you also get a bowl of seaweed soup with egg whites - so you don't miss out on the soup action! Peach Yakult ($5) No idea what it really is, but for those of you who have drank Pocari Sweat from Japan...it's like a peach-flavoured version of that. === 3. SERVICE It worked out alright: there was one lady that spoke English but the language of the place would appear to be Mandarin - amongst the staff and all patrons except for us! You scan a QR code on the table to see the menu and order off of that web page. The speed of service was good. === 4. ENVIRONMENT It's small-ish - there's tables for 2 or 4, but you could probably bring up to 8 folks here if there weren't a lot of patrons. Brightly lit, it's really meant for a relatively fast in and out dine-in experience. Baby strollers and wheelchairs could probably fit in here, but would need to stick to the sides of the restaurant. There is plenty of parking in the shopping complex lot outside.

Yelp
Hey! Check out hey noodles for a delicious meal. They're opened till 4am!! We ordered a spicy dry noodle with pork, and a spicy soup noodle with beef brisket. On the side we got popcorn chicken. The portions were generous in size and you can choose your spice and numbness level when ordering. You can get extra noodle refill for free! The popcorn chicken was crispy but not as big of a crunch as other popcorn chickens I have tried. Service was pretty quick considering how busy it was at night time! The overall restaurant is small but definitely packs a punch. Pay with cash for a free can of pop

Yelp
My nephew wanted to go to this place because he wanted to try the dry noodles with peanut sauce. I tagged along since it's been awhile since I've been to Hey noodles. We ordered and shared 2 dishes Dry egg noodles with minced pork with peanut butter sauce. Mild spice- 9/10. This was surprisingly delicious. We opted for mild spice. It was flavourful and a good kick. I wasn't expecting to like this dish but caught me by surprise bec I actually liked it and will order again Egg noodles soup with brisket and egg. This was good too 8/10. It's typical Taiwanese egg noodle soup that's especially good since it's raining outside. I would've love it more if it was hot. It was a bit lukewarm when served to us. The service was prompt and the serving is a good size. Tip: you get 10% off your bill or a free drink if paying cash.

Yelp
Delicious, hearty bowl of noodles that incites nostalgia for my childhood Pork Belly Noodles: - good portion size - broth is flavourful - I got rice noodles but you can also choose egg noodles - lots of meat I also got the soy milk which was very refreshing and not too sweet. If you pay with cash you can get a pop for free.

Yelp
Very tasty. Glad we had decided to share a dish. As first-timers, we appreciated their patient explanations. And so reasonable. Great that it stays open late, too.

Yelp
As a chongqing noodles lover, I cannot wait trying this place so drive 10 miles to get there last weekend. You can choose the spicy level, type of noodle, toppings by yourself...customized based on your preference! I chose the egg noodles and I like it! It tastes pretty well with the minced pork, peanuts and mashed chickpeas! The place is not very large and close to T&T supermarket so you can add it in your grocery trip. They implement self-service system so you can scan the code then order the noodles through the app.
google avatar

Teresa H.

Yelp
Love this salty and crispy chicken dry noodles. The crispy chicken and spicy and creamy sauce were such a perfect match. but the minced pork with peas in the hot and sour sweet potato noodles wasn't quite as satisfying . It was a bit too oily and tasted sour more than spicy.
google avatar

Yelp
Got some Chongqing Noodles as takeout on a chilly evening, because I anticipated this would be spicy lol. For ~$8 (which usually gets you an appetizer these days), it's a large portion of noodles, highly filling, and the spicy broth meant it took a bit of time for me to work through. The noodle was vegetarian, but the level of flavour in the broth quickly made me, a meat-lover, forget that fact. I really liked the peanuts and green onions which added a lot to the texture of the noodle, but I think it'd be nice to have a bit more texture, maybe by adding carrots or something similar. The portion size of the noodles itself was excellent for the price, and there was ample broth. Huge thumbs up for sending the noodles and the broth separately, so the noodles wouldn't get soggy. More on the flavour, it was super spicy - I picked mild, but was already panting halfway through the meal because I'm weak with spice, but there was a lot of depth in the spice and not just spice for spicy's sake, which is the case with some spicy noodles. I highly recommend, especially during the winter where something spicy really hits the spot. The value, flavour, and spice was all excellent. I'll swing by again and grab another bowl next time I'm in the mood to set myself internally on fire.

Raymond M.

Yelp
Food is really good and it beats McDonalds when everything else is closed. Warm, hearty, affordable and free noodle refills if you're really hungry. Always going after a late night work. It can be busy especially at night so be prepared to wait
google avatar

Yelp
I'm actually in love. This place was such a good deal AND the food is delicious. You can pay by cash or debit, but if you pay by cash you can get free refills on the noodles . Also if your meal is more than a certain amount with cash, you can get a free soft drink as well. Idk how I haven't heard of it earlier, it's actually a BANGER. Defs coming back again. Cannot recommend this place more.

Yelp
Ive gone here a couple times before and after COVID. After COVID, they only serve water bottles and, you order on your phone or device. I must say they are a little inconsistent with their spice level, i always get like medium spice and low numbness but its different every time. Otherwise, the noodle dishes are pretty tasty. Ive had the lamb and beef brisket and both were pretty good and worth the $$.
google avatar

Maya L.

Yelp
Came here with a friend for noodles, we got the Chongqing Minced Pork and Spicy Crispy Chicken noodles. I loved both dishes, the broth and seasoning are authentic chongqiong. The portions were great and the price was very reasonable.

Yelp
Though they have a few locations around the GTA, Hey Noodles was absolutely not on my radar before it was suggested as a lunch option on a recent Saturday. I figured I'm always down to try a place that has noodles right in its name, so off we went. We arrived around lunchtime and the place was sparsely populated. We snagged a nice table near the back of the restaurant and began perusing the menu. I wasn't sure what to get, but I knew that I wanted something with a high level of Numbing Peppercorn (I just love that taste and sensation), so I finally decided to go with the Chongqing minced pork with peas and requested Fiery Hot Chili Pepper Spice and the Ultra Numbing level of the aforementioned Numbing Peppercorn. (I should also point out that the ordering system is very cool. You load up their webpage and order everything through there, and when you hit submit, you can hear a ding from behind the counter.) The food arrived a short time later and it sure looked intimidating (and delicious). This is one enormous bowl of food, and my first bites told me that it was just as tasty as it looked. The broth is super flavorful, and the spice/numbing levels are exactly right. The various components are cooked and incorporated perfectly (and those "peas" are actually chickpeas). The noodles were perhaps a little soggier than I might've preferred, but that's such a minor complaint for what was otherwise one of the best dishes I'd eaten in a while. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes, including a peanut butter noodle dish that sounds ridiculously good.

Yelp
Finally found time to write since I visited this place about 2 weeks ago. Located in a plaza with enough parking spaces. The restaurant is small with less than 10 tables (from a vague memory). The server didn't speak much English, but did speak Mandarin to other customers. The popcorn chicken breading is not the Taiwanese style but more of a Japanese-katsu texture to it. The sauce could be better too. The plate/bowl it came in was deceiving as one might think you get a lot, but it wasn't deep. I ordered the tomato beef noodle soup. The soup based is a lot spicier than I would have liked. The noodles were nice and chewy. Half of the meat had some time of fat on them which I didn't appreciate. My partner had the original one and he said the beef wasn't the greatest quality. The boiled egg was cold and overdone. Verdict- they are open 24/7 somehow, so if you feel like something soupy, this place is open. They can improve on their service if one doesn't speak Mandarin. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Yelp
This Mississauga location is the 6th location of Hey Noodles. The grand opening was on 2019-05-12. To celebrate, all 6 locations is offering their Xiaomian Chongqing Street Noodles for only $1.00 on May 12-14, 11am-10pm. Normally they are $6.99. You can have unlimited noodles (but not unlimited soup). Their noodles were great so I had to order an extra bowl of noodles. You can choose your spiciness level (I personally found their mild is spicy enough!). I tried medium and I was sweating buckets!! I've tried other dishes too such as: (1) Noodles for meat lovers, $19.99. Lots of variety of meats. (2) Noodle with beef brisket in Suancai pickle soup, $13.99. (3) Wonton soup, $6.99. (4) Appetizer: Popcorn chicken, $4.99. Comes with a delicious sauce. (5) Appetizer: Black fungus, $4.99. I didn't like this one. (6) Drink: Homemade plum juice, $1.99. (7) Drink: Soya milk, $1.99. Refreshingly well made. They accept cash or debit only, as with most Chinese restaurants these days. They have seating for 18-20 people, which is smaller than their downtown Toronto location. There is a buy 7 get 1 free loyalty card which is applicable to all of their locations. They have free WiFi. They also have washrooms and high chairs.

Yelp
Went in with my mom. We ordered wanton and the noodle special with refills. The broth was good. Just fyi if anyone wants to eat this every day szechuan noodles are typically made with lard. So eat in moderation. The noodles came hot and the refills were made fresh and hot. There would be a 3min wait for refills to order I advance when your halfway through if you wont want to what-if they let you. I do want to highlight some concerns we witnessed. The staff were wiping tables with yellow rags, the same rags were used for wiping foot prints off the base of table and dirt carried in by customers on the floor. This location did not use separate mop for floor. The same rags would be rinsed by staff with no soap and the use of the rags were repeated from table to floor, from floor back to table top. We also witnessed in the kitchen prep area. There was a curtain over half the door entry to the kitchen. We witnessed a tofu dropped on the floor and the staff member left and returned with the same piece instead of discarding. I guess he rinsed it. This was going into readymade prep -no cooking. Over duration of my stay didnt see a kitchen mop over that floor 5 second rule!!!! When leaving the servers tried to give me someone else's bill. I noticed because our two orders were 6.99 each. Instead they tried to charge me someone's 10 and 13.99 meal. I guess they switched bill with someone else. So check your receipt. Seriously check your receipt!!! This location takes cash only. Not even debit. :/ I didnt see signage, I wonder what happens if you literally dont have cash hmmm

Yelp
Got the privilege to try this out through a special invite! I'll give it 4/5 as I am not really into noodles and it literally filled me up right away. You get the choice to create your own noodles which was fun!! The taste was a bit full of spice for me but the longer I sipped to eat I get carried away for more! This is the menu I got: House special marinated pork rib Chongqing egg noodles Regular broth No spice Green onion and sesame Chicken cartilage Homemade plum juice I would suggest the brisket that my brother ordered.Try their dessert,it's really a unique one, they have goji berries which I love ,although they also placed in raisins which I'm not a fan of..If you're into noodles then this is definitely a place to try!

Yelp
I find Hey Noodles in Mississauga is now a place my husband and I frequent when we want some noodle soup. The restaurant it seats approximately 30 guests. My favorite noodle soup is the Tomato Beef Brisket Noodle Soup as it's full of flavour, the beef brisket seems to be cooked perfectly everytime. When I order I always ask for extra spicy and zero numbing. We also love to share the popcorn chicken. It's a fun side to eat with noodle soup.

Yelp
Came here during their anniversary celebration promo. Got to eat the chongqing noodles for $1. Their spicy soup is definitely spicy but no protein. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken on the side which paired nicely with the noodles. Overall not bad. Would come back again to try their other noodle options. Visit IG: @ooi.eats for your next foodie adventure!

Yelp
Post-Covid. For dine in, customers must provide name and number for contact tracing and temperature check is also required. There are no more physical menus, everything is ordered via an app even during dine in. Water comes in a water bottle. 1 water bottle per customer, not sure if you can get more as I've never asked. Noodles come in plastic container and all utensils are plastic/ wooden chopsticks as well. Food still tastes great!

Yelp
A brand new Chinese restaurant serving some delicious noodles! I came here during the early dinner period and there was a small line at the door before we left. Since the restaurant is really small with limited seating, it's best to come here early to grab a table. I ordered the Chongqing noodles and we also got the noodles with braised pork belly as well. Both were the same broth and noodles but with the difference of toppings. The broth was hot and spicy with full of flavour. The noodles on the other hand were cooked perfectly to al dente and soaked up the broth nicely. They have other noodle and rice dishes on the menu that we're planning on trying in the near future. Also, there are additional toppings you can order for your noodles such as an egg. Do note that they accept cash only for orders under $30.

Yelp
Came here for the last day of the $1 noodle promotion where.. we ended up waiting for 2 hours LOL. S'ok tho cuz I was catching up with a friend up just came back from Japan. 2 hours for 2 people! Our dine in was about 50 mins. I ordered spicy and mild numbing which wasn't that spicy imo. I've had spicier noodles. I was able to feel some numbing but nothing too intense. The whole soup base itself was very flavourful and you had the options to put what toppings you wanted on it. I don't like cilantro so I said everything but that. We also ordered popcorn chicken and an egg on the side. I wasn't a fan of the egg. Tasted cold and I didn't like the yolk texture. Popcorn chicken was good but nothing special here. There are better places for chicken. I do wanna go back to try another noodle bowl- specially the sweet potato noodles. This place is CASH Only. I had a feeling so we weee screwed. Luckily there was a convenience store beside the resto and we got cash from there

Yelp
I came here during their grand opening. Their signature classic "Xiaomian Chongqing Street Noodles" were $1. Hey Noodle specializes in spicy noodles which uses the Sichuan pepper as its base. Sichuan peppers have a mouth numbing effect. When you ordering, you are able to customize the level of spice and numbness and choose your type of noodles. You can also choose extra toppings such as peanuts, sesame paste and cilantro for free. If this is your first time, the numbing sensation may be a little alarming but it's a delicious experience nonetheless.

Yelp
Hey Noodles finally made its way to Mississauga. This franchise restaurant is located at Mavis/Rathburn, in the same plaza as Long & McQuade, just a few doors down from Leela's Roti. There is plenty of parking spaces in that plaza! just not inside the restaurant. It is really small! We came here on their opening day for the $1 noodle deal that's happening from May 12-14. I thought it wouldn't be as busy on a Sunday evening at 9pm, but it was still relatively busy as it took about 20 minutes to get a table for 3. The reason being is that the restaurant itself is tiny! There are about 4 "larger" tables that could accommodate up to 4 people and 4 "smaller" tables that could fit only 2 people; hence the reason why it takes so long to get a seat, especially during these first couple of days. We ordered 3 bowls of noodles and an appetizer: 1) Chicken Cartilage ($7.99) - it was alright. It wasn't anything special. We haven't had it in awhile so we decided to get it. But I don't think I'll order that again. I'd like to try the popcorn chicken next time. 2) Xiao Mein Chongqing Street Noodles - This was the $1 noodle. I love that you can customize the spice levels any way you like. We got the regular spice. There wasn't any "numbing" spice level to this one I don't think. The Chongqing egg noodles were chewy. I don't remember if there was much (or if any) meat in it. The broth was flavourful, but the taste of the spice was kind of star anise-y? Liquorice-y tasting? To be honest, I didn't really like the taste of the spice - perhaps they put a lot of star anise in the broth. The Chinese spices were quite strong for me. 3) Chongqing Minced Pork and Peas ($11.99) - This bowl of noodles came with A LOT OF chick peas and minced pork. It was very good. I liked the broth here better; albeit a little saltier than the Xiao Mein Chonqing Street Noodles. The portion size is quite big! I got mild chili spice and mild numbing spice and they were quite hot for me already. As a person who isn't very good with spice, this combo was do-able, though I definitely needed quite a bit of water to finish the bowl. The level below that is no chili spice and no numbing spice, but you can customize each spice level however you like. 4) Szechuan style beef brisket with Hot & Sour Vermicelli ($13.99) - It was similar to the Minced Pork and Peas, but with vermicelli. Their vermicelli is similar to the korean style glass noodles. TIP: if you know you'll most likely want a second bowl of noodles (sidenote: unlimited noodle refills here for dine-in!), I would suggest choosing the extra broth option when you order your bowl! That way your refill noodles won't be dry! Overall, I don't know if I would want to come back again. The broth isn't to my liking. The noodles were quite chewy though. Last tip: they ONLY accept Debit or Cash!

Yelp
The other HeyNoodles locations failed to impress me, and so did this one. Maybe I just have bad luck with HeyNoodles. Considering how I have yet to get a good bowl of noodles from this chain, I'm hesitant to give them more money. I came here for dinner with my partner. The restaurant was quite busy, but we got seated rather quickly. The dining area is rather small. I got the pork rib with rice noodles, he got the braised beef with normal noodles. We had the pickled chicken feet to share. The chicken feet were unlike the kind normally served at dim sum. Instead of fall off the bone saucy gooeyness, these feet were crunchy and bouncy, and perfect for scratching that need to chew on something. Unfortunately, we only got 3 feet. My noodles were very disappointing. The broth was utterly lacking in depth and umami. It tasted like hot water added to chili oil rather than broth. I have had instant noodles with better broth. While my partner enjoyed his meal and grabbed a stamp card on the way out, he will probably have to fill it out on his own.

Yelp
Hey Noodles is a chain restaurant serving up delicious bowls of Chongqing-style noodles. The brand new restaurant took over a recently closed down Little Manila Big Flavours. The brand new Hey Noodles restaurant is Mississauga's first location. The Chinese brand also operates locations in Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill and internationally all over China. The restaurant offers a range of fun appetizers, including duck gizzard, pig trotters, quail eggs, popcorn chicken, edamame, braised bean curd, fish tofu and not limited to plus more. Living up to its name, these delicious bowls from Hey Noodles have a great texture and come highly recommended to anyone craving massive portions of hot noods. It might be worth your wild to check out. Someone please send NOODS my way.

Yelp
Finally checked the place out! The menu is simple, and I tried the Tomato with Beef Brisket with Fiery spice level & mild numbing peppercorns. The soup was delicious and rich, but I didn't find it all that spicy. The numbing peppercorns were on point, but are definitely an acquired sensation and not for everyone...i have to compliment the noodles for being PERFECT! What I wasnt a big fan of was the number of tendens and poor quality of beef...you can barely call it brisket! If they improve the quality of the meat, the meal would have been a lot better! I opted for extra noodles (generous serving), but couldn't finish them! They give a free can of pop for over $20 and if you pay cash. I recommend it for an experience, as service was good and the hours are amazing (4 am wow!). I will be back to see if I like the other meats better...giving a 3 due to poor meat quality for the most expensive meat on the menu. Service was good and the place is clearly visited by people who are there for the food

Yelp
I have to say, my experience at Hey Noodles was fairly disappointing. I came here for their $1 noodle promotion. The noodles itself was decent but my biggest grievance is with their service. There is a lack of communication from the staff. There was a bit of a wait when I arrived. They gave me a number but didn't say anything. They didn't say anything when they seated me or when they brought me water, they didn't explain the promotion, or how you can customize your bowl of noodles. The promotion was $1 for their classic Chongqing Street Noodle. You can choose the level of numbness and spiciness you desire (none, less, regular, extra). You can also get free noodle refills. As someone who enjoys the numbing spiciness of Szechuan peppercorns, I ordered mine regular numb and regular spicy but I didn't find it numbing or all that spicy. I did enjoy the texture of the noodles, it had a nice chew. Overall, for a $1 bowl of noodles, I was fairly satisfied with it. The restaurant is on the smaller side but fairly nice and bright. The dining area has approximately 30-40 seats available. It might be difficult with a large group as the table of 7 next to me looked a little uncomfortably crammed.

Yelp
After being tired of eating the same things on rotation, we were excited to try Hey Noodles! If you like Kenzo/Kinton ramen, you'll love this spot! Immediately, I was impressed by how tender the meat was. My boyfriend complained that his cut of brisket was too fatty but I love pork fat. The szechuan peppercorns were also a cool topping, they really do make your tongue go numb! Overall a quick spot to go for some authentic feel good food! FYI brisket was better than pork belly

Yelp
Me and my sister were craving some noodles and we were by Square One so this popped up in the recommended. It's a small noodle shop and wasn't that busy when we went. You can choose how spicy you want it and the numbness - I kinda didn't know what this was (LOL). Anyways, I got the beef which was very tender and along with the noodles it was very filling. Though the meat was good, the whole dish just seemed very bland. Not too impressed with the taste and ingredients they used. The soup was also $14 but comes with free refills, although I didn't end up getting it because I was too full. After tip and tax I paid around $20 which is not worth it at all. I think there are better places that are cheaper and have better soup like the one place inside the mall. All in all, this noodle place is just meh.

Yelp
Came here on the first night of the $1 noodle promo (which is on until May 14th). Venue was definitely smaller than I expected but I think they made the most out of the space they had! Pros: Fast service, Unlimited Noodles, Friendly Staff, Customizable noodle spice levels, Loyalty program (Buy 7 noodles get 1 free). Highly recommend the black fungus which is the perfect balance of spicy/numb level. Even without the $1 promo, the prices are quite reasonable. Cons: Debit & Cash only, popcorn chicken wasn't what I expected (tasted more like chicken nuggets). But overall I would definitely come back again :)

Yelp
Food was delicious. Ordering is a little awkward using your phone for dine in but the fact that they're always open and how great tasting the food was.. definitely recommend.

Yelp
Yelp doesn't lie when this place deserves perhaps at best 3 stars. I tried the marinated pork belly with hard noodle and the taste was maybe mediocre at most. Broth wasn't very tasty and you could opt to have a numbing effect if that is something that you desire for the Sichuan style. I also ordered the chicken nug-.. sorry, popcorn chicken which pretty much tastes like chicken nuggets. I also had the black fungus and it was kinda bland as well. Good break from the soup noodles though. Environment - they do not have blind curtains yet so...the sun is very much in your eyes. I had to wear my sunglasses for a brief while from where I was sitting towards the window. Overall - staff is nice but I wouldn't be back for a long while in my opinion.

Yelp
They opened up a location in Mississauga in a rather quiet plaza. The size of the restaurant is actually very small so I wouldn't recommend parties greater than 6. The quality of food is very comparable to the Scarborough location. I didn't think it was as spicy. The prices seemed to have gone up slightly. I would definitely recommend a try if you haven't had this type of cuisine.

Yelp
Located 5 mins away from Square One shopping center, Hey Noodles offers a variety of dishes from Chongqing, China. Stopped by for a quick lunch and had the House special marinated pork belly. You are able to customize the spice level and garnishes you prefer which is nice. Was served my meal nice and hot under 10 mins. The pork belly was nice and tender, noodles were cooked to my desired texture, broth was missing the depth of meaty flavor and little more towards the salty side. Meals are ordered through GoSnappy with the option to pay online as well. Decent bowl of noodles overall and would recommend giving it a try.

Yelp
Checked this place out with my family. Wet tried their braised beef noodle soup of course. Love that you can pick not only the spice but also the numb level ^_^ The noodles were slurp worthy and the broth was delicious. Meat was soft and flavorful. We also ordered the smashed cucumber and lotus root and both were plentiful and delicious. My sister ordered the potato noodles which I need to get next time because they were also delicious with a nice chewy texture. She also got the cold chicken in chili oil but that just meh. Service wasd basic but good. They also deliver via different food apps. Will be back for more noodles and to try some other items.

Yelp
For the price they charge, they should seriously consider improving on the following : 1) making sure the cut of the meat is decent for $15+ noodle dish. Most of their meat noodles have poor quality cut and trimming job. Very disappointing to find mostly fat and cartilage in your noodle bowl. Unacceptable if you consider the competitors in the area. 2) making sure the quality is consistent. I have visited the location a few times and the quality of the dishes range from good to subpar. This is probably due to poor training or maybe staff shortages. 3) the staff are downright unfriendly and unprofessional. Maybe the owner isn't paying them living wages, but they look like they are just there to get a paycheque. Overall, it is really sad to see the quality of their food and restaurant degrade over time. They should probably get some retraining done from their other locations.
