My husband and my favourite bubble tea place in the city! Love their seasonal flavours with the best ingredients and their basic teas are so rich and decadent, we’ll never get bored! We ordered both over the app and the pickup was absolutely seamless. The service was quick and always so kind as well. I know they had a huge rush during the earlier days and we definitely provided our honest feedback especially the long wait times, glad to see they had improved so much!! We’ll be back for more~

Nice convenient location with a bright atmosphere. It wasn’t too busy when we went, so we were able to order right away and the drinks didn’t take too long either. There was a good tea flavour and the tapioca was soft/chewy. The drink did get a little sweet and heavy near the end, especially with the cream foam top. The drinks are definitely high quality but a little pricy, with the drink we got being 9.99 before tax.

Never disappoints! Drinks are always fresh, creative, and delicious. The fruit teas taste natural, and the cheese foam is so smooth and rich. Staff are friendly and quick, making the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely my go-to spot for bubble tea!

I have tried their teas in NYC and TOR and both times were yummy! • The matcha balanced so well with the coconut (faint taste), and the coconut pieces were yummy and fun to munch on 🥥 The lid can slide open where you can sip from the top! • Both the fruit drinks were DELICIOUS and bursting with flavour even with minimum sugar 😋 (I prefer the fruit drinks so far) • The shop is small with moderate seating, but very minimal and lively. ‼️ The wait time was ~20-40 mins. Limited space due to lines blocking the window seating right now!

Somewhat busy when we came by to order a bubble tea. The drink is not as thick as the ones in China and that’s a good thing. I think the Chinese HeyTeas use thicker milk or something so that isn’t as great tasting in my opinion. The bubble tea is fine here. Not much difference from anywhere else in Toronto. It wasn’t memorable but it wasn’t disgusting. The service is good here. They are quick to take your order. There is a line up though. Likely because it’s a new location. They have an app you can order from and there are signs with the QR code. However, we couldn’t order on the app as it wouldn’t allow us. I’m guessing there were too many orders in the queue. They accept American Express.

Very creamy and strong matcha flavor. The cloud coconut blue had a 🔵 look which was aesthetically pleasing. The yumberry was excellent and would definitely recommend if you wanted a fruit tea. Super busy (for good reasons) but worth the wait

went there during their early days of opening. i love the coconut! the cream foam is made of cheese so there is the odd taste of cheese that is a bit unfamiliar yet tasty taste! the mango sago is another that i really like. everytime i go there there is a small line

Hands down probably the best tasting bubble tea shop in Toronto. Also nicely decorated. The drinks are delicious - cloud crisp grape and mango are my favourites. However, they are expensive and every time I order I wait close to 10-25 minutes, even when I order through the app. I’ve found that the employees also speak Cantonese/Mandarin or their own language while speaking to customers, making it awkward for those who don’t speak it. They are also very rushed, and not probably trained with customer service which dampens the experience.
