I have tried their teas in NYC and TOR and both times were yummy! • The matcha balanced so well with the coconut (faint taste), and the coconut pieces were yummy and fun to munch on 🥥 The lid can slide open where you can sip from the top! • Both the fruit drinks were DELICIOUS and bursting with flavour even with minimum sugar 😋 (I prefer the fruit drinks so far) • The shop is small with moderate seating, but very minimal and lively. ‼️ The wait time was ~20-40 mins. Limited space due to lines blocking the window seating right now!

On the expensive end but high quality and tasty. Well packaged. Drinks were served relatively quickly. Comfortable ambiance, seating was surprisingly comfortable with cushioned seats. Would come back to try other drinks!

Their pickup screen is not accurate so we were cluelessly waiting 1+ hour over our drinks that were already made and ready long time ago.. inquired the staff about it and they blamed it on technology. Fix your system. As for the drink, they are typically good bbt. + I visited again and was able to get my bubble teas within 15 minutes! The line isn’t as long and system is improving.

Somewhat busy when we came by to order a bubble tea. The drink is not as thick as the ones in China and that’s a good thing. I think the Chinese HeyTeas use thicker milk or something so that isn’t as great tasting in my opinion. The bubble tea is fine here. Not much difference from anywhere else in Toronto. It wasn’t memorable but it wasn’t disgusting. The service is good here. They are quick to take your order. There is a line up though. Likely because it’s a new location. They have an app you can order from and there are signs with the QR code. However, we couldn’t order on the app as it wouldn’t allow us. I’m guessing there were too many orders in the queue. They accept American Express.

Love love love this spot. The drinks are expensive yes but the tea flavours are definitely present in even the fruit drinks. We got the mango grapefruit boom and the cloud crisp grape. My favourite of the two was definitely the cloud crisp grape. The foam is slightly salty, the grapes are actually crispy and we got the drinks at 50% less sugar and less ice. Both were delicious. Will return to try other drinks on the menu!! Long lines so expect to wait.

Heytea is one of my favourite bubble tea brands so I was super excited to hear that they opened a location in Toronto. I always get the bobo milk tea when I was in New York, but they don’t have that here. Instead, they have a milk tea that you can add pearls to, which tastes the same! The creamy cheese foam on top is super good and goes so well with the creamy milk tea. Pearls are chewy and delicious. Highly recommend the milk tea here!! Prices here are quite steep. After tax, a milk tea with pearls comes out to be over $9. I suppose for a large cup, it’s somewhat understandable, but it’s a bit of a burden to come here often. I went on a Monday afternoon at around 4:45pm and there was an insanely long line. From the time I got there until I got my drink, it was a 30 minute wait in total. The store isn’t that big and has limited seating. However, when the lines get really long, it takes up the entire store and makes it uncomfortable to sit there. A lot of the seats are taken up by people who are waiting for their drinks. However, what I did like was the multiple outlets near seats that make it easy to charge your phone.

We tried two bubble teas and enjoyed them. One was mango and the other was berry flavoured. We had the option of not having caffeine or sugar in our drinks which was good. However, after talking to the staff, we decided to add a little bit of sugar otherwise the drinks would not taste as well. The overall experience was pleasant. Location is busy which we did not mind. I would highly recommend.

Tried Heytea for the first time and went with their suggestion: Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk Tea and Mango Grapefruit Boom, both were amazing! Came back again for the Mango Coconut Boom, which was just as good. I’ll definitely be spending my summer here! Super polite and fast staff too.
