Good tea deserves the wait, impressed with HEYTEA! From the moment I stepped in the vibe rocked: modern, clean, trendy, and welcoming. The drink I tried was next level — you can genuinely taste fresh fruit, beautifully blended, and the texture of the drink with the toppings was so satisfying. Many people rave about their teas, but even without that I was blown away. The service was friendly, and though there was a line, it moved quickly and I felt it was totally worth it. HEYTEA knows how to create an experience not just a drink. Highly recommend stopping by for something special — you’ll leave wanting to come back.

Today was my first time visiting this Bubble Tea place, and here’s my honest review. First of all, I was lucky there was no line, because I often pass by this spot and it’s usually busy. Today was the first time I actually managed to get in. When I ordered my drink, I specifically asked if it came with any toppings, and I was told it didn’t. So I added Brown Sugar Pearls for an extra $1.50 — which, to be honest, is way overpriced. That’s about twice as much as in other places. In the end, the drink already had some tapioca pearls in it, so I basically overpaid for something I didn’t need. The total came to a bit over $10, even though the base price of the drink was $7.99. As for the interior — it’s beautiful, probably the only thing that deserves one star. The staff inside were shouting so loudly that I thought I’d lose my hearing. If you sit near the pick-up counter, be prepared to leave half-deaf. Would I come back? I doubt it. For this price, I can get a much better drink that actually matches its value. Unfortunately, this one didn’t. Pros: nice interior. Cons: extremely loud, poor communication, overpriced, long lines, and the taste is barely one star.

Absolutely the best boba tea in Toronto! Heytea on Yonge is hands down my favorite bubble tea spot. The drinks are always fresh, perfectly balanced, and the pearls have the ideal chewy texture. The flavors are rich but not too sweet, and you can really taste the quality ingredients. The staff are friendly, and the shop itself has a clean, modern vibe that makes it a great place to relax. Highly recommend to any boba lover. Easily the best I’ve had so far!

always good when i come to heytea, i love the smell when i first walk in. i just hate how expensive one drink is but the quality is definitely there. the matcha at this location is a bit more bitter than the scarborough location. for the matcha triple, i did not like the mochi as it was clumpy and not smooth and stretchy like…. it was giving when food is expiring and its starting to clump all together so that was not enjoyable…. id stick to the matcha supreme. the place is pretty small so it can get very crowded

Never disappoints! Drinks are always fresh, creative, and delicious. The fruit teas taste natural, and the cheese foam is so smooth and rich. Staff are friendly and quick, making the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely my go-to spot for bubble tea!

My husband and my favourite bubble tea place in the city! Love their seasonal flavours with the best ingredients and their basic teas are so rich and decadent, we’ll never get bored! We ordered both over the app and the pickup was absolutely seamless. The service was quick and always so kind as well. I know they had a huge rush during the earlier days and we definitely provided our honest feedback especially the long wait times, glad to see they had improved so much!! We’ll be back for more~

The Mango Coconut Boom and Mango Coconut Blue have changed my life and I actually need to have it everyday omggggggggg!! I really like the Cloud Crispy Grape which is so refreshing but the Mango in the Mango Coconut Boom is just so silky with the sago likeeeeeee omggggggggggg 100 STARS

I accidentally dropped my boba for a second and quickly picked it up — but somehow the straw pierced right through the bottom of the cup! 😭 I’ve never seen that happen before. The drink itself was good, but maybe the cups are a bit too thin? Just surprised how easily it broke!
