If I could give the HH Whitney 10 stars I would! Convenient location on quiet residential street with landscaped median. Beautiful 19th C house and landscaping in front and in the spacious backyard and delightfully curving pool. Vintage interior decor and comfortable seating. Proprietor Glenn has thought of everything in the room that a visitor might need re toiletries, magnifying makeup mirror, seating, lighting. But what makes this BB outstanding is the owner’s engagement, warmth, interest in guest comfort, and custom cooked fabulous breakfasts, different each day. And the Roman statuary, garden planters, and extensive foliage around that gorgeous pool made me swoon. Worth a trip to New Orleans just to relax at the Whitney!

I don't know exactly which room we're in because it was so long ago when we visited the French quarter my husband and I, but the interior was the most beautiful and luxurious place I've ever stayed. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Do they still have the trolley that runs across the street and takes you downtown to the quarter?

Glen and Randi are absolutely amazing. Such a cool property to stay for your trip. They make the best breakfast, and check on you throughout your stay to make sure you're comfortable. We'll definitely be back for sure. 🫶🏾

What a fun trip! Glen the host made our trip real special and personable. The room was nice and authentic and the food was great. Only 10-12 minutes max to about anywhere in the city. Very safe and clean! Thanks Glen!

Glen is an amazing and insightful host who makes some amazing breakfasts. He gave us a map of the French quarter and marked some places he thought we’d be interested in and we did check out several of his restaurant recommendations. Everything we did in the French quarter was less than a mile and a half away which was so convenient. Hot tub and pool are clean and well maintained. Rooms are quaint and akin to look as close to original as you can get for when the house was built. Bed is so comfortable, we took multiple naps each day we were there. Great water pressure and temperature: I love hot showers and I never once ran out of hot water!

Glenn is a superstar host!! This beautiful home is a must-stay destination. Glenn has a plethora of knowledge and resources regarding New Orleans and Louisiana and highly recommend asking him for advice/recommendations. The breakfasts were always delicious and gourmet! Rooms are stunning, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very safe location, never once felt uncomfortable at all.

I usually book hotels for a stay in NOLA, but when it came time to find housing for 10 adults, I wanted a more intimate setting. Therefore our family booked this entire house for a wedding and loved every minute of our stay! From start to finish, Glenn was an amazing host with tons of recommendations and NOLA tips. The breakfasts were 10/10, and there was no shortage of drinks and snacks for our large family. Each room was beautiful and equipped with everything we would need for our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub! I cannot say thank you enough to Glen for making this family event so wonderful and memorable. FYI - we are a fun loving, adult bunch, so we prefer to Uber rather than walk, and Ubers were cheap and plentiful at all hours.
