HI Cerveira – Pousada de Juventude

Stayed as part of a big group, the reception were very organised and checked us in quickly and easily. The private room was nice and clean. The bathroom was spacious and the timed faucets were interesting and you got used to it quickly. They have a nice chill out area. There is off the street parking - even a spot for an electrical car. The continental breakfast had quite a nice variety and everything was tasty. I saw there was a kitchen and I saw laundry drying but I didn't use these. The hotel has views of the river and is a short easy walk to the centre of town. It's very well priced and I will stay here again next time I am in the area. The town is lovely and you must go up to the lookout points - at sunset if you can.

Could get an update on bathrooms and facilities. The breakfast was ok but why it’s forbidden to take, as pilgrims , a banana with you will stay as a secret…its good located and thats it about this hostel

I recently had a very disappointing experience with . I mistakenly booked the wrong date and contacted the hotel immediately. Despite explaining the situation, the staff was uncooperative and unsympathetic. They falsely claimed they were fully booked, even though I booked at 9 PM the day before and saw rooms were available online. Their lack of flexibility and poor customer service left me frustrated. I won't be staying here again and do not recommend it.on Camino you will have so much beautiful people helping you,better look elsewhere for that special Camino connection.

Good location to explore the region. The rooms are basic, but clean. Bathroom could use some improvements (I didn't like the timed faucets). It is a cheap and affordable. Breakfast is very basic, but for the hotel (hostel) type it is quite good. Rooms don't have AC (only heater), and if you are facing the road, and open the window it can be loud. With the window closed, sound insulation is quite good. I recommend staying here, if you want a good and affordable place to stay. Staff is very friendly.

Great value for money. I stayed in August and they had terrace outside. Rooms are bright, spacious, beds are good, breakfast is included and in general this space has a very nice interior. There’s also shared space on the first floor with tv and books. lady’s on front desk are very nice and helpful. Recommend this place 💛

Clean and efficient, please note there is someone there 24/7. . The front desk person was very helpful. Clean room, great breakfast.

Good service and clean room for a very reasonable price. Only downside was their snack bar only took cash, but I only had a credit card. All in all I am glad I stayed there.

Very clean and nice place for a short stay while on Camino. There’s a laundry for extra pay (5 Euro for wash/dry), a nice kitchen with everything to cook. Great location- minutes away from Camino and all the cafes and restaurants. Great value for money. Breakfast is included
