Great location, friendly staff, and thoughtful touches! The location of this hostel is excellent, with plenty of free street parking nearby. It’s just a short 10-minute walk to Peake’s Quay Marina, where you’ll find Cows Ice Cream, local tourist shops, and a charming gazebo that had live music every day during our stay. Close to Victoria Street and many more historical sites. The hostel itself was clean, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches—like complimentary shampoo and feminine hygiene products, which were a lifesaver if you happened to forget anything. Breakfast included apples, bananas, toast with jam and peanut butter, and a slice of homemade banana bread—thin but absolutely delicious! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think the experience would be greatly improved by adding privacy curtains to the bottom bunks in the dorm rooms. Even in the smaller 4-person dorms, this small addition would make a big difference for comfort and privacy. That said, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this hostel to others. Thanks for a great stay!

Great experience in this hostel! Shannon is an incredible owner and all the staff is making the experience exceptionally good! I can say it's the best experience in a hostel I ever had. The living room, the kitchen and the washrooms are nice and clean. For most of my stay, I slept in the dorm at the third floor which has AC and it was comfortable. This is a hostel with a really nice vibe in general, and the breakfast is always a great time to socialize with other travellers. Definitely a highlight of my vacation in PEI!

Close enough to the downtown area this charming hostel is perfect for travelers on a budget. Shannon who runs the place is a great host. You meet all kinds of friendly people staying here. Never had to wait for the bathroom and a very clean and safe place to stay. They do have lockers to lock up valuables so v bring your lock. Breakfast of banana bread and coffee is provided and you can use the kitchen to make meals. Watch a movie, okay fine records, relax in the front yard. All around a great stay. Thanks Shannon!

This is a charming little hostel in a prime location in a quiet neighborhood while being close to restaurants and downtown. Shannon was amazing with her genuine care and concern for her guests. I think she thought of everything to make this place comfortable and welcoming including suggestions of things to do, books and DVDs to use, complimentary basic breakfast and signage everywhere to explain how everything works. The price was great at only $50 for a night in a 6 bed mixed dorm room. I never had to wait for a shower or toilet. I stayed in room 3 and my only complaint is that it was hot and stuffy all night despite the windows being open and a fan blowing.

Very cute hostel that is well located (pretty central to everything). The space is beyond clean and even tho there is a vintage vibe the kitchen and bathrooms are pretty modern. Breakfast is provided (coffee, toast, fruit) as well as snacks for to-go (delicious homemade banana bread). The staff is sooo nice! Had a great time.

Just imagine yourself living in a house built in 1908 with modern day conveniences. The house is well maintained and beautifully decorated. Shannon, the host is exceptionally kind and thoughtful. The volunteers are wonderful. The hostel is in the historic district of the city, within walking distance to all places of interest. If you are coming by Maritime Bus, the bus terminal is only 1.2 km from the hostel.

A clean and cozy hostel in a great location. The atmosphere feels like you're staying at a friend's house compared to a typical hostel. It's on a quiet street very close to downtown Charlottetown, the Confederation Trail, and the waterfront. Shannon and the team are very friendly and run a well organized operation. It was nice to chat with the staff and other guests over breakfast in the morning

Loved my stay here! Shannon and the rest of the staff are so helpful and accommodating. They make it really feel like you’re staying at a friends house rather than a hostel. The free breakfast is great too as well as the location and amenities (pool table etc)
