Front desk was absolutely amazing! When I checked in, the man was super lovely and helpful. Once my key card wasn't working in the middle of the night but the door was flashing green so I went downstairs to ask how to fix it, and the man was super helpful and gave me the tip to try pulling the door towards me and then trying the keycard. It worked! The rooms are really nice as well, it does get a bit hot though at night. They also have breakfast which is more than enough for being free!

The hostel is very well located, everything you need around: supermarket, pharmacy, and transport. Is 15 min walk from the beach. The outdoor area is very nice but it wasn't always cleaned - the white pillows were dirty. ||The breakfast was great as is included, but there should be a protein source like eggs (boiled so easier to do for the staff).||Also sometimes I felt while I was having breakfast that the lady was cleaning with a not very friendly face and making noice while we are eating.||I think is good it has the facility to wash our clothes - but it's very expensive.||The fact that toilets don't have a place to wash the hands is not acceptable, even tho there is a antibacterial gel. You can't use the toilet and then touch the door + the room door without washing hands. ||The fact that a sink and a shower is inside the room is a positive point.||It gets really hot insine, no air condicioner. I would never go in a very hot season again. Even if there is a fan.||The pillow is way TOO big. I could not sleep with it.||When you arrive you have to make your own bed (put the linen + pillow case) - which is not convinient when you arrive late at night like me. I didn't even understand that at beggining. The hostel should be responsible to prepare the bed. ||Great that was a small cabine to lock your importants items.

First of all, the location is superb: close to multiple stores, the shopping street, the beach, tram and bus stops...||||For the rooms: my first two nights were very hot but the second two were normal, i dont know why. The sinks are in the room itself which can be bothersome to people sleeping when you're brushing teeth etc. But the shower has good privacy and the water stays the temperature that you set it to, which is nice. Also, i had a pillow which was too big and hard so i had to sleep without it. There are lockers to store your stuff in so make sure to bring a lock.||||The included breakfast is good and the outdoor seating area is also fun but be aware that there are alot of pigeons that aren't scared to steal food.||||Theres also a kitchen where you can cook with a fridge to put your food and drinks in which is very good. Just make sure to bring post-its to write your info on it so it doesnt get thrown away.

I’ve travelled extensively throughout Europe and every time I stay in hostels. To a certain degree you sometimes have to put up with things because of the price you pay. However, the one thing that should be constant is cleanliness and I didn’t find that here. Yes, there is cleaning done every day for I witnessed it but I think the dirt and grime is already set so cleaning is just glossing over it. The shower in my room was disgusting and full of mould with no extractor fan and the only one for 8 people. There were 2 sinks within the room and the room itself was far too small for 8 people. All this meant that people using these facilities early morning or late at night wake you up. Other problems in the room included no sockets near the beds - never seen before - only a USB port meaning only one thing can be charged at once which was inconvenient. There were no privacy curtains around the beds and the lockers, albeit free, were strange shapes and not fit for purpose.|The breakfast was basic with bread, croissants, 3 types of cereal, 5 flavours of yogurt, cheese and ham. The machines had half a dozen different coffees and 3 choices of juice but were turned off when breakfast finished. There was also a situation for me when the croissants ran out half hour before breakfast finished which should never happen. Apart from the lockers and luggage area, you have to pay for everything else such as tea, coffee, towels, laundry, a fan and even soap!|Walking up to my room was hazardous too as many of the steps are cracked with some pieces missing or loose. The kitchen is very small for the size of the hostel, and you’ll find numerous toilets but they’re outside the rooms even though the shower and sinks are inside. |The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and the dining area is a decent size. There’s also an outdoor seating area along with an indoor sofa area. The one thing provided by the bed was a night light and overall the rate to stay here is reasonable. However, this is not a place I would recommend.

I went there and apparently the guy in reception in the morning did not tell me that they booked me in the female dormitory which is completely unacceptable. He even asked me to pay the city tax. I left my luggage because I cannot check in at 2PM. I came back late at night very very tired then they told me I cannot stay in the room as it was for females only. They didn’t refund me anything. The girl in the reception told me to sleep in the couch at the back whjch is very small, dirty, and has noisy background. I was almost crying as I have no place to go. It made me book a different place which is a complete added cost. It was very frustrating. And I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here such a shameful money sucking business people. Very merciless and non compassionate at all.

Was greeted by the loveliest guy at reception. I left my brand new earbuds after checkout, gave them a call and he personally retrieved it and kept it safe for me. I’ll forever be grateful. Love the outdoor area. It’s so cute both in the day and night.

The price isn't really worth the stay in my opinion. My bed was connected to another persons bed and only separated by a thin piece of wood between us so there is little privacy. I went as it started getting warmer and it was so hot. The breakfast is sad for what it is. I do like the outdoor seating area

Perfect breakfast and location, but the sheet of be and bathroomd are a little bit dirty. There is no plug on the bed, only USB and there are only two plugs in the room, but they are far away to the bed. Besides, The shower will automatically stop after about 20 seconds, and you need to manually turn it on again, this is not convenient. Overall, this is a good hostel.
