It is really hard to find a weak point in this hostel, located near the city centre, close to industrial harbour, but with excellent sound isolation. The hostel is situated in a fabulous historical building with spacy and very clean rooms that are priced by many. Not to mention the terrace! I recommend it to any Rijeka visitor!

For the price you pay for it, it is okay. Good place if you wanna stay somewhere low budget but overall definitely bellow average. Showers and walls have mold, which is gross. A minus for me is that all rooms have only one key, which is outrageous. In a room I was in, fits eight people. My friend was traveling with me, but I didn't know the other four people. We only had one key so if you were to stay out long, you'd have to wake people up by knocking on the door if they locked it (I found myself in that situation sadly enough, and felt terrible). With one key, it makes your stay less dependent. I don't think it takes too much effort to make as many keys as there are beds. It is affordable, plus extremely convenient for the guests.

We stayed for 5 nights, some in a shared room and some in a private one (which was like a hotel for us, really nice). The hostel is clean, the staff is nice and willing to help you have a nice stay, also the bed is super comfortable, with nice pillows and clean sheets. The hostel is quiet so if you aim to rest, this is the place for you, had the best naps after beach day, so quiet you could hear a pin drop. You can have breakfast for about €3 but no kitchen or bar for other meals so you should eat out or go to the supermarket. Also its in a great location, same walking distance to the beach or to the city center (about 15'). You can walk or use Bolt scooter which is about 1kn/min. Would definitely recommend and wish I can go back !

It's an old-school, original hostel, which I enjoyed very much. The breakfast is included and offers the biggest choice of any hostel breakfast I've ever had! Good walking distance to center, and nice vibes. I would recommend this place!

A big old building serving as a youth hostel. A little bit of moist smell in the air inside, especially in the lobby where the reception desk is. Nice, cozy and clean rooms, good beds, affordable prices, friendly employees and a big outdoor terrace.

Good rooms, comfy beds, linen and breakfast provided. Staff friendly. Safe - double locks on each door and a safe for each bed (20KN deposit).||Wifi is blocked from working unless in reception area, presumably to prevent overuse in peak seasons; this can be a real pain though. ||Breakfast is okay. Nothing special, and boardering in the "I'd rather pay for a pastry" end of the scale. ||Pay extra for towels, locker keys...even extra for the room if you are not a Member of the Hostel International club. ||Location is not great. Difficult to find. Half an hour walk from town. Close to the beach though, so that's good!

I only stayed for one night, but I was more then welcomed. Room was really big and we had our own bathroom which was huge! Really clean and comfy beds.||It's bit far from the Old Town, but thats what I liked about it. Large Shopping Mall is close by in case you need anything. Breakfast is included, but my bus to Zadar was early so I didn't get the chance to try it.

Decent hostel, met my expectations. My main complaint would be that the place could use some comfortable seating outside. The rooms and especially the bathroom could be cleaner. Bathrooms are not cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. The hostel is located close to some beaches, but far away from the city center. If you want something more central try the kosy hostel.
