Rooms are fine, and location is exceptional. The issues I have is the very uninterested staff. They almost seemed annoyed when you asked for help. And if you want to lock your items in, you have to pay 5 euros to get a key. You can't just use your own lock.

While conveniently located, this hostels one key policy per room is perplexing. Also, if you have trouble sleeping in a hot room I’d steer clear. On the third floor, with 30 degree heat this room left like a furnace with two low blowing fans to keep 6 people comfortable at night. Very tight squeeze in the rooms too.

Yes the rooms are cool, but the bed sheets are way too sticky and we are currently in room 404 where we stepped in and it stank so much from these two guys, that’s not really the hostels responsibility but still, bed sheets are way too sticky and uncomfortable

Room was good, but the building was broken and the bathrooms were dirty and broken. Also, you have to leave your key at the front desk when leaving the building. So it feels like a hostel for school trips - not for other travelers

The WORST HOSTEL ever. NEVER STAY THERE! Everything was terrible. I went there with a group of students. The rooms are extremely small. There were SAFETY PROMLEMS, such as broken parts in bunk beds. There is only ONE common shower on each floor, which is obviously not enough. Everything is run-down. Not very clean in general. The elevator was not working most of the time. The hostel was also very noisy. The breakfast was awful. They serve it in a nearby bakery (which they called a "restaurant" in our email correspondence). There was not enough food for our group. They didn't even have black tee. The staff was rude. They found excuses rather than solutions to the problems we had there. Don't ever go there.

Its a hostel, in a good location in Zagreb.|We found it to be fine. Its a room, theres everything thats normally in a hostel.||One weird thing was that we had to give the room keys back everytime we left the building then request them back.||Does the job.

It is not a comfortable place, the shared room with 6 people is very small, basically we did not enter the 6 people standing. There's no place to put anything. It has no ventilation. The bathroom is too small for so many people. The feeling is not nice. The common room was fine.

Total dump, arrived on the first night and left within 15 minutes, rooms are unbelievably hot. One key is shared between a whole room. One toilet and shower per floor for each gender. Floors were covered in dirt. DON’T STAY HERE.
