HI Porto – Pousada de Juventude

If you want to travel back in time to the last century, definitely stay here. Old, shabby and broken equipment. Door (room 0.14) broken, had to be opened with great force and with a big bang. Price-performance ratio big zero.

not good idea for promotion to give 5 star for 5 euro which they dont pay you in end, just a wastage of time

It is beyond our expectations.|Clean rooms, nice staff. Open buffet breakfast( including 2 different cereals, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, butter and jams, cheese and ham, fresh traditional roll breads and sliced toasts , yoghurt, apples and bananas, coffee machines, hot water and a bread heater.|There is no refrigerator at the room, But the room has a balcony.. comfortable bed and clean linens.|The bathroom towels are clean.|There is a supermarket near the hotel.|The landscape is nice |It is not so far to centrum and bus station is close.|It has also available parking area on front.|The hotel doesn’t make us unhappy.

Very clean and comfortable. All renewed in great conditions. Near by there are Portuguese Coffey places with fresh high quality snacks for breakfast!! Unfortunately the toilet must had a canalisation problem and it was smelling very bad in the morning.

Miserable miserable miserable! It's 4 am in the morning and I'm writing this review because I couldn't wait until tomorrow 😶 Nasty moldy place full of bugs on the ceiling beds and everywhere, never come to this place because it's very terrible and this advice is priceless!!! In the beginning I was actually deceived by the view from my private room but turns out later that it's not worth it to be in such a place, now I can't sleep and my wife got too frustrated as well so we're trying to handle the situation gently and make the best out of it..

Took a room for one night, got free parking outside, staff speaking more than resonable English, basic breakfast, simple dinner was available at round 8€, showers and wc are a share, but clean and wide. All in all, good value for the money we have paid.

It's a little far from the touristy areas if you don't have a car, but you can't beat the view honestly. I had to do a little bit of work and enjoyed the heck out of it because of the view as I spent most of my time in the balcony! Amenities are lacking as there's no shampoo or shower gel, but it is what it is. Overall great experience for a reasonable price.

Do NOT stay here. With doors wide open, drug users and others in the neighborhood dropped in and picked up things they liked....like my wine and cheese....knew right where to go, according to the security camera. But that's only part of the issue. Manager had such an "oh well" attitude that I wonder how many thefts they've had here! FIX THE SECURITY PROBLEM BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SERIOUSLY INJURED!
