Great experience there people were nice,helpful, and knowledgeable..my first big rare bottles Asmith Bourbon and Kavalan vino whiskey 😀

After placing multiple orders and not having any issues my latest order arrived and one of the bottles leaked and the bourbon had oxidized heavily. Tried to communicate with them through their customer service email on five different occasions and here we are three weeks later and I have not received any response. Buyers beware, prior purchases arrived with no issues but if you do have an issue they will just ghost you. Time to find another online retailer.

Fabulous prices and selection. Order fulfillment took longer than other online retails I have purchased from and I didn’t get my tracking information without following up which is also something I hadn’t experienced with other online retailers. That aside, the order arrived as expected, it just took longer than expected. I would buy from them again albeit with adjusted expectations.

They have an amazing selection of Additive-free Tequila, hard to find Bourbon and Ryes, single-malt and blended Scotch Whisky and a decent amount of fine wines at the best prices around. The store looks great like a high-end boutique but with low prices, I highly recommend you stop by, but if you're too far check them out online because they ship to all of California at a flat rate. I wish them the best, the owner Roy and his staff are a great team!

One of the best spots for whiskey, and they ship to most parts of the US! Fair prices, everything was packaged with care and arrives within a few weeks! When I visit family in SoCal next I will definitely be stopping in person. I highly recommend giving HiProof your business either in person or online

Every Lunar New Year we search for a top shelf Lunar themed bottle this year it was the 1942. They had it, sold it to us online. Pick up was straightforward and quick. Item was what we wanted and priced more than fair for it's uniqueness and availability. Hi Proof may be our option 1 moving forward.

Bait and switch, but with proof. Bought a bottle thinking it was Balcones 146.4 proof as advertised on their website. Took it home and it was 125 proof Balcones. Same bottle shape and label. So I called 2 days later and someone there told me to bring it back for a refund. I get there five days later and they told me that the refund was not possible. I think this is a their plan to get rid of their old stock that they cannot sell. I buy a lot of bourbon, but at this point, I will not be returning to High Proof. Simple refund or exchange for another item would not leave a bad taste in my mouth. Bad customer service and bad business practice.

They have such a great selection of both malt and bourbon. These days it’s hard to find a store that have both available at such a reasonable price. Especially from a smaller liquor store, they really take care of their customers. I really enjoy all the staff as well as they have been so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend this store as they are doing a bunch of exciting things in the future. As soon as they opened, they hit the ground running with great offerings. I cannot wait to get more of their store picks as well!
