This is easy the best restaurant we've been, worthy of Michelin star. Yossi Shitrit is a very talented chef and he provides experience like nothing else. You need to reserve this place long before and there are only two service times each day - 6pm and 9pm. The whole meal is a tasting menu style, you get about 15 different dishes, each of them is a real piece of art. The dishes are small, but the taste is just fantastic and in the end of the meal you will be full. All of the dishes are created using local products. There is also a selection of wines that are exclusively fitted for the meal - or you can have a bottle or a glass from whatever you choose. In the end Hiba is a very special place, real fine dining experience. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

We had very high expectations from the restaurant but left very disappointed. Food was okay, over use of foam textures (3 out of the 8 dishes had some foam), many dishes where bland desperately needed salt and the steak served as the last savory dish was very very chewy. Not anything to write home about. Restrooms need to be seen to more regularly, they were not clean! Also would recommend using a nice soap in the restroom for a nicer experience, not a decanted supermarket soap…

Celebrate a birthday dinner with a friend here and we had a wonderful time. The restaurant is aiming to be a Michelin star restaurant and it shows in the little details like the welcome, the service and the general atmosphere (there is no Michelin guide here). Early reservations are necessary. I enjoyed many dishes, especially the pumpkin and sweetbreads bites. The potato was also very creative and interesting. The winner was the pre-dessert that took an Israeli salad to a new creative level as a palate cleanser. The desserts were a bit too intense for me but that is a personal preference. The price for this type of meal is very affordable in comparison with other place has a great value for money. The location is very convenient with parking right across the street or in the building.

Wonderful experience! This is exactly what I was looking for in fine dining in Israel - a very Israeli experience (local fresh produce, unique cuisine and personable staff) along with the high end service, techniques and dishes. The dishes are generous (even too much so, we were stuffed by the end) and feel fresh and well thought out. Absolutely lovely and highly recommended for visitors and locals alike.

The restaurant is designed in a very unique way, the space is very inviting, and the dining experience is wonderful. The service is also excellent, and the special welcome ceremony for each guest creates a great feeling for those who enter. The food, on the other hand, is lacking in my opinion, especially because there is no uniformity in the quality of the different dishes. Some were excellent - the onion soup and the special potato dish - and some were on the verge of inedible - especially the dishes that combined fish and cheese. Of course, this is a matter of taste, but I didn't understand how someone could taste these dishes and decide that it was a good idea to release them to customers. A high-end experience at this level of pricing must justify itself with excellent food, and unfortunately, HIBA does not meet this challenge.

Wow!!! Everything was perfect, the atmosphere, the staff, the experience and of course the amazing food. One of the best chef restaurants and tasting experience I had in Israel. 15 unique dishes that every one of them had special taste, color and appearance. It costs 530 shekels without service and without alcohol and worth it! Very recommend!!!

Wow, It makes me so happy that I got this amazing experience in my homeland. It started few days before when getting a phone call from the restaurant asking for information regarding each of our group. 2 were eating everything, 1 was pescatarian and a vegan one and boy…… food was delicious, creative and looking like a painting.

A truly unique culinary experience in Tel Aviv’s new midtown area. From the moment we got out of the car the experience begins. We were greeted at the door and let inside the warm and inviting, yet intriguing halls that lead to the main area of the tables. Once inside we were welcomed by the entire staff who stopped on their work to look at us and greet us together in one synchronized “welcome”. Then they gave us a mind blowing amuse-Bouche that allowed us a preview of what was to come. We were sat down in a beautiful and neat wooden table. The table area is next to the open kitchen area which is decorated beautifully and the chefs work in silence their preparation of the food. The menu is a set course of 15 plates, and the taste and ingredients of each one of them is so unique it plays a pleasant symphony with our senses. Each bite took us to new places, new feelings and new sensations. The waiter explained us the ingredients and preparation behind each of the plates and was interested in our feedback after each one. Everything was thought of. From The entry to the exit where we were offered a nice gift to leave with us (2 amazing cakes to eat with the morning coffee the day after), the menu in an envelope which summarizes everything we ate, and an amazing service that filled our evening with smiles and gratitude.
