I am VERY disappointed with the customer service I have received. As a first time customer, I was encouraged to order a shoe size from a different store, assured that it would be delivered in less than a week to my home. This item was for a donation to a young man who last his father as a Christmas gift. The shoe didn't arrive, I called last week, Noone answered the phones (3 days in a row), I finally got through today and was told that I would be able to pick up a similar item (as the gifts need to go out tomorrow). I got to the store and was at first told noone knew what I was talking about, then I was told that I would have to purchase another pair or wait for the originals to be delivered. I am incensed!
I want to make clear that the manager was trying very hard to create a solution. It was the district and customer (non)service that were unwilling to help. A needy child , who has lost his father will be the one to suffer. As of more than 24 hours later I haven't heard back from ANYONE in your organization.
