Devon (spelling?) at the Ft. Pierce location was wonderful!! He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of football cleats for my son. I couldn’t have had a nicer experience. Devon provided top-notch customer service and has earned our repeat business at Hibbett.

It's always a pleasure shopping at Hibbett in Ft. Pierce. I've come to know most of the staff, as I frequently buy and visit this store. They're always polite, professional, and helpful with all my purchases. All the associates there deserve praise and raises. Convient and affordable, thanks for all the great experiences.

The staff was very attentive to me and my husband’s needs. We will definitely continue doing business. Kudos to Rashaad and the 2 other gentlemen. 10/10!

If I didn't need the items I would not have purchased here. The staff huffed and puffed with every question and transaction as if I was getting on his nerves. How dare I want him to do the job he gets paid for.

The guys at the store on Ohio Ave in ft Pierce are very helpful. We share jokes and laugh a lot. Very cheerful and charming guys 🤩

Was looking for a Christmas gift and Hibbitt Online had the same shoes as in the store for over $30 less, so I asked if the store would match online price. Was told no by manager, so I ordered shoes online from store and came back few hours later to pick up. Not a single customer inside, but they didn’t want to fill order for me 25 minutes early, and they were all just straightening up racks and such. Finally a young man did. Shoes didn’t fit, so I returned them and they acted like they didn’t want to due to them being bought online( but picked up at THAT store). Expected better customer service but it was Christmas and retail is rough that time of year. Either way, I will probably shop online over in the Fort Pierce store from now on, if at all.

Staff always nice and helpful at this location and. Store displays on point. HOWEVER... the online support and service not so much. Ordered a limited release sneaker in size 9 and they send me a size 8. Then they ask me to drive over 100 miles to correct THEIR mess up. I asked for expedited shipping after I had to drive to a store JUST to get problem solved. Now they want to give me discount code for old stuff NOBODY WANTS. Asking customer to correct your mistake and then offering nothing of use is embarrassing. And don't get mad at honest reviews, fix your issues. New order, same online issue. Told my son was OK to purchase sneakers because price showed $150 Thursday night. Buys the next day and price went UP TO $250! An actual response would be nice

They have nice options, I just wish they had more to choose from.
