Hibbett Sports

Was looking for a Christmas gift and Hibbitt Online had the same shoes as in the store for over $30 less, so I asked if the store would match online price. Was told no by manager, so I ordered shoes online from store and came back few hours later to pick up. Not a single customer inside, but they didn’t want to fill order for me 25 minutes early, and they were all just straightening up racks and such. Finally a young man did. Shoes didn’t fit, so I returned them and they acted like they didn’t want to due to them being bought online( but picked up at THAT store). Expected better customer service but it was Christmas and retail is rough that time of year. Either way, I will probably shop online over in the Fort Pierce store from now on, if at all.

Staff always nice and helpful at this location and. Store displays on point. HOWEVER... the online support and service not so much. Ordered a limited release sneaker in size 9 and they send me a size 8. Then they ask me to drive over 100 miles to correct THEIR mess up. I asked for expedited shipping after I had to drive to a store JUST to get problem solved. Now they want to give me discount code for old stuff NOBODY WANTS. Asking customer to correct your mistake and then offering nothing of use is embarrassing. And don't get mad at honest reviews, fix your issues. New order, same online issue. Told my son was OK to purchase sneakers because price showed $150 Thursday night. Buys the next day and price went UP TO $250! An actual response would be nice

Ordered a pair of cleats in store since they didn't have the size. Associate stated they should have them shipped to store since It would be quicker. ( 3 day turn around). It's been 2 weeks and still no call regarding my order. No email that says it's been delivered. I've called multiple times and they either don't answer or put me on hold till I hang up. Ended up disputing charge with CC company.

Super busy but the Jamaican girl handled it! She remained patient with my daughter 🙏🏼 Thank you.. great prices...

I love the store. The environment it gives when you walk in. The associates are very nice. And I definitely love shopping at Hibbett.

They lost my business to dicks because they canceled my online order. They told me to not do online orders because they will sell what you bought before they even get the order. They will not call you after canceling either

From the moment I walked in sales asscociate Lexi was on point with customer service! She made sure to show me around and show me what they had in stock for what I was looking for in specific. The mood in between employees on and "off" the clock ;) was also pretty amazing! Everyone had a great sense of humor. I recommend Hibbett Sports to anyone looking for sneakers, shoes, clothing or sports gear. Thank you for the great customer service. It's hard to come by these days. Even to get someone to just smile at you is a huge task! Lexi and her coworkers made it a pleasurable visit to the store!

The entire store staff, super friendly and professional, they show there concerns with all products and seem to have a lot of knowledge what's sold in the store
