Quite possibly the worst room I have ever stayed in. In my life. Ever.
Spent the week at Seaside, for a wedding. After the wedding we stayed an extra night in the area. We had the misfortune in staying in the New Orleans themed "Big Easy" room. Oh, it had a lot in common with New Orleans: 1) it was dirty; 2) it smelled; 3) it was falling apart; and 4) I would not be surprised if someone was killed there. Although, that is not really fair to New Orleans. I bet the brick streets sleep better than the bed in the "Big Easy" room. And don't even get me started on the bathroom. I honestly thought someone with a video camera was going to jump out and yell "Surprise!!!"
Finally, it rained the morning we left. There was no covered location to load-up a car, and the gravel parking lot flooded, requiring us to wade through inches of water, in the rain, to pack-up for our escape.
This room was/is so bad, we actually took pictures to show all of our friends.
If you want a room in this price range, $190.00 to $240.00, check-out the Motor Court Inn, in Seaside. If you want a room that feels like someone was recently murdered and/or shooting-up heroin, then the "Big Easy" is for you!

PS, My wife would give it less than one star; but, the creepy clown/jester pictures adorning the room were so over the top I have to give it one star for always remaining in my mind as terrible/horrible place.
