Hidden Coffee Roasters - El Born

Loved this cafe, the coffee was amazing. Each coffee had a flavour profile and it is very accurate too! As an avid coffee and cafe lover this was the first time I tasted the notes in the coffee and so did my partner. The cafe roast the beans themselves and they have alternative milks (oat). I cannot recommend this cafe enough. The staff welcome you and they are very lovely, the interior is also so cool. Truly a highlight of our trip to Barcelona !

This was my favorite coffee shop out of the two weeks I spent in Europe! This was one of the first speciality coffee shops I encountered, and the V60 and cortado I got were both lovely. The shop was nice with just enough seating, they had a great selection of beans, and I thought they did a great job of appealing to both the speciality and more standard coffee crowds. I’d happily go back, and I went more than once when I was in Barcelona!

They didn’t have any flavour with coffee, so I decided not have it at all cause I like a bit sweet coffee. Asked the guy t suggest a nice desert, it was a pink colored desert, didn’t like the taste. The guy was really attentive but my overall experience wasn’t very good cause when I went to use the washroom it wasn’t very clean aswell.

Hidden Coffee Roasters - El Born was a great find, thanks to a local’s recommendation! We had a flat white and café con leche—both were excellent. The coffee was smooth and well-balanced, just how we like it. We also picked up some beans to take home, so we can enjoy their great coffee even after our trip. A must-visit spot for coffee lovers in Barcelona! ☕✨

This is the first time I tried V60 with the temperature a bit higher than my own. Folks, did you forget to boil the water? A disappointing experience for this price. Yet they ask for tips (via terminal) when you’re paying. I haven’t tried the coffee yet, why are you expecting tips at this point?
