Don't be fooled by the size, there is some gems to actually see and feel the pain, struggles, power and resilience of the Black experience before civil rights.

Words can’t describe how informative and necessary this place is to go and even take the little ones! The photos and explanations on each historical figure was Amazing! Perfect place for those seeking knowledge!Thank you Tariq and those who helped to create this experience!! My family and I loved it!!

Loved this place; we need more places like this for FBA's. We enjoyed every bit of the museum, plus we learned a lot that we didn't know. That's always a plus.

I'm from Michigan and this was my 1st time going to the Hidden History Museum. The September Soul Saturday event was GR8! The comedians were funny and the food was off the hook! I purchased the Microphone ✔️ DVD, the Mink Slide vinyl, the Hidden Heroes book and a mini FBA flag. I had a great coversation w/ Tariq Nasheed's mother and me and my brother took a pic w/ him. GR8 vibes good people. I'll be visiting the museum again next time I go back to L.A.

Great showcase of Foudational Black American history! I had to get some shirts, some Root Work, and an FBA flag for my car!✊🏿 AND the barbecue shop outside SLAPS!!!

Very educated place to be BUILT BY FOUNDATIONAL BLACK AMERICANS. it teaches the true history of black people ..not that old social studies class lie. 🙏🏿🖤💯🤷🏾‍♂️

Went on July 31, 2023 at 2:30pm. TARIQ can you get the muslim lady with the FAKE CONTACTS from the door PLEASE! She's VERY RUDE, MEAN, and LAZY! My wife and I felt her attitude coming thur the door! We didn't get greeted coming in or leaving nor a thank you for everything we bought, she didn't say thank you come back to see us or anything!! PLEASE TARIQ GET HER AWAY FROM THE MUSEUM! Black women already have a BAD RAP! This was my first interaction with a Muslim women and I didn't think muslim women was like that or whatever she is!! The area is SUS not going to lie! Being from Memphis,, TN we know a little about the hood! But the museum was pretty cool and has a lot of KNEWLEDGE! Thank you TARIQ!!
