We had a wonderful time at the Hidden Hotel. Rooms are a bit on the small side but very cosy. We had a room with balcony which was a great addition (room 101). Most important of all the staff was fantastic. So pleasant and attentive. The interior design is warm and comfortable. Best of all was to experience the coco-mat mattress bed.

Service was very good. I liked that they had cold water with mint and lemon in the lobby area and offered it when we got there. Also cake. Great restaurants, cafes and bakeries nearby. Location is amazing. Didn’t love the black walls in the rooms, I prefer lighter colors and room was tiny but expected in Europe so not a big deal. Overall very nice.

I love this hotel. I stayed there a few years ago and was happy to see it had remained quaint, comfortable and welcoming. It is a refreshing change from those cookie-cutter business hotel chains. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They recommended a local restaurant a few feet from the hotel where I had an exceptional meal, as good or better than I can find in Manhattan. I needed a florist for a bouquet to take to the home of a friend who was hosting me for dinner. The one recommended by the hotel staff was outstanding and the bouquet perfect. As regards the hotel, I would not change a thing!

The Hidden Hotel is truly a hidden gem in the city. It’s so peaceful and serene. Not to mention, it features the most romantic aesthetic with its organic, botanical decor. Seriously, it’s a nice place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Additionally, the staff of the hotel is so kind. They truly made our stay memorable.||Whenever we go back to Paris, we will definitely be staying with them again.

Google
One of the best hotels in Paris. I really enjoyed and was satisfied from A to Z for the last two nights between Sunday and Tuesday. Nothing to complain. Location was great, service was great, and even breakfast was great. Worth to pay every penny.

A warm welcome, a really nice and cosy room, always approachable and very helpful staff: we felt completely at ease during our stay (6 nights).|We were given a very friendly welcome and could turn to reception at any time - no matter what, we were helped with a smile.|Our room (4th floor with lift) was quiet, the beds comfortable and cosy. The breakfast buffet is extremely varied and delicious, and there are also good gluten-free alternatives on request.|Last point: the location was perfect in our eyes! Less than 5 minutes to the metro (several lines), very central and a really nice neighbourhood.|Conclusion: the perfect ‘home away from home’ for a stay in Paris!||Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Google
We booked this hotel because it is actually listed as the 14th best rated hotel in Paris out of over 1,900 hotels. Wow! ||THE PROS: it’s in a centrally located, safe area of Paris. It’s a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Not bad. There are numerous cafés and stores within steps of the hotel. Another plus. The hotel itself is clean and organized. Some of the staff is friendly but some were not and we were treated with a condescending attitude. They have a good hotel café, which serves well-made drinks. The bartender goes out of his way to make sure you have a good experience. I can’t rate the food because we never ate breakfast at the hotel, but it was always full of guests and everyone seemed to be enjoying the café. ||The linens are quality, the bed is comfortable, and the pillows are also good. The beds have a curtain system around them, which can add to a romantic feeling. ||We spent five nights at this hotel. The first night was a bust because our air conditioning kept making a loud noise which included a vibration every 30 seconds or so. We reported it about an hour after our late afternoon check-in and they sent up a maintenance person while we were out, but it apparently couldn’t be fixed and because of the late hour, we just stayed in the room and dealt with trying to get some sleep through the noise. To the hotel’s credit they upgraded us to a better room the next morning and had staff move our luggage to the new room while we were out. |The original room that we booked was ridiculously small. It was impossible to open up our suitcases due to the lack of space. We did not book the basic room. We booked the terrace room and paid over $500 a night. The water closet was so small that my husband barely fit. The upgraded room was bigger and the equivalent of a normal size hotel room. The odd thing was that the shower/ tub was out in the open rather than in a bathroom. ||THE NEGATIVES: Housekeeping was not the greatest. They skipped one day completely. We reported it when we arrived late one evening after an exhausting day. The front desk person/manager did a quick touch up for us and probably had a talk with the housekeeper. The next day the housekeeper had a bad attitude and blamed us for leaving the “do not disturb sign” on the door. We did not!!! She rushed and did a lousy job cleaning our room. This is not acceptable at any price point but especially when |you are paying over $500 a night! ||Tap water is provided but not bottled water.

I had a great experience at Hidden Hotel and I would recommend it to my friends and family. The location is perfect, just 4 minutes walk from the stunning Arc du Triumph. I want to highlight the breakfast, it was super complete with so many delicious options and the coffee was nice. The receptionist, Julian was very friendly and gave many valuable tips for my stay in Paris.

Yelp
The hotel is truly hidden but what a fantastic find. The room we had was quite small but I guess it is expected of hotels in Europe. The staff was wonderful. We arrived at the hotel later in the evening due to a delay in our flight. The front desk person Jean-Paul was especially helpful and got us settled in pretty quickly. The hotel was quaint and very clean. They do serve breakfast but we never got a chance to try it as we were always on the go. If I visit Paris again I would definitely consider this hotel again.

Yelp
I love boutique hotels, and Hidden is the gold standard of them. I went on a mother/daughter trip to Paris a few weeks ago and convinced my mom to deviate from the usual chains for something more unique. When I found Hidden after some research, I knew it was the perfect choice. In addition to being in a wonderful location (walking distance to Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe) and having the sweetest staff ever (from the extremely accomodating front desk staff to the lovely woman who serves breakfast each day), the hotel itself is immaculate - so clean and modern but with adorable, earthy decor. It's also very quiet at all hours of the day, which I deeply appreciated, because I had to do some work on the trip (the downstairs lounge area is also great to work in in the evenings, if you're traveling on business - there's wifi and great coffee). We opted to have breakfast at the hotel nearly every day we were in Paris - it was just so good and convenient. Each morning, for 19 euros, you're presented with a delicious little buffet of made-from-scratch quiches, smoked salmon, ratatouille, crepes, several types of cheeses, vegetables, fruits, cereal, bread, coffee, fruit juices, and more. It's definitely worth having a few times on your trip. The quiches were among the best I've had! We initially were staying in one of the smaller rooms but we were upgraded after a minor technical issue with it. Our next room was absolutely perfect and so comfortable. The only (very minor) complaint I have is regarding the shower/bath - it's not concealed and is just in the corner of the room. If they installed some kind of smoked glass all around it to encase the heat/give some privacy, it'd be perfect. Overall, if you're a fan of boutique hotels and are shopping for one to stay in in Paris, Hidden is a wonderful choice. I can't recommend it enough!

Yelp
Hidden was the best hotel we stayed on our trip to Spain and France. The customer service is exceptional. You get greeted by every single employee and they are friendly and helpful. The interior decoration was amazing. They use natural wood and modern materials and it gives this amazingly relaxing feeling. Even though the bedroom is pretty tight, the bathroom was spacious, and I loved the rainfall shower head. I must have taken a bath for over an hour. The location is not the greatest, because the walk is about 10 min to the closest station, but you can see the arch the tromphi lit up at night walking from the station and it is breathtaking. You need to change the train at chatlet station if you are coming from the airport. I wish I had breakfast here....it smelled amazing! I will stay at this place again next time in Paris.

Yelp
Trying to get all my reviews in from our trip. This was the only non-Marriott hotel we stayed in. I'm so glad we did. It is a small boutique hotel, but it's just so lovely... very well decorated, modern but very cozy. Now keep in mind that you may want to use your Google map to initially find your way the, but is not hard after that. Love that is so close to metro. As far as customer service, cannot say enough. Always friendly and welcoming. I want to thank Anna and Tanya for making us feel like we were visiting family or freinds than a hotel... I wish I could remember the very currently and good looking bartender who created the best martini for us. I wish they were had stayed longer and had take advantage of their breakfast buffet, €19 I have to admit may seem high, but it looked so worth it instead of going out in search of breakfast... The rooms are very cozy... Yes, small, but it has everything you need and enough space that we did not get it to eachothers space. The room is also very nicely decorated and the bed was super comfy... Will definitely stay here again... and definitely stay longer...

Yelp
I stayed here for three nights at the end of my trip to France and it was fantastic! The hotel is so cute and cozy. The rooms have nice curtains around the bed but aren't super spacious, although that's pretty normal for a hotel in Paris. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. The staff were all very friendly, which is unusual for Paris! They were so helpful when we arrived and our room wasn't ready yet-- they directed us to a cafe nearby and took the bags up to our room for us. They also helped us figure out Bastille Day plans and were generally very attentive and welcoming. The neighborhood is nice and upscale, and the nearest Metro station is very close. We had to walk a lot underground to get to the right exit for the metro, which was kind of inconvenient, but otherwise I didn't have any issues with the hotel. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Paris!

Yelp
This place rocks. Hidden Hotel is all that and a bag of chips. The folks who work at Hidden Hotel are the cats pajamas. Out of all the places I stayed in France, including the Waldorf Astoria/Versailles, this was my favorite. It was exactly what I needed, great location, excellent people, super plush rooms with all the extras. My only regret is I didn't find them sooner. Hidden Hotel gets two snaps in a circle from me. Special thanks to Magdalena & the whole reception crew for making me feel welcome and taking time to make me feel like they gave a damn. A rare thing in Paris.

Yelp
In a town full of mysterious properties of questionable quality, this gem totally stands out. The name couldn't be more dead on. The reviews seem too good to be true, but they hit it right on the head. A well designed, well located, unpretentious accessible masterpiece. Awesome staff, exactly the facilities you need, environmental sustainability built in and the best hotel shower I may have ever had. Perfect for business, perfect for leisure. Not fancy, but by no means frugal. It's not the four seasons, but it's just the seasons you really like with none of that pesky Winter. Don't take this sparkling review lightly. I travel for a living. It's almost unheard of for me to have such a great experience at a hotel. Strongly recommended.

Yelp
Hidden Hotel was an excellent choice for our first visit to Paris! Location: Hidden Hotel is located on a quiet street, about two blocks from the Arc dr Triomphe. It is close to the Carnot Ave entrance to the Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station. This is convenient for travelers looking to easily get around the city. Hotel: The hotel has a "modern rustic" esthetic that is chic and relaxing. During our stay, we had enjoyed the bar area for a few glasses of wine. The bar staff was helpful in guiding us in our selections. There is an outdoor area for guests, as well as a comfortable sitting area. It is definitely a small hotel, but has the spaces you need. Room: We stayed in the 'Emotion' room with a terrace. The room was cozy-small, but comfortable. We liked having an outdoor space to unwind in. The bed was comfortable and large enough for two. We were both surprised with how strong the water pressure was in the shower - very nice! Service: I was impressed with Hidden right off the bat. A week or so before our trip, i emailed them to confirm our reservation. I received a response in less than five minutes. I've been on hold longer than 5 minutes with some chain hotels, so this is major to me. Upon check-in, we got a tour of the common areas of the hotel and an overview of the room. The team was also helpful in making dinner reservations for us, and recommending activities for us to do during our stay. Amenities: Hidden has breakfast service each morning - we didn't have breakfast the hotel, but from what i could see, it all looked great. They also offer room service - again, not something we had. Hidden has a lift, which is something that not all hotels in the area can offer. The hotel also offers guests the use of a local smartphone during their stay. We didn't have a need for this amenity, but it is something different that i haven't seen before. Overall: Hidden Hotel is a great little spot for a vacation. The rooms are small by American standards, but comfortable and relaxing. Hidden Hotel provided me some of the best customer service I've gotten in a hotel. Check it out!

Yelp
To say our stay in Hidden Hotel was amazing is an understatement. From the decor, the staff, our ridiculously delicious breakfasts and the quiet zen like atmosphere of the room... Everything was perfect during our stay. Front desk was really helpful for finding our way around, getting cabs to the airport. They were young, hip and truly welcoming! For anyone looking for a boutique hotel in Paris, that is quiet yet romantic and central to everything, we highly recommend it!

Yelp
This place is beautiful, a true getaway in the city and just cozy!!! The rooms are small and not as big as they look in the photos but they are nice ! The views of the city from the room are nice also! Breakfast is served every morning with your choice to have room service or in the next door building and it's delicious;) I will be back for sure !!! Beautiful place and 12 minutes from the Eiffel Tower ;)

Yelp
Could not be more thrilled with this hotel. I travel a fair amount for business and have grown to be rather picky with my hotel choices. My main requirements for a hotel are clean and quiet. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Upon first checking in, I was greeted by three people working at the hotel who could not have been kinder. Throughout my stay they treated me like family. My room was gorgeous, clean, quiet and smelled SO delicious. The hotel is full of organic products, decor and furniture. It's super modern and fun. Downstairs there is a bar / restaurant that serves an incredible buffet breakfast every morning that feels like Mom's home cooking. Cool music, too. The coffee is incredible! In a city like Paris, one can be prone to staying at the big touristy spot. If you like big chain hotels, this place may not be for you. There is no gym. There is no room service menu. There is no dry cleaning (although I'm sure the staff could arrange ANYTHING for you - they are so accommodating). If you want a comfortable "at home" Parisian experience, come to Hidden. I am thinking about when I can next come back to Paris just so I can stay here again. Will miss you, Hidden!

Yelp
Hidden Hotel was our favorite hotel in Paris. The hotel is about a 5 min walk from the metro, which is super convenient and also walking distance to Champ Elysees. The staff is super friendly and went out of their to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. Hands down the best service experience we had in Paris. First, they were able to check us in earlier than the booked time and the manager Ariana made us coffee when we arrived, which was awesome. She also helped us navigate our way to the Palace of Versailles and other attractions during our stay at the hotel. The rooms are on the cozier side, but very clean and nicely decorated. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Paris!!

Yelp
Stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights with my mom last week and I have noting but amazing things to say! The staff was super helpful, always going out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. Yes, the hotel is small but it's very cosy and well kept. Probably the best coffee I've ever had as well. If I ever return to Paris, I'll definitely be staying here as it was an amazing experience. It's a 5 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro stop as well.

Yelp
I stayed at this lovely hotel in July 2010. It was fantastic. Rooms were so clean and quiet. The staff was very accommodating. Helped me find my way about Paris. Gave great suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Just steps from the Arc De Triumphe. The only bad thing I can say is that you must get your bearings when you leave. It really is a hidden gem of a hotel. I did get lost my first go round trying to get back to the hotel. Just steps from the Charles De Gualle subway stop. Cute little bar downstairs. Comfortable bed!
google avatar

Yelp
This hotel is really cute and very charming. The room is quite small but very nice enough for two people. We were out most of the day anyway. The warm breakfast buffet is worth it. The staffs are amazing and very hospitable. I left my camera there and they mailed back to the US for me. Overall it's a good place for the price. I would stay there again.

Yelp
We had such a lovely time at @hotelhidden! We highly recommended this boutique spot. The rooms have a great vibe, the amazing staff take great pride in their hotel and do their job with lots of TLC. Roxanne, Tonya, Francois and the gang were welcoming, friendly, and just overall cool people. We'll be back.

Yelp
A combination of upscale, earthy and simply home-like comfort, the staff and rooms make your stay as good as it gets. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and great to run into every day. The hotel lobby and rooms felt incredibly clean and the comfort level is simply perfect. I may have repeated myself there a bit, but it can't be understated that the stay at the Hidden Hotel was fantastic. When considering hotels, my biggest factors that I think of are convenience, cleanliness and helpfulness. Hidden Hotel is located just minutes away from the Arc de Triumph and makes for an incredibly convenient location to access the Metro system as well. Need to do laundry? There's a coin-op laundromat just 2 blocks away located directly across from the G20 Market (9 Bis Rue de Montenotte, 75017 Paris). The lack of carpet (mostly wood) gives a greater sense of cleanliness as there are no hidden stains. The linens, towels and room as a whole felt and smelled clean. The staff provides everything you need from restaurant reservations to general tips and directions. The breakfast buffet is well put together and has everything you need to get the day started on the right foot. If I had any complaints there are two minor things. One is that the sink in our room is fairly shallow. Also, because of the way the faucet comes out of the mirror and directly floats above the center of the sink, this makes for a little awkwardness when brushing your teeth as you can't lean directly over the sink and you can't rinse your mouth without having a bit of water splashing out of the sink. The other minor complaint involves the draining of the shower. I'm not sure if all the rooms have slow draining, but our shower just didn't drain as fast as expected. I'm guessing this is something that could probably be fixed fairly easily. If you're planning a trip to Paris, the Hidden Hotel is worth a stay.

Yelp
Staff is incredible and so helpful! Rooms are rustic! So many cute little touches. Still raving about this place. Best hotel I have ever stayed at! Def will be staying again when we go back to Paris!

Yelp
I was there last month, and this place was amazing... from the staff to the rooms... we felt at home as soon as we entered.. these guys definitely have hospitality down! I would suggest they did a little extra dusting around the side tables and headboard, it was a slight dusty. But aside from that, we loved are stay!

Yelp
Paris was the first stop on a three country tour for our honeymoon and we arrived jetlagged and needing a soft bed to put our travel weary heads down on. Le Hidden Hotel offered just that and more and we were very happy with our stay there. The hotel is located very close to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs de Elysee and just a few steps away from the Charles Du Gaulle Metro station which makes access to major attractions and the rest of the city very easy yet the hotel is tucked away down a street where it is extremely quiet at night and a little hard to find. The rooms are small but they make good use of the space and everything is tastefully decorated with an environmentally friendly slant. There's a nice sitting area and a sweet little bar downstairs but as mentioned before, it's fairly quiet so if you're looking for a party scene, this probably isn't the place. The service at the front desk is friendly and they are helpful with requests and prompt when returning communication.

Yelp
A very nice place to spend a quick last night in Paris! The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home! The room was small but oh so clean, quiet and comfortable! We ordered the cheese plate before dinner and enjoyed all of the cheeses and for only 12 euro it was a pretty good deal for room service. The breakfast was absolutely delicious the following morning. All of the staff was accommodating and the food/drinks were all house made. If you're looking for a nicer place to stay, this is it!

Yelp
What a great little boutique hotel! As the other reviewers have mentioned, very close to the Arc de Triomphe. The staff was very friendly overall and super helpful finding a good place for dinner. It's on a very quiet secondary street. The room was charming, comfortable and had great decor choices. We would stay here again.

Yelp
Fantastic! Awesome! A stylish, well appointed hotel with an absolutely lovely staff. We adored our stay at the Hidden Hotel, and would come again in a heartbeat. The rooms are typically sized for a Paris hotel, and are newly renovated, great showers!! The beds are maybe the most comfortable I have ever slept on, including my own!! Location is great, just steps from l'Arc du Triomphe (and a truly amazing bakery around the corner!).

Yelp
We just came back this week from our vacation to Paris. The hidden Hotel.....what can I say except WOW! I cannot believe that they are not booked months in advance. The Staff...the entire staff from front desk to housekeeping were exceptional in every way. We were going to stay at the Marriott a couple of blocks away on the Champs - Elyeses and made our reservations. We started to look around for a more private and intimate setting and found this hotel. The rooms are fantastic. Organic and filled with natural materials. Our room had a stone tub and canopy bed. The space was inviting and spotless. The staff at the Front desk spoke English and delivered superb recommendations, detailed directions, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were kind enough to surprise us with fresh flowers and a bottle of Champaign placed in the room when they found out this was our honeymoon trip. I loved the location, but be warned that you need to have the address and make sure you note the streets and landmarks around the hotel. It's on a quiet side street, just a short walk to the metro and the Arc de triomphe. There are a few café's located moments away and two markets that I found a short walk away. Paris was wonderful and so was this hotel. We are already making plans to return to Paris and I wont stay anyplace except the Hidden Hotel when visiting.

Yelp
I've gotten far too used to shoebox hotel rooms in Paris. Hidden Hotel basically ruined anywhere else in the city for me now -- after knowing that I can, for a comparable rate, get a well-designed room with modern amenities, friendly concierge, tasty restaurant, on a quiet street, and a bed that isn't pinned between one crappy edwardian chair and the closet doors... well how could I stay anywhere else? Seriously it was my best ever experience in a Paris hotel. It reminded me of an Ace Hotel in all the best ways, or like a more eco-design version of a W. The only caution I'd give is that the room I got would be a bit awkward for two platonic friends to share since it is open plan, and there's no privacy between the shower and rest of the room. This is part of why the room can be so spacious feeling, but it also means you better be comfortable naked if you're sharing the room. Perfect for solo or a couple, and don't worry -- the toilet is in a separate room. Prices very comparable to the other dozen places I've stayed in the city, but the quality was ten times better. I literally won't stay anywhere else again.

Yelp
I loved this hotel. I was trying forever to find a boutique hotel that was affordable and located in a nice neighborhood. I searched all over the internet and I finally found the Hidden Hotel. I fell in love with this hotel online and in person as well. It's in a safe place near the Arc de Triomphe. It's a small hotel but very personable with friendly staff 24 hours. It's not always easy to find friendly staff in Paris. The art and decor were very rustic yet modern. The rooms were small yet comfortable and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and elegant with drapes around it. It's an Eco friendly hotel. There is a cute little bar on the first floor that you can relax and enjoy a drink as well as snacks they have out for the guests. There are many restaurants located within walking distance from this hotel. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for something smaller and affordable. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Paris.

Yelp
This hotel is Very Small... But the space is very well managed. I would not return for a second stay, but if you stay here I would recommend getting the biggest room possible if there are two of you... Just got back from staying here for 4 nights. The breakfast is excellent and the rustic and raw materials used throughout the whole hotel are beautiful. Loved the location of this hotel, on a cute cobble stone street near scattered cafes... Although if you are young and want to be close to the nightlife this is not the hotel for you, we learned that the hard way... It's on the other side of town unfortunately and quite a trek to get there even with the metro. It's one block away from the metro which was nice, around the corner from the arch de triumph, about mile or two from shopping. The girls at the front were so helpful although there is no concierge... They know a lot though and are sweet. Quite expensive for the size though and there are no freebies other than the apples at the front desk. But all in all it was a nice stay. But in all honesty not good enough for me to return.
