Hidden Iceland made our trip so seamless and easy, we’re so glad we used them! They were always so quick to respond and extremely friendly and professional. Anna spent a great deal of time emailing with us before our trip and really went above and beyond to make our trip special. Everything from picking up the rental car, dinner reservations, tips on lesser known places to visit… it was all phenomenal. Highly recommend!

BEST TRIP EVER, all thanks to Hidden Iceland, Anna and Robert!!! From start to finish, our experience with Hidden Iceland was AMAZING! Anna made planning the trip incredibly easy. From the moment I spoke with her she listened to everything I was looking for and built a personalized incredible itinerary for our family. Even when we were in Iceland they were always around to help us whether it was where to eat or what to do. Our whale watching was cancelled on our first full day due to the wind and they contacted me with a few different options that we could do instead that day. I could go on and on about how helpful and easy they are to deal with. The accommodations they chose were great and our guide Robert was even better! From the moment we met Robert and he loaded ALL our luggage into the van to our last day with him was spectacular! We couldn't have asked for a better guide! He took us to the most amazing places! His photography is INCREDIBLE!! We have so many amazing photos that he took on his camera and shared with us. Our whole family enjoyed spending 5 days full days with Robert. Thank you! Everything was perfect from the pick up from the airport to the drop off at the airport. I don't usually write reviews but I had to because this company was amazing!

Our family (mom, dad and two teenage daughters) just returned from a one-week guided trip to Iceland, and we miss it already. Hidden Iceland really knocked it out of the park. On the front end, they were super responsive and helpful in organizing all the activities and lodging. Tons of great suggestions and insight from our travel consultant, Nina. Our travel guide, Robert, was the absolute best. Knowledgeable, nice, funny, and a great photographer. I feel like we really lucked out having him. I'm sure the other Hidden Iceland guides are great, but we really had a great vibe with Robert. Plus, his playlist for the long rides was awesome! Thank you again, Robert! All in all, our experience couldn't have been better. We highly recommend using these folks when you visit Iceland!

They did an excellent job crafting a 9-day itinerary for our family around the southern and western coasts. We have a 4 and 6-year-old, and they included fun kid activities every day. As a bonus, we forgot our passports in a hotel safe, and someone from the company managed to swing by and bring it back to Reykjavik for us! Lifesaver.

In one word, our trip was...Incredible!! Thanks to the planning and execution of the team at Hidden Iceland. Iceland is simply beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed each excursion, all of our accommodations, and the magnificent landscape and nature of the island. But, having traveled a bit, we realize the impact your tour guide can have on your experience. We all agreed that our guide was the perfect host/tour guide. Our contact at Hidden Iceland curated a perfect trip. She listened to our hopes for the trip and added suggestions when asked. The activities seemed to flow seamlessly into each other with a luxurious trip to the spa at the end of the trip. Our guide, Fannar, provided historical background combined with country lore that added to the magic of the trip. If not for Fannar, we would not have learned as much and wouldn't have enjoyed every aspect of our trip. He came to each excursion and ensured that our individual needs were met. He was also very perceptive to our group dynamics and knew when to talk and when to be quiet. He was helpful, but not overbearing and overall just a pleasure to travel with. We will be highly recommending Hidden Iceland and Fannar to all our family and friends.

My wife and I recently completed the Grand Circle Self-Drive Autumn Tour. We have nothing but praise for the tour put together by Hidden Iceland. Our agent, Agata, customized the tour according to our needs and to deliver the best possible experience. The bookings were with top notch hotels, restaurants and activities. The guides were outstanding and far superior compared to the larger travel companies who were present in some of the locations. Hidden Iceland uses an app that guides you along the entire trip with guidance and suggestions to get the most of your holiday. When we ran into an issue, the response was quick and remedied the issue to beyond our expectations. The app was easy to use and has links preset to navigate and explore the places during our journey. We are avid travelers and we rarely return to a country we have been prior. We had such a wonderful experience, we are thinking of coming to Iceland again for more exploration. We will DEFINITELY use Hidden Iceland to arrange the tour.

Hidden Iceland is truly outstanding! From start to finish, they were extremely personable and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. They went above and beyond to include all our needs and interests, tailoring the experience perfectly. What impressed us most was how much we learned—our guides especially Finnar didn’t just show us the sights, they helped us understand Iceland’s history, culture, and natural wonders on a deeper level. We did two Hidden Iceland tours- Golden Circle and South Coast - and both were fantastic. Both guides were very knowledgeable and we particularly enjoyed Levy who was quirky and told Great stories. Each tour had 14 to 16 people, was well paced and well planned. Highly recommend!!
