We came here for a late-lunch/early-dinner yesterday, and were absolutely enthralled by the food and the service. Having ordered from the All-You-Can-Eat menu, our server, Maria, not only went above and beyond to accommodate our orders, helped explained some items when we had questions, she even suggested items that became some our favorite picks from the menu, even to the point of reordering. All of the different pieces were so unique and flavorful, and we still didn't even get through half the menu. Highlights were the Gorgonzola, Brie, and Garlic Djo sushi pieces, but nearly everything we ordered was, for a lack of a better word, exquisite. Maria was diligent in ensuring our orders were to our liking, and was on point to our needs. Can't state enough how outstanding the atmosphere and the food was, but especially Maria for her patience and welcoming nature. We are sure to not only return in the future, but we will make sure to recommend Hidden Sushi to everyone we know to ensure that the restaurant maintains a level of customer it truly deserves. 10/10, this isn't just a recommendation, this is an insistence that if you're reading this and haven't gone yet, please, do yourselves a favor and go as soon as possible. Thank you again to Maria and all of the chefs and servers at Hidden Sushi, they helped provide one of the best experiences eating out we've had all year.

Hidden Sushi is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, modern, and inviting — such a great vibe throughout the restaurant. The entire team was outstanding! Our server, Maria, was exceptional — attentive, friendly, and truly professional. She made our dinner experience perfect from start to finish. The bartender crafted incredible Saquerinhas, beautifully balanced and full of flavor — easily some of the best I’ve had in a sushi spot. And the Chef deserves all the compliments! Every dish looked like a piece of art and tasted even better. The fish was incredibly fresh, the flavors perfectly balanced, and the presentation flawless. Definitely one of the best sushi restaurants in Orlando.

Our group tried the lunch eat-all-you-can and overall, we had a great experience! We ordered almost everything on the menu, and we are surprised that every dish we tried was delicious. The only downside was the wait time for each order — it was a bit long, especially considering there were only three groups dining when we visited around 1 PM. Are we going back? Definitely! We will also recommend this to our friends. We just hope the waiting time improves next time. Also, I’d like to commend Maria (the staff member who assisted us). She provided excellent service throughout our meal — attentive, friendly, and efficient.

Maria, Gilson, and the staff created an incredibly welcoming and friendly environment. Elite sushi roll options, great desserts, and service at incredible value. We live in Winter Park and will absolutely be making the drive to come back soon!

Google
Hands down one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had! The rolls were fresh, packed with flavor, and beautifully prepared. The service was just as impressive—Giovanna took such great care of us, making the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the location is super convenient, just minutes away from Fun Spot. Whether you’re a local or visiting, this spot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending it to all my friends!

The place is amazing, the service is excellent, and the food tastes exquisite. Every dish is really good. The only thing I would add to the menu is salads. 100% recommended!

Absolutely Wonderful Dining Experience! My partner and I visited Hidden Sushi for the first time, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The all-you-can-eat menu already has so many great choices, but what truly set our visit apart was the amazing service. Our waitress, Maria, was an absolute delight—kind, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. We asked her what her favorite menu item was and decided to try it—turns out it became one of our favorites too! Later, she casually suggested their daily special, only if we were interested, and I’m so glad she did. It ended up being my personal favorite of the night—I even ordered it twice. The owner also stopped by our table, introduced himself, and warmly welcomed us. He was clearly proud of the restaurant and excited to share it with newcomers, which made us feel even more at home. You can tell this place is built on care, kindness, and community—it shines through not only in the food but in the way they treat their guests and each other. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with little touches that made us smile and feel connected. It’s rare to find a place where the food is excellent and the people make you feel like part of the family, but Hidden Sushi nailed it. We will absolutely be back again—and we’ll be recommending Hidden Sushi to everyone we know. If you’re looking for delicious sushi served with warmth and genuine hospitality, this is the place to go!

Yelp
Delicious and fresh sushi restaurant. I visited on a Thursday night, they were having an all you can eat dinner for a set price and BOGO drinks. Service was good, great atmosphere for any occasion. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
Do you a favor and don't go. We went ok mother's day They charged full price for all you can eat but when we ordered CALAMARI, they said was out of stock OCTOPUS was out of stock TUNA was out of stock. Really? The size of the portions were so small, we were in 3 and everytime just got like 6 slices of sashimi. The ice cream was pure water and size? Ridiculous We tried another one before but the line was 1 hour, so we decided to go to hidden, not worth even if it was half of the price. Ambience it's ok, no bathroom inside the restaurant.

Yelp
The service was very attentive, and helpful with menu suggestions in clarifications. I also appreciated the fact that I could adjust the menu items and not have cream cheese since it looks like just about every single item included some amount. I don't like a lot of the dairy products and cream cheese is just a filler which most all you can eat restaurants include a ton to get you full. Surprisingly the sushi did not have an over abundance of rice which I like! Although $40 is a lot for all you can eat place, I found it to be reasonable although I would've appreciated much more variety in their offerings. Few restaurants, give unlimited sashimi these days. However, it was only four different types of fish. Somehow, the imitation crab meat doesn't seem right. But, they never balked at the number of pieces I asked for in Salmon, which was very good. Most of the rolls in individual pieces Incorporated Salmon so they must have a lot of it. And cream cheese! The highlight which was recommended by the waitress was the special salmon nigiri. It was torch seared with an injection of Ponzi sauce. Very creative! Other than the unlimited sashimi, but only really two choices which are salmon and tuna, I don't know if it would be on the same league as other AYCE sushi places. I do appreciate the prompt service and the food presentations were very well done with the dry ice Smoke and the carefully designed Salmon floral displays. If it had more fish options, I would think it could be a player.

Yelp
Honestly very disappointed and would love a refund if I could get it. The place was very cute, so they get a star for the decor... that's all unfortunately. We ordered our food to go, California roll - asked for spicy mayo on top, The Special, and edamame. It took forever to get the order, which I get.. it was dinner time. But $14 for a California roll, and they couldn't even put the spicy mayo on top!? What? The special was just rice, seaweed, and very very dry cooked salmon. None of the cucumber or anything else the special seemed to describe. The edamame was just okay... very disappointed in the "hidden" sushi.

Yelp
The food was pretty yummy. They were not kidding when they said the temaki were big. Come hungry! lol We got here right at 6pm and they didn't open until 6:10-ish. Not I big deal but I was kinda confused because I didn't realize were the line was. The inside is super cute and trendy. Lots of lanterns and subtle colors.

Yelp
What an amazing experience this was! I will definitely be back! As the name implies, this restaurant is hidden away in a small shopping center that you have to look for to find! The restaurant itself is small, but intimately spaced. The service was excellent! The waitress took her time explaining the menu, how to order and her recommendations! Everything we had in the pictures was excellent! The mushrooms and nacho appetizers were very tasty! The Djo's, the salmon wrapped rice with toppings were my favorite! Extremely delicious and flavorful! The dessert was nice too! Not overly sweet, but a perfect end to the meal!
google avatar

Andrea S.

Yelp
This made-to-order sushi restaurant has a unique twist. There is 8 ways you can order sushi including uramaki, temaki, djo, carpaccio, sashimi, nigri, hot roll, & hossomaki. (Don't worry they explain it with pictures too!) You'll find sushi with Brie & nuts, coxinha with salmon, and many other unique options. AYCE menu is $40 per adult & $20 per kid. This restaurant stays true to its name -- it's inside a mini mall

Yelp
Sushi was alright. I liked the passionfruit salmon sushi, it tasted the best out of all of them. The service was really bad. It took forever to get a lemonade and our sushi as well. The intervals between the platters was very long. The ambiance was really nice though and comfortable.

Yelp
As a sushi lover I was really excited to try this new location. It is in a small plaza, more or less a tourist area so parking is not difficult. The overall decor and space is comfortable, not huge because of the location but it can fit a good amount of people. However, the sushi is left to be desired. I am not a huge fan of fried rolls, it makes the sushi heavy and takes away from the fish. Most of the rolls were fried with Doritos chips. If you like your sushi more on the crunchier and heavy side this would be a good spot for to visit. The wait staff was friendly but they did not seem organized at all. At one point a waitress placed apps on our table, turns away then turns back and grabs it off of our table because we actually did not order apps. I understand mistakes happen but besides my table, there were only two other tables being served. Overall I would not visit this sushi place again.

Yelp
We were here in October when they were having a weekday deal around $30/person. There was so much variety of food including some Brazilian sushi specialties like djo. It's salmon wrapped around a filling, no rice. I don't like sushi with cream cheese but I tried the djo with cream cheese and passion fruit and it was really good. A lot of their sushi has cream cheese so we mainly stayed with sashimi and carpaccio. The octopus carpaccio was my least favorite. They have you order from the menu in courses but you can order additional from prior courses. The cuts on the raw fish were not consistent as our meal progressed. There were only two sushi chefs working at the counter but only five tables had customers. I follow them on fb and they seem to have staffing issues. It was a good meal for sure and great value at the price we paid. Not sure if I would pay closer to $40/person but only because we don't eat that much. It's located in a strip mall off I drive so lots of traffic. Most of the stores were closed so parking was not an issue. Give them a try.

Yelp
AYCE sushi? Sign me up ALWAYS. To start with the service was great and the interior is SO pretty! Love the combination of Brazil and Japan. The sushi and other menu items were so good and I got to try a lot of new flavors for the first time.

Yelp
WOW. I am so glad we chose to step in for date night. The whole experience was new to us and we were blown away! Food was INCREDIBLY FRESH and so tasty!! Especially the Hot Rolls. Our server, Lucas was so friendly and offered great recommendations. Will definitely be making this a regular spot.
google avatar

Yelp
This was such a neat and unique experience! My family loved getting to handpick our sushi plates. They had a lot of options which even included dessert and dinner. The server we had was kind and explained menu items well. I also really liked the art on the walls and the overall ambiance. Parking was plentiful. Great spot!

Yelp
For one this may be a great place. It wasn't the food that lost Hidden Sushi stars but the atmosphere. The staff come across as overwhelmed and overworked. As if their leadership only cares about their self. No smiles no thank you for coming was to be seen or heard. Then for all you can eat, be prepared to be waiting a long time between servings while the door alarm continues to bring annoyances. For one who fears being trapped this place will only add to that fear. Once sat the door is locked behind you to give the feel of a secret club. Sadly the ambiance is just not there to set the experience. Rather this is a galley style restaurant. Next for the price paid canned beverages only add injury to the insult. Then if one asked for it is a burden for the staff to serve you.

Yelp
Two of us went for our first visit on Wednesday night and were the first seated once they opened. Felipe was our server and he made us feel welcomed, he was attentive and wonderful in explaining how the endless sushi worked. He made great recommendations for us! We ordered in small 2 piece counts just so we could try as much as possible before getting full but next time we visit I think we'll get larger orders of our favorites. Everything came out super quickly, salmon is my favorite and it's in a lot of their dishes so I was super pleased. Their unique take on sushi was delicious - we loved the flavor profiles that included guava, pineapple, brie cheese, and caramelized onions. The hot sushi crisp fried outside was light enough that you could eat a lot of them. Felipe recommended the Guarana soda and it complimented everything nicely. We ended with a combo of the banana and ice cream - the cinnamon mixed into the banana and chocolate really made it extra special. We really enjoyed dinner and can't wait to come back!
google avatar

Jeremy L.

Yelp
KUDOS, and thanks to Felipe for providing supreme quality customer service! The complimentary chef special, miso soup, and carpaccio are delicious! They also offer a military discount! The ambiance is casual and music soothing. I highly recommend all to come and visit to support this local business!
google avatar

Yelp
The place is small and cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and some of the combinations were surprisingly delicious. I would recommend to any shish lovers.

Alberto G.

Yelp
Service was good, but the sushi was very low quality; furthermore, everything had a ton of cream cheese and salmon! They literally had no other fish than salmon! Also the side dishes tasted like they came frozen in a box. Never again!
google avatar

Hank N.

Yelp
Ok place it could use better atmosphere and a lot of the food was cold and some of it was hot, but it tasted pretty good I

Yelp
Hidden Sushi. It's not terrible, but it also doesn't reach the level of other sushi places I've tried. The have an "all you can eat" option at $35 per person. We tried the spring rolls, which were REALLY good, the steamed gyoza, which was also really good, the shrimp tempura, nigiri (salmon, white fish and tuna), a few of their hot rolls, a few of their salmon-wrapped rolls and some regular sushi rolls. The most memorable sushi roll for me was the salmon and passion fruit. It had a passion fruit purée on top, and the flavors went together really well. The best way I can describe it is refreshing. The quality of the fish was good, it just didn't quite hit the spot. It was a fusion/Brazilian take on sushi that I appreciated, but I just have had way better sushi from other locations. The dessert was exquisite. It was fried banana with Nutella and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Sofia U.

Yelp
Awful experience, I have been here multiple times in the last 6 months and the food is really good, but the service was awful, the server would come every 30-40 minutes to check on us. No water refills, the food never came, the server didn't even know what we were missing, and just kept asking us what we were missing when we got barely a 10% of what we ordered. We literally saw a table sitting next to us and having their food within 5 minutes just because they looked like friends of the manager and we were still waiting for our last rolls. It's understandable when they are busy, but this was another level. We came at 7pm and left at 10pm without half of our food, hungry, and paying for an absolute nightmare.
google avatar

Lauren D.

Yelp
The longer we sat here and the more food we ate the less we liked it. First off, I don't know how the word "sushi" is in the name because this is the furthest thing from being sushi. If you call a huge scoop of cream cheese and a slice of fish sushi ok then I guess.. The food was horrible. You can tell they are buying the absolute cheapest fish and it is definitely not sushi grade. I wouldn't be surprised if we get food poisoning honestly. The service was atrocious, after the first all you can eat order we had to ask twice to place the second order. They also don't indicate or even know when you ask them how much you have left on the order you placed. I'm pretty sure they also try to be sly and not bring you certain dishes if you don't ask twice for them. It also took so long in between plates. Everything tastes exactly the same, like cream cheese, and I like cream cheese.. save your money or spend it on actual sushi elsewhere.
google avatar

Mariana B.

Yelp
The food is good, they a have a lot of combinations of djos and hot rolls. The staff are really friendly and prepared to help and serve. Unfortunately, some of we ordered took very long to come and the environment is really noisy.
google avatar

Ysabelle B.

Yelp
I did the all-you-can-eat deal, which was about $28 per person, and they gave us menus to write down what we wanted. Although the selection was wide, I only ordered calamari, shrimp tempura, salmon sashimi, and djos. The calamari and shrimp were crispy, and the breading was very fine, which made the appetizers feel more refined. The sashimi and djos were thick but not fatty and also fresh, unlike sashimi at buffets. Unfortunately, the restaurant was hard to find because of the location, which, I'm assuming, is why it's "hidden." There also wasn't an indoor-seating option, but we were allowed to pick our seats because it was early. Overall, I recommend this restaurant for sashimi lovers who want a unique taste and a comfy experience.
google avatar

Michelle W.

Yelp
All you can eat sushi! This place puts a nice twist on regular sushi with their Brazilian flair. Everything we ate was good, but the only downfall was nearly every roll/item had cream cheese! I am the kind of person that does NOT like cream cheese on my sushi so it was hard to figure out what to get, but I love that you can order everything by the piece so you can try a bit of everything. The best items of the night were the calamari, miso soup, tuna and salmon nigiri, and the tuna and spicy mayo roll. The other roll we had was covered in cream cheese like a cupcake (not my favorite) and the dessert of fried bananas was not my favorite.
google avatar

Deanna L.

Yelp
I came to this place to hang out with a friend on a Tuesday afternoon. We came about 45min after it opened and it was mostly empty except for a few other groups. My friend and I got the all you can eat option for $36 + tax per person and ended up staying there for 4 hours ordering nearly everything off the menu and loving every bit of it. The service was fantastic the whole night and our waiter and other staff consistently checked up on us to make sure we were good. We also never had to wait too long for food. My favorites were any rolls with fried garlic, Parmesan crisps, and the Djo Love with strawberry jam. I also really liked the fried calamari, salmon carpaccio, and octopus sashimi. The dessert of fried banana roll with Nutella was also delicious! The restaurant serves Brazilian sushi and their sushi consists of mostly salmon and cream cheese combinations. So this is definitely the place for people who love that combo. As a heads up, the bathroom is sometimes locked and you need to ask one of the staff for the key to open it. Also, my friend and I got there early and were able to quickly get a table and served quickly, but the place does get very busy at around 8pm. That being said, the staff is very attentive and does a great job of handling things when it's busy. Overall, it was a great experience, I loved the music, the service, and the food was great, especially for the all you can eat price.

Guillermo V.

Yelp
Excelent place Good atention Food delicious Variety great Price is acceptable Good price value

Yelp
Great food quality. Very relaxed ambiance good for special dates with your partner. And amazing service, the servers are very knowledgeable and attentive.

Victoria C.

Yelp
They literally stole money from us. They told us to click on a tip WITHOUT telling us that tip was already included. When we confronted them and asked them for the money back, they didn't give us the amount we added for tip and refused to give us the full amount back. The food isn't even that worth it either. The sushi came in small portions that weren't even enough to fill us up correctly. The only good thing about it was the servers who were very kind.
google avatar

Allison M.

Yelp
This restaurant choice was made without any research into reviews - a first for me. I'll never do that again The ambiance of this place is fantastic and it's very picturesque. They're plenty of servers who clear off dishes and bring you food. The place is pretty and photo ready and the food looks artsy on the plate. The menu isn't great. At least the All You Can Eat menu isn't. Maybe we got the lunch menu and dinner is better. I was expecting great flavors and new combinations based on an article I read online. It's suppose to be a fusion of Japanese and Brazilian flavors. I was expecting beef or some other twist on traditional favorites. I was so disappointed, 90% of the menu is cream cheese and salmon and when I asked they could not make one of the rolls without the cream cheese. Weird, but whatever. In terms of sushi rolls, there's only 4-5 rolls. Basic salmon or tuna. Nothing special. There's a lot of hand rolls but again - all filled with cream cheese. We went around 4pm and the pacing between each dish was slow. It was only our table and another two top. Whatever the case, we spent $110 (two all you can eat and one alcoholic drink) and would've been happier going back to the conveyor sushi place.
google avatar

Becker R.

Yelp
Came for Valentine's Day dinner and had an amazing time! Brazilian style sushi has always been our favorite. I loved it! They even have dishes with crushed Doritos on them. So creative and delicious. Place was set up so cute for Valentine's Day, too. Will definitely be coming back!
google avatar

Matthew H.

Yelp
The food was decent, but there is that fact that it does have too much cream cheese in everything. Everyone who came to the table didn't seem very personable and wouldn't respond to a thank you. For $35 a person and a 20% forced tip, I would never come here again. I just don't think the staff are personable enough. They also had little kids just running around the place riding on toys they had there. ALSO, their drinks are only canned sodas and you'll only get 1 small can for $3 or whatever the price was at the time.

Taylor C.

Yelp
Incredible experience here at hidden sushi. Vibe was great, waitstaff was superb. We did the all you can eat for $39 and WOW were we impressed. Coming from NYC we know good sushi and we couldn't have loved it more. Thanks for everything!
google avatar

Sal N.

Yelp
The Hidden Sushi is literally a Hidden Gem. I came across a TikTok recently and I happen to be in the vicinity and decided to seek it out and try Hidden Sushi. Wow, what an amazing experience. My friends and I loved the Japanese Sushi with Brazilian adaptation. Our experience was awesome. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Daniel gave us an introduction on how to order as well as great recommendations. We were a party of five and we did the AYCE (all you can eat) best value ever. Daniel also recommended us to try Guaraná Antártica a guaraná flavored soft-drink. It gave our dining experience a more authentic experience to our Japanese Brazilian experience.

Kelley N.

Yelp
What an unexpected treasure! We arrived in Orlando on a Friday night and simply searched for nearby sushi restaurants, but didn't expect such a such a unique experience! I had never had Brazilian sushi and enjoyed every bite-- especially the caramelized onion hot rolls. Felipe was warm, welcoming and enthusiastic about explaining all the different aspects of the menu and dishes, and personalized our dessert for us. Excellent experience. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Delanee B.

Yelp
Hidden Sushi isn't kidding with their name, it really is hidden inbetween a few other places but I would consider this place a hidden gem! If you love sashimi and nigiri and are tried of paying $5-10 for 2 small pieces at a normal sushi restaurant, try all you can eat here. It's $35 per person and be careful don't over order because they will charge you and plus that's just wasteful! With the all you can eat, it is not buffet style. They give you a paper menu and you write how many items of each sushi you would like then they come out as they are prepared. You also can keep ordering as you go along if you are still hungry. I personally love salmon, and you can't go wrong with their nigiri and sashimi. The octopus and tuna is fantastic here as well. Great quality and super fresh. I also highly recommend the mushrooms sautéed in butter. They also have unique Brazilian style sushi which is interesting, has cream cheese with salmon and different toppings like fried garlic, Dorito's, guava, passion fruit, chives and more. Be prepared to wait if you are walking in on a weekend night, I would recommend arriving early.

Mikol S.

Yelp
Worst experience ever! The server was not forthcoming about the amount of food. It's $40 per person for all you can eat but they bring the smallest amounts. The rolls are not anything you'd expect. For a new place this place will fail. I highly do not recommend! Avoid at all costs! We complained and they barely discounted the meal without us getting everything.

Dina K.

Yelp
very slow service, not tasty food, not fresh, dry fish, rolls are different from the photo, I do not recommend
google avatar

Nicki B.

Yelp
We visited Orlando and decided to check this place out yesterday before heading back to NY. This is the first AYCE sushi spot I've been to ever where the staff is super friendly. There was one employee that stood out, didn't catch his name but he was great. He made the experience a memorable one. I don't usually leave reviews, usually when I do it's when I'm pushed to because of a horrendous experience, but in rare occasions like this one I love to applaud restaurants and their lovely staff. The only downside is most of the sushi items have cream cheese, however they did taste good and they were very unique. I love the fact that you can order single pieces instead of an entire roll, so you can get to sample everything and see what it is you like. Thanks guys, next time I'm in Orlando, I'll definitely visit again!

Yelp
Really bad organization we had a 8pm reservation and got to the restaurant at 7:45 and the host told us that she could only seat us at 8pm sharp 8:20 my husband went to ask when we should be seated she told us that was still two more reservation in front of us, I don't recommend this place at all!!!!

Priscila C.

Yelp
First time and last time. I drove all the way from Tampa to try this restaurant and the experience was very bad. Our server Henrique was very nice, but all the rest was very unfriendly. We ordered 3 all you can eat and 1 a la cart cause I don't do any fish but they told me they are out of some of the itens, so I changed to the all you can eat but they still charged me for the plates that they didn't have it. At the end when we ask for the check they wrote the Tip suggestion on the back of the receipt starting with 18% - 25%. We are Brazilians and we do work in a Restaurant business so we know how to take care of guest but they don't . I'll never recommend this:(

Yelp
FAVORITE SUSHI SPOT IN ORLANDO! I truly enjoy every single aspect of Hidden Sushi: their food taste and quality -obviously, their customer service, their prices and how unique their flavors are. I've visited here numerous times and I always leave extremely satisfied. If you're thinking whether you should go with the Rodizio option (aka all you can eat), you're probably overthinking it. Do it! It is worth every single penny. There are several appetizer options you can choose from as well as roll ones, mind you, these are not your typical Japanese sushi rolls. At Hidden, you will find rolls that have such unique and delicious flavors that your tastebuds will have a party...rolls with passionfruit sauce, pineapple, pesto, strawberry, among others. I seriously could go on and on with this review and I'm sure I'll still fall short.

Alastor B.

Yelp
The food is good and the ambiance is nice but the service is so awful that I'd give this place a one star. I've worked restaurants for years, I understand busy nights can be hectic and there can be waits. But claiming an entree is all you can eat, waiting OVER AN HOUR for a single roll of sushi and having to pay $50 for a $21 roll is ridiculous. And then when asking for it to be corrected they said "now you know for next time" yeah, like there's going to be a next time. Do not go here unless you want to get straight up stolen from. Absolutely ridiculous.

John M.

Yelp
Visited last night on 7/13 right when they opened at 6:15pm and right off the start I was impressed with the service. They were upfront about the cost and explained the whole menu and ordering process. For a Saturday evening, it was rather quiet inside which was nice. $5 for a can of soda!? You have to be out of your mind. No free refills here! The appetizers were decent to start but as the other items started to come out the excitement of trying something new stopped. The salmon must have been just thawed out because some parts of it were still frozen when biting into it. The salmon and breaded steak temaki was absolutely disgusting. The salmon had some frozen chunks and tasted and smelled fishy. The breaded steak was non existent but breaded crumbs of what would be left over after frying were present. The kani was very water filled also like the cheap krab sticks you could buy in a single pack at dollar tree. They were water filled probably because they were also just thawed out for service. Overall this is a one and done. Will never go back because the food was just terrible. Publix has better sushi. Trust me. Service is fine but it's a no go for the food. Do not try it and waste your money. It's not worth it. I'm ticked to spend that kind of money and get that type of food. I should have probably listened to the other reviews and steered clear. This is a one star review solely for the service I'll give a star. The food is zero stars. 100% honest opinion.

Yelp
This place is legit a HIDDEN gem. It's tucked away in the corner of a lack luster strip mall. Once you enter it's a beautiful restaurant with all the vibes! A huge selection of Brazilian Japanese fusion sushi and some other items like steak and risotto. They recently reopened with a full remodel after being closed since Covid.

Yelp
Really good Brazilian style sushi. Not traditional style so if you want to try something new definitely this. Worth the $40 AYCE. You can tell everything was fresh. The service was good, it could've been better given the amount of servers that were there. Really cute style of the restaurant, instagramable, we got there around 7:30 on a Saturday and it was not that full. Great place definitely going to go again.

Yelp
I went there with my family, after sitting us, they simply did not come back to our table to get our order. When they finally did (because I went to get someone in the front), they started bringing our orders.. but only half of them. It seemed that they were sending our stuff to another table next to us, and even the plate of food that comes with 3 things (rice, meat and French fries) was missing the fries. The cups they brought us, the ice was halfway melted already. Even after all of this, they only discounted $7 dollars of the plate that was missing the fries, leaving the rest of the problems unaddressed. We paid more than a hundred dollars for all of this. A few pieces of sushi and rice with meat. It was ridiculous. I will not be going back and DEFINITELY will be warning all of our friends that showed interest in going there.

Yelp
This location for sushi is super hidden and pretty unique. It uses a Brazilian style of sushi street food, which isn't anything like the traditional Japanese style. You can order one bite at a time and pay for each a la carte or eat buffet style and pay $28 for all you can eat! At first, I was so skeptical of all you can eat sushi locations. However, this place is clean and fresh. The dishes use farm raised fish, but still fresh. The flavors are unique for each section. The hot rolls tasted the same for the most part in our opinion. The first few raw rolls also taste the same until you reach the different fruit flavors. That's when the uniqueness steps in. We had the salmon skin tamaki, which sounds so weird. It's not so bad! I wish the salmon skin was more crispy because I kept finding the soggy, mushy pieces. I think my friends ate all the crispy pieces though. Would I go again? Possibly if I'm going next door for the Vault 5421 bar again and also craved sushi.
