Booked the private suite for cold plunge and sauna as well as their signature 90min. treatment. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The whole space is so stylish and I loved the interior. Could not recommend this place more, will 100% be back🩷🤭

My new favourite spa in Singapore. The masseuses are incredibly skilled & the design of the place is beautiful. I also appreciated the essential oils being diffused throughout the spa & that the playlist contained great chill music - Bon Iver, Iron & Wine, etc. It was a really calming experience for all the senses. Definitely recommend trying the signature “The Hideaway” massage as it also had elements such as guasha, warm herbal compress, etc. It was the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had Edited to add: I’ve now also tried cold plunge & sauna and it’s great. It’s extremely clean & well-maintained!

This is without a doubt my favorite spa in Singapore - the treatments are unique and inventive, and feel like the perfect blend of luxury and intention. The space is gorgeous and filled with healing energy. Am a huge fan of their signature massage The Hideaway, and also love using both the private and semi-private bathhouse facilities. After a week of grueling travel and pretending we were pro athletes, our bodies were practically begging for mercy. We walked in on new year day and were lucky to snag a spot! I was excited because the place looks gorgeous ✨ The therapists here are like miracle workers. They didn’t just massage—they excavated every knot, tension, and bad decision. It was as if they had a secret map of all the sore spots we didn’t know existed. Big shout out to Jeab, my therapist. She’s highly technical and skilled and the only knots she left were in my heart. She’s incredibly mindful from the choice of music, lighting, pressure, smell 🥹 I love the opening and closing ceremony where I breathe in the essential oil that I chose for my massage. The place is super comfortable and the towels are lux. The music playlist was amazing with cigarettes after sex etc. can’t wait to be back for my monthly pampering session ✨

The best massage I've had in a long time! Highly skilled therapist who was very mindful of every single detail - the pressure, the lighting, down to the noise level in the room. I got a 90-min massage and I did not want it to end! Every single detail in Hideaway is so meticulously thought out, from the interiors, the check-in process, the staff, the amenities, it's such a gem of a place. I'm so happy we now have such a chic spa with amazing service in the neighbourhood. Will def be back <3

Beautiful new spa in town. Interior was meticulously decorated with very cute eclectic details like hands for a light display! Service was excellent from front of house, and most importantly the masseuse was excellent with my 60 min classic Swedish full body massage. I almost fell asleep during my massage and wish I opted for a 90 mins instead, haha. Personally also love the music choices, not just your regular spa music but inter-spliced with songs by Bon Iver, Cigarettes after Sex, and the likes. Will def be back to try out other massages!

I have to be honest. Beautiful space, but the massage and service quality fell short. For the price, (20% more premium than others) I expected better massage technique and more attention detail. My husband and I tried 4-5 different therapists and they are all below avg. A classic case of putting more efforts on form over substance. Staff were courteous, but the overall experience leaned heavily on aesthetics rather than substance. Not poor, but not worth a repeat visit.

My husband and I recently visited Hideaway and had an incredible experience. The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by an overwhelming sense of calmness. Every detail, from the aesthetics to the soothing background music and even the subtle fragrance in the air, showed the care and attention that went into creating such a serene space. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Hideaway to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in the city.
