It was delicious!!! Best burger we’ve had. We ended up ordering a second burger for dessert. Short ribs were awesome too. The plates were beautifully presented. The service was fantastic and the live music on point. Would definitely go back.

Incredible spot, very highly recommended. Checked this place out on a whim and liked it so much we came back the next night as well. They've done everything right here - the atmosphere is top notch, the food is excellent and the staff (and their recommendations) are all fantastic (can't say enough good things about Jerrod). Delighted to say our 1 year old loved it too. The acoustic musician was perfect - these guys have done it right.

All I can is. The best yogurt I have ever had. Don’t know how they did it. But it’s neither sweet or sour. A bit like cream texture. Really good and healthy. The fruits are all very fresh! And the egg Benedict are well done too. The potatoes were roasted in a really good way. The smoked salmon is thicker as I think, not cold at all. I truly enjoyed this meal.

The Hideout is a fantastic outdoor bar/restaurant in the heart of Waikiki. Take the elevator or escalator on Kuhio to head up to the restaurant. Live music, fire pits, lounge areas along with wonderful food and beverage options. The Kauai shrimp dumplings and Kalbi bowl with egg, rice, kimchi, and aioli sauce were unbelievable. One of the best espresso martinis I’ve had as well. Our server Kai was very kind and patient. Price is on the higher end but very much worth it for the food, experience, and service. Can’t wait to come back for breakfast/brunch. Highly recommend checking out this spot on your next visit to paradise!

The atmosphere was very chill. I never order Quesadeas.....but had to try the Shrimp Quesadea, it was Scrumptious 😋😋, also tried a Blue Hawaiian drink🍹, it was very good. We may come back before we head home. The staff are very nice & welcoming.

I usually don't just give out full 5stars but this hidden gem deserves em' all. First finding it was a lil trippy walking, but the elevator doors from the street made you almost feel important. The atmosphere was dim, during dinner time, but lit enough to enjoy the surroundings. Various tables and different areas to dine at. They had live music which was actually very delightful. Of course in Hawaii you have to try the Mai Tai. So far the Laylow "Hawaiian Style" Mai Tai tasted better than the other 20 or so I had around town. Now this drink Spill the tea, was a lil awkward at first but I would definitely drink this everyday all day. 🥰🥰🥰 The Kauai prawns were very flavorful and juicy. The Hawaiian chili smoked tacos were very unique and very good. So much robust smoked flavors in a small dish. Now the Hideout Fry's are just plain fries, but when you sip it in their chilli aioli, look out cause your taste buds are all going to be redirected into eating those. I also got the catch of the day which was grilled blue marlin. I almost had tears in my eyes, the taste was emaculant. I was kind of full already but my gut instantly made more room for this dish. The price to food ratio is very great. Mixed with the peacefulness of the crowd it couldn't get any better. I would definitely make this a local favorite for future visits.

A restaurant with a to-go coffee section attached to the bar serving Big Island Coffee. An amazing atmosphere with the best views of the Waikiki strip. Access from the street via an escalator or elevator. Espresso was professional and the food looked exceptional.

We visited twice this week. First time: amazing outdoor seating and the “Mo Bettah” burger was perfect. Second time: a disaster—despite a reservation, we were stuck by chaotic kitchen traffic. If you go, demand an outdoor table.
