Sunday, it says it closes at 17:00 on Maps, but the door says 15:00. However, at 14:15 it’s closed anyway.

Pretty store, nice employees that seem like they know a thing or two about their products. Easy to return or swap broken products like I did, when my headphones were broken.

Superb customer service :) I arrived a little before closing time, but they took time to discuss the issues I had with a broken transmitter and ended solved the problem. I was happy the full day.

Superb service. Bought two Sonos speakers that came on sale 3 weeks later. Visited the store and mentioned it, they immediately paid out the difference so I got the offer too, even though they weren't technically on sale when I made my purchase. I used the discount to buy a third speaker though, so maybe that counted toward something. ;) But I felt their service was very good. Employees are knowledgable too, and the product catalogue is high quality.

Bought a headphone there. Everyone was very friendly, patient, and offered help multiple times. Headphones are easy to try out, with instructions on how to connect your own phone to each headphone. Much better experience than any of the electronic markets around in Frederiksberg.

Excellent service level and a staff who know what they are selling. If I want to buy something, I would prefer that the person selling it knows more about the product than what I can find on Google in 10 minutes, and in this shop they know more than what I can find on Google period. I had a very pleasant time discussing my needs with the sales person (called Martin) and got the feeling that he wanted to sell me something, but nothing more than what I would be the absolutely happiest with, which is what I ended up buying. He even managed to make the sell to my wife, who were originally sceptical. I will do all my hifi purchases here in the future.

Okay place to buy your electronics.

Bought a turn table from them a month back. It had some construction flaws that prevented me from "dialling in" the tone arm thus preventing me from listening to my vinyls. After getting of the phone with their support staff they told me to bring it to the nearest shop so I did. After 15 mins of fiddling with the thing they found and issue and replaced it right away, no questions asked. They even balanced the tone arm for me and answered some unrelated studio monitor related questions. All in all, great place with great service! Def a must if you're into hifi music equipment! Oh and they have a few good vinyls for sale, too!
