Lived at High Line Point for two and half years. The property itself is beautiful, and the staff creates a great community vibe for the tenants. Great dog run and access to High Line Canal Trail. Also the views were amazing. Plus beer and nitro cold brew on tap. Only complaint were the fire alarms going off randomly, but that hasn’t happened for quite some time now.

Moved to Denver for a week, I’m so luck to find this beautiful and nice apartment, the neighbors the leasing and service teams are very welcoming, I love here!

This is well-maintained & safe community, with an excellent management and maintenance team... I've lived in the community for multiple years, and I just renewed my lease today... Why??? My apartment's floor-plan is modern and well laid-out, I like the underground parking, I love the pool, the gym and the ice-coffee on tap in the office. All that's great, but it's not the best part of living here... What's extra-special about this place is the great team in the office. They all care about making this community a great place to live, and it's evident that they thrive on providing customer service... That right there creates a "luxury living" experience that's worth paying for... These guys truly are the "vanilla ice" of management teams, because: "if you have a problem yo, they'll solve it..." In other words, they care about your experience the entire time your here... Many thanks to Adeline, Anjo, Oscar, & Francis for all you guys do!!! My advice to a prospective resident is: come in, take a tour and see for yourself... I expect you'll get a great vibe when you tour the property, and I bet you'll be able to picture yourself living here... After that, all you need to do is trust your intuition, and sign a lease before your dream apartment gets rented to another lucky soul... In all honesty, if you move in here, I think you'll be very happy that you decided to make this your home... It's a great place to live!

The entire community is amazing! The entire onsite staff welcomed us with so much love and warmth when we moved in. The tenants in the building are absolutely amazing who I love calling my neighbors. Loving our new home!!

It is impossible to start a conversation about luxury apartments without High Line Pointe becoming the main topic of conversation. I have been at this complex for a couple years and it has been nothing short of amazing!! This complex has been memorable for many reasons. The first being the management team. The property manager Adeline, not only gave me the tour that sold me on this place but continues to focus on building a true social community which brings me to my next point. They host tons of events such as wine night, brunch, movie nights, and of course the summer pool party. Even when no planned events are happening (which is rare) you will always find plenty of complimentary wine and beer in the clubhouse along with plenty of residents socializing or playing a game at the pool table. At the end of the day when looking for an apartment to call home, if you want an unforgettable experience with a great management staff, amazing events, and the best neighbors you could find then… High Line Pointe should be the first tour you schedule!

I literally can’t get enough of this place! The entire staff team is INCREDIBLE. They go above and beyond for the residents here and host the best events. You can’t beat the views, the amenities or the welcoming neighbors. I love this place so much I moved away and picked High Line a SECOND time to move back to. Wish I never left but happy to be back home 🏠💕

I had the pleasure of living at High Line Pointe four fantastic years, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a welcoming and vibrant community. One of the highlights of my experience was the exceptional management led by Adeline. She is not only incredibly professional but also handles even the most challenging situations and with grace and patience. Her ability to manage all tenants—regardless of their concerns—demonstrates her remarkable skill and dedication. She regularly hosts events and parties that foster a strong sense of community, providing food drinks and sometimes even food trucks. The cleaning staff is a diligent cleaning woman, and deserves high praise as well. She has a lot of work with all building but always has a positive attitude and says hello. The complex itself is laid-back, safe, and perfect for dog owners, with ample space and amenities designed for our four-legged friends. Even after moving out, I continue to miss the wonderful staff and the sense of community they created. Any issue I ever had was addressed immediately, reflecting the high standard of service and care provided throughout my time there. In summary, High Line Pointe offers an outstanding living experience with its strong community spirit, excellent management, and top-notch amenities. It’s been a wonderful place to live, and I’m grateful for the time I spent there. If you’re looking for a friendly, safe, and dog-friendly environment, this is the place for you!

Yelp
Just moved here last month and have to give a major shout out to Anjo! Made such a stressful experience super positive! Can't thank him enough for being awesome and going over the top! As far as high line complex it's self ... awesome! Have lived in plenty different "luxury" apts and this by far beats them all. The community, the staff, the area... love it.

Yelp
An AMAZING complex! The property management team here is spectacular and always super tentative to the needs of the residents. They take very good care of the complex and common areas. The pool and lounge area are always kept nice and clean. The residents are all super friendly and there is a real sense of community among the residents. The complex has regular events that are hosted by the complex that are always top notch! Have been living here for a little over 5 months now and have loved every second of it!

Yelp
This apartment is killer. The best of the best. Amenities beyond belief. We might live here forever. Old management was pretty ineffective. The guy who lived above us let his dog pee on the balcony and it rained down on ours. He lived here a full year and the dog peed on my balcony the whole time, despite repeated calls, photos, inspections. My husband even got peed on one day. They "resolved" the problem by not renewing his lease. Update: despite all the "security," someone kicked our door in. When the cops came, they said they had been called a few times for someone running drugs and prostitutes, so the culprit was likely someone who was trying to rob that place and just got the wrong apartment. As far as I know, nothing has been done or is being done to strengthen security and all we got was a pitiful apology. It took nearly a month to get it fixed. Last thought: Yelp lists that masks are worn. They're not. Not by Adeline or Ryan in the office and not by tenants/guests in public places, like the pool and dog runs.

Yelp
Very unprofessional! Wouldn't consider moving here. They schedule you for a touring and the moment you show up have their doors locked and no one picks up the phone! Horrible service! I emailed and called them in regards to my missed appointment and never heard back from them.

Yelp
High line pointe has been great! We moved in June 1st 2022. We have a Mountain View apt, no complainants. Buildings stay clean, packages are always here and never lost. Parking is easy, pool is always clean! And events are super fun!! Trash room is cleared out on time. The trail behind the apts is awesome for runs, kids riding bikes, and the park is up the trail too! Super good for kiddos. Maintenance is super quick and good to let you know what's going on! Love it!

Yelp
If there is o* i I will give them a lots of 00000s This appointment is a joke for the price you pay. On safe to live bad customer service My car was stolen for 5month from inside garage And they don't even care and when I move out They say l am good to now they sent me a bill for $1700 dollars for small thing It's not even $300 damage I will not recommend to any one

Yelp
I lived here for 2 years and I've had nothing short of an awesome experience here! I love the property manager and the maintenance team. Any time I've had an issue Adeline and her team resolved it quickly. The apartment complex is clean, the clubhouse is beautiful, and I love the food trucks and Wine Down Wednesday's that the apartment manager coordinates for the residents. I'm very sad that I am moving and I would recommend this complex to anyone who is moving into the area.

Yelp
Worse apartment complex in Denver. Management does not care about the residents issues or the cleanliness of common areas. If issues happen over the weekend management makes it quite clear that they don't work or care about anything that happens to the property. When asked about how often stairwells and common areas get cleaned Management laughs and says hardly ever. Stay away from this complex. Unless you enjoy smelling and seeing dog waste up in common areas or even the smell of smoke and or drugs in hall ways. To add a follow up please read another review "High Line Pointe - A Dangerous Community?" When you see the words, "Luxury Apartments" on the side of a building, a lot of things probably come to mind. Expensive is one, sure. But I would think high quality, secure, amenities and staff that caters to the business professional. But would you think high crime, rude staff, and poorly managed? After a year living there, you might be asking yourself, are there major issues with this building? Is the property manager, Adeline more concerned with happy hour than the basics of managing the property? Does she simply lack experience making her ineffective? Would You conisider the building security bad if others cars have been broken into and multiple chained bikes stolen? If your door was kicked in by a would be burglar, would you ask management to provide better security? Since the building requires a key fob to gain entry, would you wonder how did they get to your door? If someone was "rigging" the garage door and stairwell doors open, making it easy for non-residents to access the building, would this constitute poor security? If there were no cameras in the hallways or stairwells, would you not ask this to be addressed? If property manager Adeline IGNORED your phone calls & emails, would you become frustrated with her and her management abilities? Would you consider a tenant that deals in drugs and prostitutes a threat? Would you be angry if his dog was allowed to pee on his balcony, raining down all over your stuff?

Yelp
We have lived here for almost 2 years and we have LOVED it. I feel so safe and the management is amazing. They make it feel like a community and are very kind and considerate. 10/10 would recommend living here!

Yelp
I have been living in here about 8 months and it is good time to write a review to be helpful people who plans to move here. The only thing I like about here floor-plan/unit and the maintenance people. Maintenance people and housekeeping do their job great. The floor plan is great because of the wide windows, big enough walk in closet, upgraded kitchen features, and spacious living and dining areas. HOWEVER, upstairs neighbours let their dog pee on their balcony, it drips onto my balcony. The balcony is not a full covered balcony so if you have harasser, disrespectful neighbor you will be tired to clean your balcony from their dog hairs, dogs pees, cigarette dirts, etc. Yes, this is disgusting and make you sick. The manager in the leasing office wasn't able to solve all the problems that haresser neighbor caused. Well, in my opinion, after many times warnings, there should be a notice to move them from their unit. Also, the unit gets dust every each day because of the air vent. The stove is the best thing to check if I'm saying truth because it is black and the dusts are very visible. I clean twice a day and clean the floor and everywhere once a day. Can you imagine how this is tiring? As someone who is clean freak person I can't handle the cleaning dust every each morning. There is no way to stop dust coming through air vent. Additionally, my upstairs neighbor walks loudly around, like they stomp their feet hard on the floor everywhere they walk. The stomping is very loud that is shakes everything on the table. I am so scared sometimes I wake up because of their disrespectful behavior. Both the apartment is very weak and transmits sound and we have a terrible neighbor. So, please aware of these and make your decision before move here. Good luck!

Yelp
The apartment itself was nice, quiet and good view. We were told the apartment upstairs was empty when we toured but when we moved in there was noticeable noise. Pounding on the floor that would shake the light fixture. All these new builds are cheap when they come sound proofing it was ridiculous. The neighbors next door had 6 people living in their apartment and their cooking smelled up the whole hallway. It was like moving through the back of a restaurant every time. 2 of 10 dog owners pick up after their dog. They have nice dog runs that are filled with dog waste. Dog waste is everywhere it's almost impossible for you not to step in it. Use the dog wash to wash off your shoes. It's a nice dog wash but here again people leave it full of dog hair. People who live in apartments are just awful. And living there during the COVID-19 pandemic is not recommended. They don't take it seriously at all. They allowed way more people than allowed in the pool, none wearing masks. The same proportion of people who picked up after their dogs wore masks. It killed them to finally put up signs, one of which was removed to advertise a large Halloween gathering that the health department finally seemed to shut down and hang proper signs. They'd put sanitizer stations that were never filled in the public spaces . Staff were rarely see with masks and would often be holding meetings sitting right next to another. People would be in the pool late at night doing lord knows what and in the am it would be ridden with empty bottles and cigarette butts. Crime was a huge issue, getting a garage spot may prevent you from theft but even the maintenance guy had his motorcycle stolen from inside the garage. I knew several people who either had their cara stolen or broken into. The one manager seemed more interested in pouring wine than creating a safe environment. The whole place was like a super spreader environment and I bet it had a lot of COVID outbreaks. The gym is nice if you like working out next to maskless people who leave their sweat all over. They sent out more notices about smoking pot on your balcony than they ever did for COVID. All of this to go home to hearing every little step and other things above you. Finally, dont cook bacon or anything that could produce a modicum of smoke because the alarms will be set off every time. Go look at the management company and this apartments website. No mention of Covid-19 prevention in their communities. Just expensive pictures of the management staff. "Luxury Living". There's no reason to pay the rent here, go up the street and at least pay less because there's zero difference in the type of people there and experience you will have living in the hotel style environment of apartments in Denver.

Yelp
My door was kicked in and management won't help. They also are paying to have reviews removed.

Yelp
Incredibly unprofessional, lacking of moral values & accountability for unethical behavior. A family member passed away that lived in this building, and they disposed of all of their personal belongings before the lease was over, and without any notice to the family/next of kin. We had spent hours cleaning out the apartment to make sure everything was moved out before the lease was up at the end of the month. When we went to pick up the last load of personal items and officially turn the keys back over to the management office (5 days early from when the lease was contractually set to end and paid for) we found out that EVERYTHING had been thrown away and the locks were changed on us. Again, BEFORE the lease was over, and was still paid for in full through the end of the month. Every last item we had of our late loved one was gone (except for the 50 inch flat screen TV that the maintenance team conveniently decided to keep, of course)Their response to illegally disposing of personal items before lease maturity and before the keys had been turned back over to them? Pointing blame on us, the grieving family.. real classy, huh. They claimed that we had told the leasing office they were cleared to dispose of belongings, which never happened. (they were also well aware that we had been working to clean out the apartment all weekend prior, lived locally,  and are just a phone call away at any sign of uncertainty on if we were finished or not). To make matters worse, the leasing office "manager" - Adeleine- was wildly insensitive, and wouldn't accept accountability for her actions. Felt like talking to a brick wall. We then requested her managers contact information, Chris Jagger, and of course, he wont return any of our calls/emails either. Everybody that works for this apartment complex should be ASAHAMED of their behavior. The AUDACITY to cast blame onto a grieving family because of your mistake is sickening.  This was somebody's son/brother/best friend/boyfriend that has passed away.. and the apartment complex carelessly threw everything down the garbage shoot in hopes of flipping the apartment over early to a new tenant to make an extra buck. If you want to live in an apartment building that has zero moral compass, doesn't care about the well being of their tenants, and are a wildly insensitive bunch with a sprinkle of illegal business practices, then this is the place for you!
