High Motor Bar & Grille

Update: Two more visits later and the crew makes us feel like regulars. Always a friendly welcome by the staff, all Saturday afternoon college football games on, great tunes, and tasty well-prepared food. I had the BIG and refreshing arugula salad (awesome dressing), hubby had the $20 restaurant week deal of the same salad/burger/à la mode brownie, and kid had a nicely-grilled hot dog. He doesn’t usually like fries, but he loves High Motor’s. Can’t ask for more from your local (we wish we were local; we’d be here every week). My kid gets excited whenever we tell him that we’re stopping by High Motor. We (family of 3, 2 adults and a 10-year-old) just stopped by for the first time for lunch and to catch some college football; it’s our new favorite place. We felt welcomed by the friendly server and the food was carefully made and delicious (chicken nachos, huge kids burger, pasta with sauce). Awesome draft beer list. Space is bigger than expected, with some fun spaces. We’ll be back!

Sister to Lucky Enough in Providence, this place is more a lively sports bar/restaurant. Only had the pan potatoes, which were good but needed a little more time in the oven. The drinks were great and the prices are good too. Service was great. Will be back for more!

This newish neighborhood pub in Pawtucket is awesome. The staff friendly, the vibe is cool , they have pistons for tap handles on their drafts. I've only had the wings and burgers so far and they were excellent. But the rest of the menu reads well and makes you want to try everything they have to offer. They have plenty of TVs for your game. They do events with local artists and a wine with painting. They also have stand up once in a while. They offer more than just a drink with food, everybody does that. It offers just a little bit more with a little bit different, and I like that. Oh yeah bonus points they have a Golden Tee golf game, so yeah this is my new neighborhood hang.

So happy High Motor is in my neighborhood. They breathed fresh life into an old bar. Great food and atmosphere. The simple menu is executed perfectly and the cocktail made with care. Great value and not a bad seat in the joint. Come for events and stay for the fries or a shot of Mallort

What a nice place! Cozy and comfortable, staff super nice! Wings above average and nice size. Steak tips had great flavor but were a little over cooked for my taste. It happens. I came for the food and was not disappointed. Will come here again.

Went for a late dinner with a friend. I had the bacon mushroom smash burger while my friend had a Italian Beef . Server was great. It was a Monday and I was surprised to see a great deal of friends or couples over 40 enjoying the drinks and food. We sat next to a large window. I found it to be a relaxing enjoyable time.

This is long overdue, but my experience at High Motor was exceptional. The atmosphere, food, and hospitality are great! Kate and Laura were the best!! Tip your waitstaff well!!

This place has so much potential and excited to have this addition to our local spots! They paid homage to Dohertys and has a great vibe.
