High Mountain Taxi

I love most of the drivers but the dispatch ppl suck. I have had to wait for and out to two hours in few occasions to get picked up and I hate that when I have my baby boy with me. Dispatch don't know how to do their work correctly.

Very comfortable ride 😌 👌 greet driver and listener gave him prosise area where I live and he delivered me to my apartment complex extremely cautious and courteous wonderful gentleman 😀

Be careful!! We booked an early morning taxi to the airport using High Mountain Taxi’s online booking system. Received a confirmation number and had no reason to believe that we did not have a reservation. Called the morning before and was told there were no cars available,with no apologies, leaving us to scramble for a ride to the airport the day before an international flight.

Relatively fast response for pick up. The driver was pleasant. Vehicle was clean. No complaints.

Both drivers today were great. Got to appt on time with first driver who was a gentleman. My driver home was amazing tho. Wendy went out of her way to pick me up from Walmart where I was waiting to get my scripts filled after my appt. She was personable and we had a great conversation on the way back. 10/10 Thank u so much High Mountain Taxi!

Paul drove me to Shaw Cancer treatment again today. He is tremendous in professionalism, efficiency and kindness. I.need quite a bit if assistance and he is exemplary is helping.and snticipati.g.what I need. I am beyond grateful. As a Medicaid patient I rely heavily on High Mountain taxi service Glenwood Springs Medicaid dept and drivers. The professionalism, kindness, reliability, and dignity with which I have always experienced with this group is exceptional. Requiring help, and patience because my movement is slower now, or need help with my luggage because I stay for chemo and treatment several days, or need a stool to step into the taxi has been given kindly and without hesitation and means more than I can express. It's not help you want to need, but it has become what I do need. I have experienced, sadly, the opposite treatment from some in transportation, and know the difference in the outstanding service if High Mountain.
